The people here are super nice and dont make you feel pressured or smothered while youre there trying to get you to buy something. I ordered a couch that was on backorder and they kept me updated regularly during the wait, even offering to let me choose something else when the ETA was pushed back. Got signed up for the store card with the 0% promo apr and they made it all super easy. Will buy from them again in the future.

Look for something specific. They didnt have it. I found it on Amazon. I tried to shop there.

Nice selection, but couldnt find the recliner I wanted.

Was looking to spend some good money for a nice big dining room table and the man who helped us acted like he didnt want to sell us anything! Not friendly, wasnt trying to make a sale! Maybe if we rolled up in a Cadillac or Porsche he would have tried harder! Will not go back! Ill be getting my table from Verns super friendly and helpful!

5* review because of amazing customer service even after the sale was complete. After going to verns for 20 years give or take and having the worst possible customer service ever I went to furniture design center and they made it right. Long story short im struggling with a disability and needed a specific chair to use and they chair I bought from verns didnt work out. I tried calling them the very next day to exchange it and verns said no because of covid. This would have been fine if they would have explained this before we bought the chair and after they hung up on me I called furniture design center and explained the situation.Furniture design center listened to my story and worked with me to find the chair I needed. Before I bought it I asked if the chair didnt work out could I call the next day to see if I could exchange it and they said unlike verns.... they will use common sense and work with me if its in a reasonable amount of time after purchase. Chair has been perfect and exactly what I was looking for.I was still stuck with the chair I got from verns that im paying 100 bucks a month for the next couple of years so I decided to try to sell it to try to make back some of the money I lost. After finding someone who would buy my verns chair we needed to take the back off so we could transport it but we couldnt get the back off. I called furniture design center to see if they would come out if I paid them to take the back off and they said they would do it no charge and they did. I cant say enough how amazing the customer service was at furniture design center and I strongly recommend them. Furniture design center showed me they are out to satisfy the customer and not just make a quick sale.Anyone who reads this and wants to read my full review on my experience with verns just Google verns furniture and hit the reviews tab.

Wonderful shop. Extremely helpful staff. They don’t over sell or pounce on customers, but offer genuine good ole fashion customer service. They did me a big favor and allowed me to swap out an item after purchasing. They definitely go above and beyond the rest.

Gentleman who assisted me was nice and very thorough. Gave me several options but delivery was months away because supplier is backed up. Had to buy elsewhere.

Large range of household furniture and mattresses to choose from and delivery options available. The pricing is, perhaps, a bit high on many items but it seems they make up for it in others ways.Friendly, helpful staff and they delivered my new mattress the same day!!

Friendly staff and great selection. This place has it all and more. The staff is very educated in all the items they sell. One of the greatest things is it very easy to find on the north side of town.

Why do you guys even have a website if you’re not going to include prices? The purpose of showing your products online is so people don’t have to waste their time going to the dang store, or keeping your phone line busy with the 100’s of pricing questions. Super annoying.

Really reminds me of a hotel, the couches are soft and the recliners are great, felt like I was gonna fall back a couple times

These guys stand behind the products they sell. We had some quality control issues with our furniture and they were incredibly helpful, polite and great to work with throughout the entire fix. All of our visits were just as low-key and friendly as when we first came in just to look at some furniture.I cant say enough good things about my experience here.

We have bought many items from Furniture Design for our home and just recently purchased new furniture for our 5th wheel. During our travels we had a problem with the arm on the couch. We contacted Furniture Design and once we were back in town and camping at another resort the Manager personally came out on his day off and did the repair. They stand behind all the products they sell. We are extremely pleased with the service we have always received.THANK YOU FURNITURE DESIGN CENTER!

Though not the fault of Furniture Design Center, our new sofa and chair had some defects and didnt live up to our expectations. Got a great couch at a hard to beat price. It was delivered within 30 minutes!

Purchased Laz-y-boy furniture in June of 2013 thinking it would last forever. Worst furniture I have ever had and this is the only furniture I have ever purchased brand new. The arms are separating from the base, stitching is coming out, screws fell out of the foot rest, and the recliner pull is now broken. I will be calling to see if the Laz-y-boy lifetime warranty will cover the recliner pull but somehow I doubt it. Save yourself the headache (and a LOT of money) and DONT buy Laz-y-boy!!

Ehhh... expensive and passé

We bought top of the line lazy boy and now we are waiting for a fix we were told would take 2 days. Its been over a week and no one knows anything.
