Mark is the best Harley guy available to the public. He is a bit overwhelmed by the work load but will get your bike done as soon as he can.

We needed a tire replaced while on a cross country motorcycle trip. Mark had the tire in stock and changed it within a few hours. He also did an oil change and performed several other non-discussed small maintenance items while caring for my friends bike. This place is one of those hard to find places that treat your machine like its their own.

Found myself in a bit of a bind when my bike broke down way out on highway 299. Mark at north coast stayed open late for me to arrive with the tow truck and fixed my bike first thing in the AM. Heck of a nice guy, great service, super reasonable prices. If this place was in my home town Id always go there!

This place is awesome. Quick at getting the bikes fixed, and fixed right. they explain everything and treat you right.

Took my bike there to be fixed through insurance. Insurance cut him a check, we picked out all of the parts in the catalog I wanted to go on the bike the day I signed the check, almost a year later they still hadnt ordered all the parts for my bike. One year and they didnt even order all the parts we wrote down out of his catalog.

Had a flat on my motorcycle just south of Fortuna. Brought the bike to Marks shop and he was great. Fixed the tire and I was on my way. He saved the day. Honest and an awesome guy.
