We went to the Gatlinburg shop and the guy there was amazing! Both kids got exactly what they wanted and customized. Definitely recipe this for sports fans

We arrived about 10:10am the gate was still down and we stood outside waiting on the worker to lift the gate (since it says online they open at 10am) who was inside and seen us standing there and after about 3-4 minutes he slides the gate up snd then pushes their sign outside the store…no good morning or can I help you find something….I asked my daughter did she want to go anywhere else to get what she had wanted after she stated no and ai noticed the cards with the corporate info on it then i grabbed one of those and advised my daughter it was feedback for the customer service today…after that was stated the worker attempted to actually talk and have manners….my first time coming and will definitely be my last…

We bought a plain hat and had a design embroidered on it. The man who helped us was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and did a great job with the embroidered design. The hat is also very comfortable and has held up well. We looked at several different places and lids was the only place that we found exactly what we wanted and for a good price.

Lids have a lot of nice hats but theyre sure proud of them. I cant believe they want almost $30 for a hat. HOLY COW!! If you want a decent hat for not a lot of money, go to Walmart. No one will ever tell the difference.

I have successfully found size 8 fitted Cubs hats in the Evansville Eastland mall location. I have also got Metal Mulisha hats there as well. They have options in terms of ball hats, fox, etc. They have buy one get one half off often. Only reason its not a five star is because you cant buy a dress hat there. They got your flat bill. They dont have a Fedora. Still gotta order those.
