This place likes to promise orders and they do not follow through with your order in time for your event that you have planned save your money and time and find another place for your favorite teams merchandise because this place rates a 1 because I could not put a 0 this place is hot trash

Did not feel that they had the variety of products that would justify a store of this type. Most hats were overpriced compared to online shopping. It is a niche store at most

Simple version, ordered hat from the store online. Never received hat 2 weeks later checked and it was out of stock. Was told we will receive a refund check. 23 days later still no refund. Ps customer service is a joke. They also said it may take up to 30 days to get check.
