Worst customer service ever. I ordered and paid for a print job online. Went to the store to pick it up and some kid said he cancelled the print job because he didn’t have the right sized paper. No phone call, no apology. I drove 20 minutes to pick up my order. Terrible customer service. Will never shop there again.
Have always had great service! The staff is friendly and quick to get customers in and out!

A man Manager was rude trying to tell him to fix some issue about international package but he didn’t wanna talk and walk away from me.I paid $240 to send international but I guess that’s how they treat their customers. I won’t be back.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I believe the employees make up their own hours as to when they are done working for the day. Google says 6:30, front door says 5 but today they closed at 4:30 because that’s when their last truck comes?? Absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t set reliable times for your customers then why be open at all?
Today I tried to take a shipment to this store and was there by the time they were closing at 2:00. I was told by the guy that I would need to come back on Tuesday to ship it. As far as I’m concerned business must be good. Not only will I not go back on Tuesday I will NEVER go back! Period!
Laziness, why leave my delivery at another apt? When apt. Numbers are clearly noticeable. Maybe they dont care or cant read just plain incompetent.

It was 15 minutes prior to close, there was a line of about 12 people, there were four employees in the store but only one of them was on a register. After I completed my transaction I simply told them that there was a long line of people waiting and I hope they got a chance to get in before they closed. The guy at the counter then laughed at me and said very sarcastically and loudly to everyone in the store “hey guys there’s a long line of people!“.This is the worst UPS store I have ever been in! The hours are ridiculous, they take an hour for lunch. The staff is always extremely rude and unhelpful. Avoid this location at all costs if possible.

They have posted on website that store is open today....it is not. They should have reliable information.
I dropped some pages in the copier tray and scanned them to a USB drive… I usually use FedEx Office where it’s $.25 to scan your own or a dollar if they do it… This place charges you a dollar no matter what. Go somewhere else if you need any office work stuff done.
UPS store? I have a Business account. Went to ship something international. Couldnt do it with my account, but if I paid for it then sure they could.Not the brightest bunch.
If you have changed store hours please update your online directory listings. Very frustrating to look up operating hours, head to the store to find out it is closed and online hours are not correct. As I am writing this review I witnessed 4 different customers walk up, pull at the door and have to walk away.
I started selling items on an app and I didn’t really know what I was doing. I went into this ups store and Velda helped me start to finish. Every time I walk in now she helps me with whatever I need. She is so kind and so nice. It makes me happy when I go in and see her always smiling and being so kind. She is always so nice and kind to other customers. Every employee I have noticed at this store are nice and friendly. GREAT PLACE! Highly recommend.
These are the peeps to see when you need anything shipped! They are so beyond helpful, polite, and eager to assist! I never dread having to ship anything anymore b/c this crew takes care of it for me! Don’t know a single person who works here personally, but man they are always so friendly...weird how a shipping place can make such an impression.
The people who work at this UPS store are exceptional! EVERY time I i’ve taken a package in, they are very helpful, courteous and pleasant .
Worst ever!! Told the agent that I may want to remove something, depending on the cost. He went to the box area and quickly boxed and taped up the container. Did not listen to me and rushed it. Wanted fragile on box. Doubt I got it.
I made a major shipment error and had to request a shipped package returned to me on short notice. Shelby at the UPS Store was extremely helpful and courteous and got my problem resolved very quickly - while also taking care of several other customers during an early morning rush. Excellent, professional service.

I cannot thank Amazon Customer Service enough, because without them, I would have to deal with this store even more. This store, under the management of Tanner, failed to send the correct package to the correct location, even though thats pretty much their job. The experience seemed okay enough, until a worker put our label on a package that we didnt bring in. Our original package we were trying to return to Amazon? It was returned to our house, without the return label printed from our QR code. Our return label? Affixed to a package that didnt belong to it. So now Amazon has an item they werent supposed to get and I have to fix this stores inadequacies. Tanner refused to admit blame for the store and instead put the blame on every one he could(delivery driver, employees, Amazon). However, Tanner was very good at changing his mind at how to fix this situation: return to store; no, wait, Ill call UPS to pick it up: no, just drop off at a UPS Box. Customer service and adherence to proper procedures? Needs improvement on all levels. Managerial training? Nonexistent. Thankfully, the UPS Store Corporate and Amazon were very accommodating. Corporate, while politely refusing to give out franchise owner information, assured me that this would be sent directly to the owner. Amazon waived all return fees and issued a new tracking label(as I couldnt very well use the original tracking number Tanner was insistent on using). Please, please avoid this store.
Terrible customer service. Manager is very rude and needs to learn how to treat customers and be polite. I have tried several times to have items packaged and shipped and each time experienced the same rude service. I wont be back.
The website states it’s opened till 2 on Saturday but it was closed when we arrived at 1!
Staff is very helpful. Notary service is very reasonable but doesnt apply to real estate. They did refer me to a local who could handle. Much appreciated as we are new to area! Used this location twice and happy on both visits.

I had the best customer service Ive ever recieved at this ups store . I arrived at 6.15 PM and apologized for coming in so close to closing time ..the 2 employees couldnt have been nicer and helped me with a return issue ! Thank you so much
Stopped by on my way to work this morning to pick up a package for our business. The young, blonde man working the counter was a nightmare to deal with. My tracking number said that the package was there ready for pick up, so I was confused to why it wasnt at the store. He refused to look up the package I was searching for, refused to give me a phone number to call for help, and was short and irritated with me for asking for help. This is the 2nd bad experience we have had with this kid, Id be embarrassed to have him working in my store.
Dont ship anything with these people they are dishonest and will not give service due. They sold insurance with the shipment and would not honer the claim
They are incredibly unprofessional. They failed to package the items sent for packing and shipping and they all broke. While the UPS corporation was quick to reimburse me for shipping and the cost of the items destroyed, the store wanted me to return half of the reimbursement because they said they paid me the wrong amount. Then they proceeded to harass me for the next week and persisted even when I contacted UPS . Ive never known any business to act in such an unprofessional, childish manner. Will never be going back to that store.
I called to open a PO box on a Friday around 4:45pm and the male that answered the phone after the 10th ring sighed, as if I was a bother. I asked the approximate location of the store compared to my hotel and downtown. The representative then said they were not located near either and that he had other people that were waiting on him. I said, so I guess I wont be getting a PO Box there? He then said no, and hung up the phone. I was utterly disgusted with the poor manners, lack of concern, and I will not get a PO Box at this store, because of this experience.

Shipped a phone, asked them what I should do, they put it in a package and sent it without having me write my information or anything, just the sticker as to where to send it. I didnt have to pay for anything and they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no because I didnt pay for it. They dont tell you that the receipt includes the shipping number. Its been 3 weeks, I called them to ask if I could get the information for the package I sent and they told me that it doesnt save to their system and they cant do anything about it. They said You shouldve gotten your receipt, we ask if you want one or not they dont tell you anything. Very unprofessional.Edit: Called their cooperate office and I was told that they can find it, called the store again to find it and was told that they cannot. They told me they were privately owned and when I asked to talk to the owner or manager they said that they cant help with my problem and when I asked to talked to them about a complaint they hung up on me.
The manager here is great she is always willing to go out of her way to help

Terrible customer service. The package I sent has been missing for 3 weeks. The manager would only tell me to be patient and was very rude after he sent my package to the wrong place and then lost it when it was sent back.
