They have an amazing team. We did the bulk of everything over the phone so we were not sitting there with two little ones all day. Everyone was very friendly and the entire process was made easy! This was definitely the easiest dealership I have ever worked with when it has come to purchasing a new car.

I was just going in for parts and one of the sales guys, Martine, greeted me at the door and walked me back to the parts department. Ive been in a lot of dealerships but have never had a sales guy do this. If I get into the market for a new vehicle, I will definitely come ask for him. Service is important to me. My initial experience wasnt that bad. I purchased my vehicle in February and that whole process was pretty easy. Then in June I began having issues with my Pacifica Hybrids powertrain. It would simply stop running while driving on the highway. Id have to coast to the shoulder and reset the whole vehicle. Since then its been in the shop collectively for over 3 months. They still dont know whats wrong with it or how to fix it and its happened three more times. Its a significant safety issue. Ive asked them to buy it back and they offered me $10,000 less than what I owe on it. Then to add insult to injury, every time I need a loaner, they put me in a compact car. I purchased a van because I have a family of six, Ive told them that these little cars arent going to cut it, but they just brush me off. So I cant transport my entire family anywhere as long as the van is in the shop. Now Im looking at legal options, but it shouldnt have gotten to this point. Ive been nothing but respectful, but its gotten me nowhere. Avoid doing business here, its not worth the trouble.

The fact this place is rated highly is mind boggling to me. The salesman was extremely pushy when looking at vehicles. I did end up purchasing a truck from here and can confidently say that the customer service is horrible with the service side being even worse. You can never get them to answer the phone, or do things in a timely manner. Once you drive off their lot and they received the check your treated a lot differently. Spend your money somewhere else!

I had been talking with Mark Richardson about looking at and possibly purchasing a truck they had for sale. I live a few hours away, which he knew, so I called him up in the morning to make sure the truck was available to test drive, he said it would be ready at noon. He did inform me the trucks sunroof was being repaired that morning, but assured me I could test drive it at noon. So we scheduled an appointment for me to test drive it at noon. I got 90 miles into my trip, it was 11:15 am, when Mark called and informed me I wouldnt be able to test drive the truck now, they were still working on the sunroof. He just said these things happen, and he will call me when I could test drive it. Well I took off most of the day of work to test drive this truck and ended up driving 180 miles for nothing because of this. He should have called the repair shop before I started my trip to the dealership to make sure it would be ready. It didnt cost Mark Richardson anything, but it costed me the time off work and all the gas money for nothing. Will not be doing any business with this dealership.

The truck we wanted had special circumstances but it still took 5 hrs to complete the deal and they acted like it was the first time dealing with a buy back. With Kelly Blue Book in hand, we still had to go back and forth to even get close to what our car was worth especially in this used car climate. We were told on 2 occasions the manager was going to go out and look at our car, which he did not because we had a window right by the car. RED, the salesman was nice and professional but didnt make up for that experience.

I live out of state, inquired by phone, asked for a few certain photos that I still have not received. Filled out credit app. within minutes of salesperson requesting us too. Did not receive call back until the next day asking if we did it and to all mention someone else is looking at the vehicle. Everything could of been a done deal first day if they knew how to sell a vehicle.

They left us kind of hanging on a potential warranty issue. Polite, but couldnt offer us a loaner car across state lines. We basically had to sit there and call a relative from 5 hours away to come and get us when our chrysler with 7500 miles on us had a hybrid issue and they were the closest dealer. Wouldnt even give us a ride back to the Quality INN we were staying at 8 miles away...

I was ok with them taking care of some of my concerns. However there was so much disjunction, and listening to concerns that I will never come back. I asked 3 times that the vehicle be cleaned and vacuumed on the inside snd got oh yea yea we will. Never happened . Couldn’t even throw in floor mats for customer service. That is not his they do business at any dealership I have encountered. They want their customer’s happy. Why put a vehicle on the lot if it was not looked over carefully for things missing or not working. Terrible customer service and communication . I am so sad that. I made the wrong decision on my vehicle by my first perception on his things were handled, they should of made everything right. I don’t think that they have people certified that are fixing things either, shotty job. Never again come back.

The experience was awesome. Buying a car is something I dont do often... or look forward to. This was very easy. 1 price shopping.... lifetime Power Train warranty...I looked nationwide to compare prices and they were very competitive. The gentleman I talk to on the phone, Mark was great. I hadnt secured a ride to the Dealership. He said we could do it all over the phone and they could deliver the vehicle to my house... about an hours drive! Later that afternoon the car was delivered... Mark was the one that delivered it... couldnt have been easier.

I bought a new truck from them about a month ago. Normally I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. But I have now had multiple issues with them. I was supposed to receive a three year maintenance plan with my purchase part of a rebate. After the salesman shows up to deliver my truck he informs me that that rebate was no longer valid but they gave me a military rebate instead Same money 500 yet no maintenance plan. At this point I dont even care because I am already tired of dealing with the salesman Lucas. Next I notice the address on all the paperwork is wrong so I tell Lucas this and he says they cant fix the paperwork now since they delivered the truck to me, but he would make sure they mailed the title to the correct address as soon as he got back to the dealership. I called him two days later to remind him that they needed to send my documents to the correct address and not the incorrect address listed on the paperwork. He informed me that it was already taken care of. Well today I called back up to the dealership as I still do not have my documents and it has been over a month. So they tell me that they sent them to me three weeks ago to the wrong address. So guess what they have to do now. They have to reorder a title and resend me all the paperwork once they get it back from the state. Who knows how long that is going to take. Dont waste your time with them it will only cost you more time.

Bottom line- best car buying experience ever. 0 pressure, 0 BS. I’ve bought/traded/sold in the neighborhood of 30ish cars in my time- and Ive never had a transaction go so smoothly. Given the chip shortage and the price gouging most other dearlerships have been doing, I was worried this might be the case- but I was pleasantly surprised by the complete honesty and transparency from everyone beginning to end! Red was fantastic! Worth the 2000 mile round trip! Wouldn’t dream of ever buying a car anywhere else!

After searching for “the perfect” deal since last fall where I live in the Des Moines area I had also been looking on cars.com. A deal that was almost too good to be true came my way and I was hesitant but I submitted an inquiry. From that moment on it was the best car buying experience I have had even though it was 2.5 hours away. The salesman, Mark, asked her for her personal information to expedite her loan process through community america and get her pricing information. As they are a preferred dealer with CA.He turned around and ran her credit through 6 different lenders without her filling out an application OR giving consent. How?Embarrassing to take advantage of a young woman who doesnt know the car buying process. She now has to deal with SIX hard inquiries on her credit report for the next three years that she never consented too.The only reason she found out was from Credit Karma alerting her and Community America giving her a call.Also, my in-laws bought a RAM pickup here that has had numerous problems. They have never once been given a call back from the service department. They GAVE UP and ended up taking it to Gladstone dodge.This dealership is not for a novice car purchaser. Be wary of shady business practices.
