5+ stars !!! Tim and his team are awesome!!I was visiting from out of state for a class and my tire was almost flat and it was late in the day (around 4:00). Tim took the car in right away and I needed a new tire. They set me up with a loaner car so I could make my class the next day. I made my class the next day and picked up my car after. Everyone there was exceptionally nice and amazing customer service. Thanks again to Tim and his entire team - you guys are the best !

I brought my Subaru Outback in for an oil change and service without first asking for a quote. The work was completed quickly. Service was good, no complaints. Regarding the price... Ill let you judge for yourself: I was charged $68.96 for an oil change and $493.50 for new rotors and pads on the rear axle. I personally find both of these numbers to be high. At the very least, as I was a new customer, they might have offered a new customer discount or even, dare I say, throw in the oil change. I liked the service but I wont be back unless area pricing suggests the numbers above are actually fair.

I packed my life into my car and drove halfway across the country on those tires.I am beyond thrilled with these tires! They handle everything I have thrown at them! This place is great! I brought my truck in today after going to two other shops to get my tires checked, these guys did an awesome job! First, i came in without am appointment and they took my truck in right away, they rotated and balanced my tires and even cleaned the undercarriage after i had my oil changed somewhere else. Apparently they spilled a bunch of the old oil underneath and didnt bother to clean it but these guys noticed it and cleaned it. They didnt take long at all and even let me borrow a charger to charge my phone while i was waiting. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!! Thanks guys!

My friend John recommended me to Graham Tires and auto for tire and if he felt they were a good business I believed him. I got the tires and since my regular mechanic became available i went back for an oil change recently for winter tires. What stands out for about them is that theyre one of the few businesses that make it easy for someone like me with a speech impairment to communicate with them. its great to have options. Also they strive for good workmanship and secede. They obviously want the customer to be happy.

Owner and workers are rude and arrogant. They often seem like think you are just wasting their time. Everything is slow. Even on non-busy days they take forever to inspect or do oil changes or change parts. They also don’t call when they are done. I wouldn’t recommend. There are better, more friendly places out there. These guys don’t care.

I’ve used Graham Tire and Auto a few times for tires. I find them to be accommodating with scheduling and do a nice job. Both times the tires have been balanced well which is extremely important. Vehicle is always left clean with no hand prints on the steering wheel. They also found a unrelated problem, brought it to my attention and took care of it at my request. I needed the AC in my car checked before heading west and was in a time crunch to get it done. They were able to get the car in first thing the next morning, and after checking the system were able to recharge the unit. It was $100 less than the dealership would have charged - and it worked beautifully as I traveled through some 100 degree weather. They also provided a low risk drop off and pick up amid the pandemic, so I felt comfortable having them work on my car. Always excellent service and friendly people.

Was searching for someone to work on my tires. Graham Tire & Auto was recommended. They did not disappoint. Customer Service and Technicians were attentive from first contact to end of work. Thank you all for work well done.

It all started off with me calling a bunch of local tire shops. Asking if they can mount 265/35r22 tires on 22 inch rims. They gave me a price ranging between $25-$45 but they were backed up at least one day. But I already took the day off to get it done. So I called Graham tire and ask them. And he responds(yes, Just bring them in)Once I drive there. He gives me a price $300 I thought that was pretty expensive. But I tell him go ahead with it anyway.Then he tells me I need a tire sensor gauge. I ask how much he says $85. So I said can you do any better? He responds(I don’t have to do anything matter of fact get out of here!) I respond do you treat all your customers like this? And And then I told him he was going to get a bad review! He says(how I didn’t do anything for you)And I say to him (you’ll see how !)and then I just left the business.PS.I found a place way cheaper and they did it same day

Tim of Graham Tire & Auto should include Flexible in his business title. I had an appointment for some work on a SAAB but was not there on time due to an unforeseen delay. Tim figured a way to fit me in around what was an obvious busy day to meet my needs.

After a frustrating experience at the dealer (2 trips and hundreds of dollars later they still had no idea what was wrong with my car), I decided to give a private shop a chance. A couple friends said good things about Grahams. My experience could not have been better! They knew right away what was wrong and ended up charging me less than I was quoted, MUCH less than I already threw away at the dealership. They were professional, friendly, covid-safe, and went out of their way to follow up with me twice about the fix. I will certainly be coming here again!

I really appreciate the service I received at Graham Tire. I was referred there by a colleague who has taken her cars there for a number of years. Despite my driving “upscale cars” (Porsche, Maserati) I was never charged an “upscale price”. I drive a lot - over 30,000 miles a year – so I replace my tires frequently. Every time I’ve replaced my tires, Graham has been the most competitive. I drop off my car in the morning and it’s usually done by late lunchtime.

My 2012 Nissan Frontier developed some loud noises each time I turned the wheel or hit a bump. I brought it in to Graham Auto and they identified the issue and had the repairs done within 24 hours. The service was excellent. This was my first time at Graham Auto. I was looking for a reliable place to bring my truck and Graham Auto was recommended to me by many people.Ill definitely be coming back.

Graham tire goes the extra mile! I was visiting from out of state and called John Folland for a quote on four tires. He explained that the shop would not try to sell me a service that was not needed. In fact, they would not repair any alignment related issues if they identified a problem and they would encourage me to have my mechanic make any needed repairs. Unfortunately the tires I had previously purchased from a competitor, 60K miles ago, were wearing improperly. Firestone had sold me an extended service for front end alignments and tire rotations for the life of the tire, 80K,, but failed to provide these services. That shop told me I needed a left front wheel bearing when I had approximately 30K on the tires. I had my master mechanic assess that situation and found that part had not failed and that the car did not need that part at that time. After putting another 30K on the tires I decided I needed to do something about the bumpy ride the car was providing, due to uneven tread wearing.I was so happy about the depth of the details about the tire purchase John provided. I scheduled the appointment and crossed my fingers.By 5 PM the next day the service was complete. I spoke with the shop owner and he confirmed that there wasnt any issue with the wheel bearings or any of the other suspension components. The charges for the services provided were exactly what had been previously discussed and the new tires now made the vehicle feel like it is floating on a cloud!I will definitely be returning for the FREE TIRE ROTATIONS for the next 60K miles. Thank you for providing good old fashion hometown CUSTOMER SERVICE...Graham tire gets it done!!!

The service here is fantastic. I had them put new tires on new wheels for my truck and they did a great job, including transferring the tire pressure sensors. They also did my vehicle inspection by dropping in and they did it right away.

My Jeeps starter decided to quit on a Tuesday night with pouring rain. I had it towed to Graham Tire & Auto with no advance notice. It is my daily driver so I was concerned it would be out for a rule. I really want site out was the starter or an ignition switch issue.Tim and Erik diagnosed it and had it back to me pretty quickly. Just listening to the starter operate, I can tell it is a higher quality starter than I expected.Reasonably priced, solid work and a genuine good group of people there. No BS. That matters! Tim runs an excellent operation, and unlike the majority of local garages/dealerships -> Tim has never surprised us with a random repair or additional fees; he will call first and his prices are more than fair.

The light on the instrument panel of our old Volvo wagon indicated that it was overheating even though the coolant level was fine. Tim diagnosed the problem quickly, adjusted the faulty mechanism, and charged us nothing. WOW! Honest and competent service.
