Service Department has been very busy lately but despite this they turned the annual service and oil change on my 850GS on the same day (mid-June). Bike was washed and cleaner than I can get it on my own. I appreciate the great service and support.

Got approved for a loan. Called multiple times and found my self Calling for a call back. Never called me back from my LVMs, Finally spoke to a manager and they said unfortunately that ATV was purchased. Would have appreciated a call back for other options. Will look for a fourwheeler in anchorage.

I dont know how this company is still in business or a Honda dealer. Every time Ive called, I have been spoken to like Im an idiot, or they dont want to waste their breath with me. I will drive the 100 miles to Delta Powersports any day to get some actual customer service.

Rip offs, buy your parts on the internetedit after response. why would i order online from outpost? i do not want my money to be paying for someone elses bmws and overseas vacations, if you need parts go to polarispartshouse website and save yourself up to half off from these guys. i do not support local businesses that are rip offs and i would appreciate it if you guys went bankrupt

Very poor customer service. Everytime I walked in to look at buying a machine. No one talked to me, nor even acknowledge me. I am not sure if it is because I am a non white older male or what... but I was completely ignored. I was especially upset because I had cash and was planning to buy a machine then and there. Another frustration was their parts department that treated me very poorly and even hung up on me when I called them. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give them a no star I would ...The buying process was easy, and I feel I got a good deal. But the service department is hot garbage. They talked to me like I was a 6 year old, and lied to multiple times. I will never spend a dime here again. Do your self a favor and spend your money in Delta or McKinley

Always tell me they dont make that part anymore and are not exactly the nicest people to deal with. I stopped going here and just order offline.

Browsing the show room floor (5mins). Older salesman approached (he knows), said WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING? I replied EXCUSE ME, do you speak to all your customer this way? No one said hello, until I headed for the door. Sales etiquette should be #1!

I had a great experience with these guys. Logan was my salesman, and we have bought two machines from him in two years. Hes very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I will soon buy another from him.

I went to the dealership to purchase a 2015 RMK Assault 155.I made the decision to purchase the sled. Approval in hand, ready to purchase. I was getting a walk around on how to operate the sled, and basic maintenance procedures.While I am getting the walk around, another salesman sold the sled I am buying over the phone out from underneath me WHILE I AM STANDING IN THE DEALERSHIP WORKING WITH A SALESMAN.It was the last one in stock as well.The salesman I was working with (Logan), was super apologetic, super friendly, very knowledgable, and professional. I wish he would have gone to bat for me, stood his ground, and done business with me.Additionally, there is another sales rep in there with a long beard. Also extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and has helped me out when purchasing parts. Goes above and beyond to make a customer happy.Despite the friendly knowledgeable salesman, I will not be purchasing future machines from the Outpost due to the EXTREMELY POOR handling of my attempted sled purchase.

I never review anything. This service department doesnt even deserve one star. They had my TRX450R for a month long and finally I got it back. It runs amazing They charged me 630$ and did not fix a damn thing. They were loose hose-clamps and hardware throughout. I took it riding and it rode the exact same way it did when I dropped it off with them. Gary was a respectable man but jesus Christ. When I took it back to them to fix the problem since they clearly didnt fix anything I got a call back while I was at Arctic Man with them referring me to another place of business stating they could not fix the problem. 630$ later and I still dont have a quad Running Great. This service department is a joke and charges excessively for doing no good in return. UNACCEPTABLE! I will not be buying my side by side or sled from here for this reason and I will consistently refer all my friends and coworkers to a different place of business!

Above and beyond customer service. Completely went out of theyre way to make sure my wife had a jacket when the one we had purchased wasnt working out. Thank you for treating us like family.

Worst experience ever from sales to customer service. The place should be called THE OUTHOUSE.I will drive the100 miles to delta junction for any honda product, or any other product that they offer that I would have to go to THE OUTHOUSE for.I was warned about this place by many people, I was told to go to delta junction! I didnt listen.. now I understand why..The outpost of Alaska is the worst dealer in northern Alaska.. DO NOT GO THERE.

Sales people are horrible. If you know what you want to buy, they seem like the want to argue about it. One sales guy tried to talk me out of buying the sled i wanted. Was ready to buy it that day. Seemed like he just didnt want to deal with me. One saving grace, the ladies that run the check out are also very friendly.

They have been working on it since April summer is all most over still cant get it done keep ordering wrong parts its a 570 Polaris crew and its there brand and still cant get it done wont be taking anything else there probably wont buy anything from them again was looking to buy two more 4 wheelers going somewhere else

Incompetent. If l held a customers vehicle as long as they hold a vehicle for repairs, Id be out of work. Not only are they uneducated with the warranties that are part of the products they sell, they will put priorities to pre delivery inspections before they can get to the vehical that you purchased from them. Then when they exhaust such excuses, they will tell you its hunting season. Good thing I did not purchase an extended warranty with my vehicle.

Doing business with The Outpost was a terrible decision on my part. I brought a couple of ATVs in for some insurance work and it was a nightmare from the beginning. Not only did they seemed confused about dealing with USAA but they also could not manage to even call me back.... ever. They even put my frame on the wrong 4 wheeler and have not offered to reconcile. The owner has been dodging me all day today and wont call me back to get this worked out. I will never do business with them again.

Let me start of by saying that I own a Harley bike, honda generators, Stihl chainsaws, and a polaris rzr and sled, so I am forced to come in to the outpost fairly often. It is always torture. Awful. Everything is awful. The parts department might as well be an empty connex out back from what they have in stock. Sales guys are so pushy it makes me want to drive to the polaris place in Healy. To avoid actually going into this god awful place, I try to call to get the info I need or to order parts. Youd think this would be better, but they are so poorly or under staffed that my average on hold time over my last 10 calls is over 25 minutes. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst bike shop in town. Over priced, rude customer service, and no interest in being helpful. If you have to buy parts from them, do it online and pay in the store. The girl working the parts counter is incompetent, and has no idea what they do and dont sell there. Go to Northern Powersports or Alaska Fun Center instead.

Try to buy two Honda atv was looking for a quote on them they never email me one so I when to Delta power sports and bought them after reading the review I positive I made the right move

What a nightmare. tried buying a Harely nightrod from this shop and the sales team here was the most unprofessional i have ever come across. The salesman Justin Kleiter was unbelievably rude and aggressive. after 3 days of calling and showing up there i still couldnt even get them to give me a price on ordering my bike and was DARED to go to another dealership. well guess what? Ill take that dare and spend my 17,000 a few hours south. they must think they have a monopoly on the state because of the location but all the south AK dealerships will ship your bike to Danali so ill take a day-trip to Wasilla to save a thousand dollars and deal with people who will treat me not only like a valued customer but as human being.

I wouldnt give any of our local atv/utv shops 5 stars. But this place is AWFUL. Rude staff, incompetent, inefficient, and did I say rude? I could give my long drawn out story, but thats about all you need to know. Avoid this place like a case of herpes. This place is a victim of poor management and I cant see how they can stay open too much longer.

Overpriced bikes but if turning gasoline into noise and vibration is your thing go for it you obviously have more money than sense but these guys can defiantly help u with that well maybe just the more money part most people just leave with less money and no more sense than they walked in with.
