I took my truck in for insurance adjuster to inspect and Chaz to do their estimate to replace the rear bumper. When I picked my truck up. it appeared to have been ransacked with stuff missing. I went through the truck and finally found everything, but stuff had clearly been removed from my door pockets, center console, from under the seat and put back in different spots. There was also a greasy stain in the drivers seat. The managers only response was that it couldnt have been any of his staff, that it must have been the insurance adjuster.I should have read the other reviews before taking it to Chaz. If you take your vehicle here for repairs, then be sure to remove all of your possessions before leaving it with them!

I have a 2018 Subaru Impreza that was side swiped. My car needed new doors and fenders. Chaz was professional, answered all of my questions, and i truly felt that my concerns mattered. After removing parts a little more damage was found requiring more parts to be shipped in, it only delayed completion by a week. Eric and Kathy kept me in the loop and my car looks AMAZING!! I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I wish I could give them a negative star! They are two faced. They’ll do anything to get your business and then screw you over. Our truck was an easy fix and we were told that it would only be in the shop over night. They never called, they never updated their app that showed where the process was. When my husband went to check on it, the truck was outside the shop with the door open running for over 10+ min when it was -30! So in the end in our truck being left in there parking lot, unsecured for 4 nights. Just glad it didn’t get broken into. I will never got back to them or recommend them to anyone!

Ive used Chaz a couple of times and each time I was satisfied with their work. Ive also used another place in town and I much rather use Chaz than them. Chaz is usually pretty timely and the quality of work is really good.

Will i just informed Chaz that they will not be doing the work on my truck because i have been waiting since June that is 7 months to order parts. I cant believe they are a complete waste of time and effort.

Horrible service. The manager tries to make things right but the customer service advisors are awful. They do not care if work is complete on car and several things were messed up with my car after repeated visits no apology or even acted like he cared. Buyer beware do not take car here tour time, money, and car will not be valued or treated with respect.

Completely disgusted with the product I was givin back. Paint had blemishes, truck was two different colors of black, didnt charge the a/c, and the radiator was leaking.

Never have dealt with a business with such poor communication. They have had our vevhicle for over 2 weeks and havent called me once with an update. Every single time Ive called and I was told I would get a call back the next day. Now I call back on the day the vexhicle should be done and I was told it isnt ready and yet again Ill receive a call tomorrow to go over details... never again will we be being our vechicle here and Ill be making sure to tell anyone to save the headache and go else where.

I wish I could give them less then 1 star. We dropped our truck off 2 weeks ago to have it repaired, not only did they fail at calling us when they found more damage they dragged their feet with the insurance company to get it taken care of. We were told our vehicle would take 6 days and would be ready for pick up on the 28th (today), they failed to let us know that things had been changed. The woman we spoke with made excuses about failing to call us. I have been going to Chaz for years and they have alway taken care of me, I will never be going back.

Avoid this place at all costs.After a serious accident that I was sure totaled my car, I had it taken to Chazs for an estimate. After their estimate they told me it was repairable and told me it would take about a month for repairs. The day after I accepted their offer and they got my car taken apart, suddenly the estimate to completion was about 3 months. After much back and forth with the management there and me contacting the owner, they finally completed my car in about 7 weeks. My insurance provided a month of rental car. After that month ran out they refused to cover my rental expenses. I would have never agreed to their offer if they would had been upfront and told me repairs would take 3 months. Finally on the 7th week they picked up the rental tab after I got in touch with the owner. These people lied to me more times then I can even count. Now that the car in complete, Ive taken the car back for things that messed up in the car during repairs. The ceiling liner being one. They are trying to get out of paying for it even though they were the ones to damage it. So now Im fighting that battle. Trust me, avoid this place. Extremely shady management. Im speaking about the place off South Cushman. I can not attest to whether all the locations are this way.

Probably the worst customer service that I seen. About to pay nearly a grand to rent a vehicle because they couldnt fix the car by the the two different time lines they projected. Really terrible service. Currently contemplating legal action.
