We live pretty rural & happened to be in Anchorage so we thought wed run by for an estimate. We went into their shop & they were booked up for the day, but she called their other location & they got us right in.We received the estimate a couple of days later and I called to see if we could get the repair done in Fairbanks instead because we had another trip planned for that direction. They scheduled us during the window of time that worked for us & it was done in such a short period of time!The office staff was amazing & kept in contact with me regularly. The repair was flawless & Id recommend them to anyone! Well definitely use them again. 🙂

My situation was unique, however the staff did an outstanding job with communication, assistance with rental as well as going above and beyond in many ways. I did not have access to a vehicle when mine was getting repaired and I was even offered to use the personal vehicle of one of the workers until mine was completed, and at no cost. The is an excellent representation of caring for the customer as well as being flexible enough to tackle any issue. If I could rate ten stars that still would not be enough. I highly recommend using Fix Auto Fairbanks, they truly care and know what they are doing. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, however if I do, with no hesitation, I would definitely go with them.P.S. They actually answer the phone and respond to messages in a timely manner.

I was highly impressed with FixAuto! They handled everything from contacting my insurance directly to setting up my rental car. They even updated enterprise every couple days to let them know how long I would have the rental car! They made my entire experience stress free and I had no worry or doubt leaving my truck with them! They treated me as if we’ve known each other for years! There customer service was completely outstanding! I dealt with Jackie and her sister in law Jessica they always kept me updated on when the parts arrived and even when my truck was in the shop they kept me updated through text what stage my truck was in! Jessica even drive my truck around the corner to enterprise so I didn’t have to carry my son his stroller and car seat across to their lot. She even cooled down the truck so it wasn’t to hot for my son. ABSOLUTELY 100% recommend them to anyone that needs anything done!

A door of my RAM was destroyed by a hit-and-run in a North Pole parking lot, requiring complete replacement. The staff was friendly and courteous. The work was top-notch and looks factory-fresh, done well before the promised completion date. If the weasel that hit my truck and snuck away does it again, Fix Auto will be entrusted to repair it again, at the weasels expense, since I now have an on-board camera.

They did an awesome job! When I bought the car, the bumper was already scratched up. Then when it got a hole in it, it ended up needing a new one. They use genuine nissan products so no mismatch on the paint.

I crashed into a pile of snow due to black ice and my front bumper was damaged, along with the water reservoir for my windshield wipers. I called my Insurance company and they towed my vehicle to Fix Auto Fairbanks. The employees kept me up to date with everything via message, my parts being ordered, receiving the parts and finally working on my vehicle. The whole process took less than two weeks. Fix auto did an amazing job in a timely manner, which allowed me to get back to my daily duties. The gentlemen who works there, I do not know his position, his name was Francisco, but he was professional and very courteous. I could be wrong but it looked like they cleaned the interior of my vehicle because it looked cleaner than usual. There should have been some dust build up from the two weeks but it was spotless. Please take your business to Fix Auto if you value your time and money!

Due to a referral I stopped in right off our Alaska Highway trip North for an estimate for some cosmetic touch up on our RV at 4p on a Friday afternoon. I was told to drop it in Monday morning and they would get to it between jobs. Delivered RV Monday morning.. rec’vd text at 1230p same day that it was ready. (I wasn’t anticipating RV back till Thursday) This store is the best body shop I have ever used. From the first phone call as we went thru Delta, the service was professional, friendly, and above all, good quality workmanship! They even washed my RV! I will highly recommend this store. Don C

I was most impressed by Fix Its professionalism. From their service desk ladies to Francisco, every person that we came in contact with made us feel important. Immediately after an accident my wife limped into their business close to closing, but they took the time to make sure she was ok and that she could get back on the road as we live 100 miles away. During the time our car was being repaired they would text us or call us with updates. I never felt out of the loop. The turnaround time from start to finish was impressive. Thank you so much. Hit a moose in September in my Jeep and had some minor damage. Repairs were just completed due to an ARB bumper with long lead time. I had my Jeep while waiting so it wasnt like I was in a rental for 2.5 months. My only complaint was during the time waiting on the bumper there was little communication. I understand the status didnt change but just let me know. Overall, Jessica was fantastic to work with and very professional. The work was done well and my Jeep looks like new.

I had a dump truck throws rocks at my truck, damaging my bumper, headlight and windshield. Fix Auto got me scheduled so quickly and their work was even quicker! Fix Auto did a great job frosting my 2012 Jeep Patriot. Even though the damage was minor they identified a few additional items to fix and even fixed the trim on the driver side door that wasn’t even involved in the damage estimate. Bring it for a one day job turn around and they break a taillight, waited weeks for the part to come in and then another one day turn around for the final repair became another two week wait, nobody called and explained anything until I called and asked questions. The paint looks good when I picked it up but I noticed they messed up a corner of the lighting on the trunk since you can see it’s not flush with the plastic. Not wasting my time pursuing the issue for other reasons. Paint looks good tho!

The vehicle was done so well that it felt like a brand-new vehicle! I loved the complimentary extra special care at FIX auto. I went from being very worried about my truck to feeling so great! Im sure that it was an even better condition when I first bought it, at least FIX made it feel that way!

We had great service when our gas tank needed to be replaced. Ken, scheduler; Jerry, Manager; and Jess, receptionist; were professional and competent. Jess spent nearly an hour trying to find us a rental car to get us home - 100 miles from Fairbanks. (Most rental agencies had waiting lists due to multiple events in town.) Jerry drove us to pick up our rental at the Nissan dealership. Our work was completed quickly. We drove back to pick up a truck that was washed and vacuumed. We are very pleased with the work done for us

Length of service far exceeded what we were initially told. At the beginning of the process prices magically jumped by $500 due to part price increases within the span of two weeks... Treatment of the customer by techs ranged from annoyed/disinterested to passive aggressive. One star for the very polite and professional receptionist. After her, the quality of services went directly over Hurricane gulch all the way to the bottom.

The manager is condescending and abrasive, I had some work done to my vehicle via an insurance claim and repairs included the airbags, I was recently involved in a head on frontal collision and not a single one deployed. When I called to question it and find out if I should have the vehicle brought over he had told me to take it to a dealer and to call a lawyer. Asked if I was hurt when I said no then he said I had nothing to complain about. Poor customer service skills!

Crashed my car. Parts took a week to get to the shop then they never called to update me;I called them. Took them 29 days to Finish what should have took 6 days. Once it was time to pick up my vehicle screws where missing from the most obvious places. Nice people bad quality of work. They get 5 stars for the people that work there but 1 star for work quality. I used to love my car, now Im scared every time to get in it.
