When I first saw the shop open up I was skeptical that such a narrow focus would sustain a viable business. My experience has turned me 180 degrees and I have become a regular customer for all things related to batteries or bulbs. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I never waste my time finding what I need or what I am looking for.

Your better off buying what you need from Amazon there prices at batteries and bulbs is rediculous

I was not able to find the camera battery I wanted, but the staff was very helpful and I could have had one ordered, but would have been too late for what I needed it for. If there is any battery need I may have in the future, this will be my first stop.

I needed a light bulb with a light and dark sensor that turns off automatically when the light comes on and they didnt have it

The auto/truck battery I ordered online was not in stock at my local Batteries+, so a salesperson contacted me via voicemail several times to suggest other battery options I had not even considered (I wanted to get the same Duracell AGM I had been using for the past 5 years). I ended up purchasing an X2 Power AGM that has even better specifications than the Duracell AGM!

Very helpful and patient. I used their measuring tape to make sure that I got the right batteries for my cars, snow machine, and power tools. They found and special ordered an obscure tool battery and kept it till it was picked up.

They have the batteries you are looking for, but they charge 3-10 times more than they would anywhere else. They can look up batteries and help you figure out what you are looking for, which is why I gave them two stars. If I can buy the same batteries on Amazon, a package of 10 each of 6 different sizes, cheaper than 3 individual batteries at the store I am being ripped off.

Staff was very responsive to my request to have my phone battery replaced while staying in my car due to the virus and my having cancer. Their timeline for getting it done was excellent, I didnt have to wait past the time they mentioned it would be done. They wore rubber gloves and disinfected my phone before they gave it back to me. I had a dead battery in my only phone and made an appointment online and then got it charged enough to call and ask to come in earlier, which they said was fine. They were very thorough about checking my phone, and had a new batter in it in 30 minutes.

I have recommended b+b in the past, but have also warned that every time my battery has been replaced, the problem is lessened, but not resolved. This could be because my phone is a dinosaur, but its still worth noting. Staff were fun and helpful and made the experience less intimidating.

A colleague told me I could get the screen on my I-Phone fixed here. Night and day difference to ITWorks. Staff here were friendly and with a healthy dose of we can fix that attitude. Came back 2-hours later to pick my phone up with a new screen on and only $75 to pay. No days of waiting, no expedite fees, just good service with a smile!

I was able to place an order online for pickup in a different location for our business, I had to call to verify the pickup for another person. My coworker brought in the UPS Battery Backup and the Batteries Plus associates helped replace the battery. It went better than expected!Con - It would be nice to have a spot to put a name for pickup if someone else were to pick it up, maybe with the confirmation number and ID. There is a notes section, which is where I put the persons information. However, for pickup they stated that it requires the card used to pay and your ID, which is why I had to call to verify.

I made my purchase on line and picked up in store. There was a $10 discount on the battery, so that was nice. The store did contact me to verify my son-in-law was authorized to pick up the battery. Which impressed me. Overall the sale was easy.

The local service provider was great. Unfortunately the Lithium battery I purchased for my computer is not. I double checked and it is the correct battery for the model. I know these batteries are intentionally transported discharged. But after several cycles implementing the recharge/discharge protocol the battery is showing zero signs of life. I havent contacted anyone to help address the problem yet.

Replaced my Galaxy S7 screen in the amount of time it took to get a quick lunch, and its working great. They also seemed to have a lot of batteries and stuff, hence their name. Didnt see any bulbs, but Im sure they have em if you need em, they seemed like honest folk and wouldnt be lying about that! Ill definitely bring them my next electronic mining casualty.

So many batteries! They even had a battery for my Rhino side-by-side that the auto parts store did not have. Better yet, it was half the quoted price of the auto parts store!!! Very happy with the knowledgeable service, excellent selection, and great prices. I will definitely return!

As far as needing obscure batteries in the interior of Alaska, these guys are pretty decent. Alaska prices, obviously, but they can pretty much get you anything you need.

I have read the reviews over all the store looks good but I was going to have them replace the batteryin my GS8+, but their contract permits them to use refurbished parts, they claim that they only use new batteries from Samsung however their contract convinced me that I dont want them to do a battery replacement in my phone

I just purchased over $600 worth of batteries for my truck from here (2 of the x2 AGM batteries for my Dodge Diesel) and that thing has NEVER cranked so hard. I even replaced my wifes battery with a standard SLAB. I was initially taken aback by their prices, but frankly, its Alaska, everything here has a premium. Longevity will dictate if the $600 for the x2s was worth it, but so far, Ive had a solid crank at -38, and that has NEVER happened before with SLABs in my Diesel. (SLAB = Sealed Lead Acid Battery).I also get my special flashlight batteries here. Usually in quantity, they are a good deal.

Dont Get your phones repaired here took my iPhone in for screen replacement. A week after I got it replaced my phone will not turn back on the home button stopped working 2 days later. Also while it did work the screen quality is terrible.cheap parts. when they put it back together they bent the metal things that hold the screen in so there is a little piece of metal sticking out the Side of the screen there service is trash. Don’t even want to go back to have them fix it because they did such a unprofessional job Trash.

Does not know how to instal iPhone screen, also overpriced. I prought my cracked SE there and got it back with a bum home button, charged me $90 for half an hour of labor, if you need your screen done DO NOT go here.Edit: I just went back, they refused service to me because I was dissatisfied with the last service... really... thumbs down guys. Also you should train your tech better.
