My boyfriend and I just moved up from Washington, with our two pups, 2020 Armada, and travel trailer. After driving the Alcan, we definitely needed an oil change. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and everyone on the phone and in person was extremely nice. Service prices were in line with what were used to, and they had a good selection of pet accessories that were more than reasonable (well be back for a pet partition when they get more in stock). For as busy as they were, our wait time wasnt too bad. We did also end up needing an air filter change (not unexpected), and got our tires rotated. It was a bit chilly, but we walked down to Mocha Moose for some 24oz coffees to kill the time. They recommended the restaurant next door (DWs), and well certainly grab a bite there next time we need to make a visit. Also, for anyone looking for a good, reliable, 4 wheel drive vehicle with towing capability and a comfortable roomy interior... Check out the Armada. Could not be happier with our choice.
Want in for new shocks, after making an appointment and verifying that they had them in stock. When I took the car in they said there were none available. Later, after talking to the parts people, they said that they did indeed have the parts, but it was going to be$100 more expensive than I was quoted because they were manufacturer parts. I feel like this was just another way people at this service center maximize commission.
Great staff! And they now fo rentals!
We took a car that we were interested in purchasing to their service center for an inspection. The staff was very friendly, helpful and honest. Highly recommend.
Costumer service was quick and no waiting got my key code really fast
