I was so excited to find this place. Location is great and they have white coffee. The first few times I visited it was perfect. After yesterdays visit, it has been made clear that I need to find a new coffee shop. I am most disappointed in the lack of customer service or response to my concerns. I ordered lunch from there yesterday 11-4-21 around 2 pm. I had been awake since 4 am and this was my first meal. I was very hungry. I placed an order for a BLTA wrap, same thing I ordered previously. This time I was really confused. They handed me my food wrapped in tin foil and it was hot. I thought maybe they mixed my order up or didnt hear the driver. Nope. I bite into a hot tortilla filled with soggy bacon & warm wilted slimey lettuce colored by bits of tomato, and I never found avocado. I was taught to not waste food and I was hungry. I had 2 bites into this with the slimey lettuce sticking to my teeth and I couldnt handle it. It was incredibly gross and I had throw it away. I get that mistakes happen, especially with new people. Again, I am most disappointed in the lack of response or communication from Glacier Grind Coffee.

Such a cute coffee place with lots of smoothies and food options. I had the Aurora smoothie and everything bagel with cream cheese and it was yummmmmmm

This is my go-to coffee and breakfast spot. They are always so busy (and for good reason!). The food is great, the coffee is amazing, and the service always puts me in a better mood. Can’t say enough good about this cute little gem.

Great place to get some quick coffee, the drive in aspect makes it easily accessible. Their prices are really good and you get what you pay for size wise

Refreshing change that provides different options that other huts dont provide. Make sure to try a bomb breakfast burrito. The old guard coffee huts need to take note and refresh their stale menus to keep pace with the new huts in town.

Its okay to coffee place or coffee places are good when you drink coffee

Glacier grind always has the most delicious breakfast burritos. They come with egg, your choice of cheese (I love cheddar, sometimes swiss too), your choice of meat (they now offer black bean patties for vegetarians), hashbrowns, salsa, and sour cream. For $6. Theyre absolutely delicious and always make my day.Their coffee is great too. My husband really enjoys their white chocolate mocha and I love their vanilla breves. Both are smooth and perfectly balanced in their sweetness and taste.The baristas are always kind and service is always fast.For those not into coffee or breakfast burritos, take a look at their menu to find more food and drink options. Theres something for everyone here.

I love glacier grind but everytime I go I get a very thin smoothie bowl and its very frustrating considering they are $10 or more.

Incredible small coffee stands. Cares about the products being served and what locals are wanting!They have the most dairy alternative milks for their drinks in town. Also, rotating vegan products for in their breakfast/lunches.The only coffee stand Ill recommend in town!

Outstanding customer service! Their drinks are fabulous! Yes all of their drinks! I have a family of 7 and there is something for everyone! My fav is the pinapple redbull kicker, my husband gets the burrito with everything and its a great filler for him after pt. My kids usually grab smoothies or milk shakes. It changes with every visit! They are usually about 4 to five cars deep on both sides so get there with enough time tk wait about 5 mins per car ahead of you. The ladies who work here are super friendly so if your visiting fairbanks or moving here this is a must visit! We will miss them when we move!
