The past few pair of glasses have been form them. I haven’t had any issue with pick or ordering my glasses but the staff can be unfriendly. I took my son there for his first eye appointment and they gave me the wrong time to be there for his appointment. My son was 3 years old (his doctor just wanted to get his eyes check) long story short if you do use them don’t take your little ones their. They aren’t very kid friendly.

The staff are all very helpful and courteous. The doctor is knowledgeable and professional. I changed my phone number after my appointment and forgot to update them, so they mailed a trial package of contact lenses to my address with a note saying they had been unable to contact me. I call that very good customer service.

Been getting an unfriendly and not so knowledgable staff about my husbands glasses. Been called by the automated service twice saying glasses were ready, but when I went to pick them up, the staff told me that they havent been ready and they claim to say they havent called. So why is this problem still happening to my veteran husband? I wouldnt recommend going to this place for glasses.

I love the staff here. They are friendly, fast, and efficient. We only had one appointment scheduled for my husband but They fit me in immediately after, and helped keep my bored 4 year old intertained so I could focus on my checkup and picking frames.

I came in with my 3 year old daughter who was grieving a lost pet and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel better - they even gave her some cute finger puppets. What a kind group of ladies working there.

I was trying to get my daughters prescription and the lady who answered the phone was rude and hung up before I finished talking.

So convenient and the man who helped me was friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. They even took my insurance!

I want information about the services provided, I want doctors names so I can Google, I want pictures and prices, the only thing this does Id tell you where they are located, I know where they are located, its everything else that I dont know and the website wont tell you either.

They forgot to order replacement of my glasses and the whole thing took about a month until I finally got them.
