I had a great experience visiting Dr. Richard McKinley. The doctor was very attentive to questions about the problems in my eyes. His explanations of how to take care and which drops to use for the eyes were very detailed. I am also pleased with the lenses in the glasses prescribed by the doctor. My mother also visited Dr. R. McKinley. In addition to checking the health of her eyes, she needed bifocal lenses for her vision. Glasses with these lenses prescribed by the doctor were very comfortable for her vision. she was very pleased

I had very good experience here. Tiffany was super nice and I got my glasses within the 7-10 business days! Mess free when it came to ordering my first pair and reasonably priced!

Booked an appointment a month out because the doctors are never there. Told them what insurance I had, was assured they accepted them. Filled out paperwork nobody followed through with them until day of my appointment and was told that wasnt my insurance company, sorry I needed to go elsewhere. A week later I was seen by eye clinic of Fairbanks who billed the above mentioned insurer without any issues.

Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone... Doctor is ONLY able to take cash payments....The biggest thing theyve got going for them is their location.Update: Had to return to the store 3 times to order contacts. Receipt was not emailed as promised and 3 weeks later contacts still havent arrived.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. The incompetence is unreal!

Ordered glasses for my daughter. Needed them fixed and got a call to pick them up. Only one employee can hand out glasses and she wasnt there and they recommended I call before I come to make sure shes there. Long story short we still cant get her glasses between needing her there needing to get off work and needing to make sure the employee is there. Walmart vision fails customers service standards.

Booked a appointment in person asking the lady at the front desk if they accept Tricare Insurance. She said yes, went there for the appointment and the doctor couldnt be there in the morning. Had to reschedule for the next 2 days. The night before she calls me to tell me the doctor told her they dont accept Tricare anymore and I have to go other place. The next morning she calls me to tell me the doctor is not going to be able to see me in the afternoon and she wanted me to go in the morning. I told her but you called me yesterday to cancel because of my insurance she said upss I forgot . My advice is please save yourself the effort and go other place.
