The actual service here can take a long time because of bad planning and the customer service here suffers for it.Im very patient but some higher ups had a conversation and held up walls while one very busy clerk ran out to cars and serviced a bunch of vehicles while trying to service my tire patch in between those other customers. I had no problem with the clerk running away to service other customers (though that plan nearly cost me an hour) the two stars comes from the reaction of the other seemingly higher ups who gave me thats his job and then begrudgingly did the work the clerk had nearly totally done. I got my tire patch after an hour of time and a little can i get a little help?
