Spirit Halloween is always a fun store to visit, no matter where we are located. We are a military family, both of us are military members, and we recently moved to North Pole, AK. Coming from the lower 48 was a change, but finding this seasonal store locally, as we were used to prior to coming to AK was a great feeling. Its colder here than in Utah, but traditions are meant to be continued. Like we do every year, we enjoyed visiting the store and bought some stuff for one of our favorite holidays 🎃🕯🦇🕷⚰ They had a lot of costumes and accessories to help set the tone for Halloween. It was not too crowded when we visited and the staff was helpful. The decorations are always entertaining and great to take pics and make lasting memories 📸

It says they’re closed at 10, I went to walk in at 9:01 and I was told “no we’re closed” when I wasn’t even all the way through the entry way. Very upset. :/

Found two amazing costumes for the kids and some really cool costumes and accessories for my husband and I. Staff were really friendly and the store itself always seems to be clean and in good order. Definitely recommend for all your Halloween needs!

Your typical costume store...much more selection than any other place around town.

It was the afternoon of Halloween and my 6 year old nephew is really upset. He cant find the mask for his favorite (only) Batman costume and hes supposed to go trick or treating in less than hour. What else is there to do but to see if a replacement can be found. Could try the regular stores. Thats a joke, theyve been sold out of the good stuff for over a week. We head over to Spirit.. For the WIN! Crisis averted. Life is good! Happy kiddo and trick or treating happens as scheduled. I love a happy ending without tears. LolSuper helpful lady from the register helped find masks and found some extras that would work with his costume.

Terrible experience with not only rude customers but the employees themselves were rude and seemed as though they did not want to be bothered with doing their job. Pricing on an item rang up higher than the sticker price. Instead of adjusting the price to the tag price the employee rudely stated “it was supposed to have been restickered”. Both items they had in stock has the lower pricing, if it wasn’t for my son needing this item the next day I would have walked out or at least fought for my right to pay the stickered price versus what it came up at the register. I will not be visiting this store again. Working retail does not give you the go ahead to hate life and take it out on customers.

Really fun store to visit but I was treated poorly when returning a defective product.

I love halloween and spirit always has a good selection of costumes, decorations, masks, and other halloween items.

Lots and lots of options for costumes for all ages, big animatronic decorations, down to party supplies and everything in between. Prices are kind of high I think, but its for Halloween. It only comes once a year! They offer coupons on the website, and they are donating to local organizations when you checkout. Love this place!

Have a great selection but not what Im looking for

Animatronics are not that scary, costumes cost a lot however it is separated into great order. Age, size, character, price, fandom, show, and more. I go here every year because I always need more skeleton stuff for my collection. Go here after halloween in order to get a great deal!

Overpriced for the quality but large selection of Halloween themed items

I loved the costumer service it was great

Some pretty cool stuff but most stuff is definitly not made from that great of matriel to be worth 40-60$ for a normal costume or a low quality jacket for 80$ all in all not worth the money but cool look at some stuff 2/5 stars 4/10 below average place

I am not sure what other people are talking about but their are lots of awesome animatronics displays at this store and the staff is friendly and helpful.
