I LOVE THE ESPRESSO SHAKE FROM FUDGE POT! The best coffee shake I’ve had in my life so far, thick and creamy and coffee-ey! So good! Their sandwiches are great too! Great cafe for a nice lunch or brunch! Such a lovely treat! They also have delicious fudge and caramel apples! Will definitely keep going back here!

I stopped in here for lunch while my laundry was running in the hotel in staying in next door. Its a small but inviting place with a lot of dessert options available on display when you walk in. The main attraction on their shelves was the fudge that they draw their name from. But this is also a coffee cafe, eatery and a small gift shop. I browsed through the store briefly while the customers ahead of me made their order.For my lunch I had the soup of the day - salmon chowder. I also had their fuzzy moose latte, which was flavored with mocha, caramel and almond if I recall correctly. Both were very good! I cleaned up the last bits of the chowder with two triangle slices of homemade sourdough bread that I had ordered extra. I enjoyed being able to look out the window while I dined here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant lunch or a great coffee. I did not try any of the desserts they are known for.

Strolling downtown Fairbanks, and I had to stop here. Fudge is one of my favorite desserts, and the selection here was amazing! Combinations and flavors of fudge Id never seen or tasted before.They allow you to sample, and there are tons of options- not only fudge, but several other things chocolate. I couldnt decide on one, so I grabbed a box with a few different flavors. This place is a MUST, when just strolling around downtown!

Go for the fudge though its about $19 a pound. They will make up a box of 4 or more flavors. Its not like fudge Ive had anywhere else. They also have sandwiches and usually soup and a lunch special. Some Alaska souvenirs but nothing worth the trip.

If you like fancy fudge or bear claws, or a nice lunch sandwich this is a very nice lunch. And the candy you can OD really good at the fudge factory have fun!

Alaska blueberry chocolate fudge is like any other. Theres other flavors but this is one of the favs. They got great sandwiches and coffee. Nice lunch spot. Would recommend stopping in, even for the cute gift shop. Very fast service.

Im not sure what I expected when I ordered my sandwich today. Two slices of potato bread, some roast beef, turkey, bacon, ham, tomatoes, and lettuce. Thats what I ordered. As a first time patron, I didnt have high hopes. Ive eaten at most places in Fairbanks and walked away feeling less than fulfilled. Today, however, was not one of those days. Everything about my sandwich as nothing short of amazing. How delicately you weaved the individual parts of my sandwich into that masterpiece I cant fathom. The pasta salad tasted like someone spent a thousand years mastering each aspect of the salad, and then put it together into the jewel of the meal. Bravo Fudge Pot...Bravo.

Had a delicious cup of hot chocolate on a very cold winter day. Very friendly staff. Nice seating area over looking the golden heart plaza. I saw they had lots of treats and small lunch options. Def go if you are in the area

Great little place that is well known . The food is ok nothing special . The service is great and efficient . The Mocha low carbs was the best I have ever had . Ordered it by mistake and the PJ sandwich . The shake was the best .

Came for lunch and the food was very good however a little pricey. As well, if you don’t get in early, you will get stuck in line waiting to order (due to all the tour excursions) and wait to get your meal.

Decent food, but bread is very soft and doughy so it compresses and sticks to your teeth. Salmon chowder tasty but had some bones in it. Ice cream is soft serve. Same Alaska pipeline propaganda DVD kept looping which was sort of annoying

I entered this establishment on Friday after being released from school. I was greeted with my favorite song and a warm atmosphere. The music continued to be pleasing from song to song. My order was promptly filled by a welcoming employee. The food was beyond good, reminding me of cold winters when I would be inside by the fire. I will continue coming back for not only their good food, but the welcoming sense I felt.

Kids loved the ice cream. The blueberry was the bomb. Kids had milk shakes that were spot on. We walked in 3 minutes till closing and the girls were very accommodating by serving 11 of us.

Great fudge at a good price. The gift shop has some local made items. When in Fairbanks Alaska you need to stop by and pick up some fudge. We will be back, good place for a stop to rest and relaxation.

A local gem! We were on vacation and looking for lunch when we stumbled upon the fudge pot. The employees were friendly, the service was great and the food was awesome! The sandwiches are big enough to split if you go as a couple and want to save room for fudge dessert.

Great little place for a simple meal. We got there just before a huge crowd walked. The service is fast for how busy it can get and very friendly. It was a little pricey but it’s reasonable for Alaskan prices.

Their fudge is real good. But they didn’t seem to know how to use the espresso machine. We threw all 3 of our drinks away and got coffee from one of the stands.

Cranberry is made with local berries, even plenty of sandwiches and good coffee to choose from. Cute seating.

The fudge was really good. The ice cream machine was out of order. The sandwiches were so so.

There was a real long line out the door but it goes really quick. We got a great sandwich and went across the street to the park.

I never go to Fairbanks without making a stop at the Fudge Pot. The fudge might be a little on the spendy side but it is SO worth it. Beware, the espresso fudge has real espresso in it! When I was there last time there were only two people working the counter so the service was a little slow but is was worth the wait. The only issue is getting the fudge home. It tends to get eaten before we are even out of the building.

Fix your hours online just drove in 30 mins from eielson farm road area for nothing. Your online hours say till 9 which I would guess is your summer hours. But you close at 6...
