Excellent service! Took my 2 Toyos to get serviced / cleaned. I got them back to the house and there was a problem with one of them. Right when I took it back to him, he immediately took it apart and tried to fix it on the spot. He fixed it the same day because he didnt want me to leave until it was resolved. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will always come back here for my Toyo servicing. Thank you so much.

I took my old Laser Toyo for repair last year to this place. My furnace was old and rusty.. They called me a few days later to pick up my furnace.. To my surprise, they re-painted it looking brand new. This is an awesome service... A year later, the toyo is still running and providing heat to my small cabin.

Over the years I have relied on Arctic Technical Services to keep my stoves working as they should. I have always received what I needed in service, advice and tips on the right and easy way. This past Spring I participated in their in house class on Toyo repair and troubleshooting. Some classroom but mostly hands on disassembly, troubleshooting, repair/replacement of parts, cleaning and reassembly, of your own unit, took the better part of the day. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. I recommend the class highly.

Wonderfully accommodating! They allowed us to borrow a tool to troubleshoot our Toyos issue so we didnt have to disconnect all the piping. Would go back anytime to get a Toyo serviced or with questions, thank you!

My Om-180 that i had purchased used and had serviced at Total Toyo went on the fritz and started shutting off periodically. Total Toyo said he didnt have any good ideas but suggested a leak and an air lock -other wise i could take it back in. I checked it leaks and bled the system, didnt fix it then called arctic tech who had serviced a Laser 56 for me in the past and one of the guys there was EXTREMELY helpful, he helped me trouble shoot it out loud over the phone for about 10 minutes then offered to let me borrow a toyo-specific fuel pressure test gauge for free. I showed up just before closing and he walked me through how to check the temp adjustment switch by jumpering 2 wires then showed me on his model how to insert the fuel pressure tester and adjust the pressure on the fuel pump AND he let me borrow it overnight free of charge. he was showing me this and answering all of my questions 15 minutes after closing time. I really appreciated the help, he saved me a service call and i would definitely recommend them!
