I needed parts and knowledge regarding my 21 year old Beckett AFII oil burner. Chris (Kris) promptly answered my phone call and said they would have the part I believed I needed. After speaking with Chris/Kris I got far more answers than I expected. I had his undivided attention for nearly 20 minutes as we discussed the burner and worked through (I wont say troubleshot, but he described in depth how the system worked and guided me through what other items could be causing my problem). I had assumed I had a failing motor or pump. I had an audio recording to which he listened and offered his opinion. I asked for a new pump and motor, and when he came back, he also had with him the coupler which probably saved me a trip back into town to get. We discussed the different filter options and why they recommend one over the other (Well, technicians recommend, he just was passing on the information).He guided me though future recommendations (Igniters and nozzle) if the issue was still unresolved after the assumed pump failure replacement didnt solve my problem.I highly recommend Hasco and the folks working there.The store was un fairbanksly clean and tidy. Plenty of parking and a significant selection of items.Thanks Hasco!
