Disappointed... I ordered fuel from them and got a receipt from them that showed price per gallon, amount of gallons, taxes and total price. But I was very surprised that they charged more than receipt showed. When I called them, I got explanation that I ordered more than I actually take into the tank, so the per gallon price is higher. Well, even if it is so, in all normal stores we get a receipt for what we pay. And if the price is incorrect, then it is on the store, not on the customer. Next time I should check other companies.

I don’t know why I didn’t share a review sooner. I’ve been getting fuel delivered from these folks the entire time I’ve lived in Fairbanks. They always have the best price and their front office is friendly and helpful. There was one occasion where a driver got stuck in my unplowed driveway and he called me to tell me (I was out of town at the time). He was pleasant over the phone, so I told him no worries. Alaska Fuel Services came and got their fuel truck unstuck and then ON TOP of that removed the snow and hard pack from my driveway and the road to my house. That was about three or four years ago now, but they really went above and beyond. Since then, I occasionally call around to price check other places and they consistently have the best price. Any weird request I’ve had, the office seems to be able to accommodate with no issue. 10/10 recommend.

Called today to purchase heating oil spoke with a very nice and professional woman I believed named Sarah. Versus it usually being a hassle to get it delivered in a timely manner it was painless. The price and friendly staff ensures I will be going through them for my heating oil needs.

The staff seems nice, However I am disappointed they refused to deliver to my home this December citing issues with my driveway. I have regular deliveries from large vehicles, as well as their are a number of ways to approach my driveway. I feel like they must have decided it wasnt worth any effort or inconvenience on their part.

We are set on monthly auto fill. THEY NEVER came to fill over a 5 month span, while continuing to collect $350 a month from me. Ran out of fuel in the dead of winter and my 7 month pregnant wife wakes up to a cold house while I was away. Receptionists were nice, but clearly management has no handle on business operations. Reading through other reviews, I see others with the same experience.This company is not worth taking a risk on.

They had the best prices. I was upset that they would deliver within 3 days but it was worth it. The driver was super sweet and professional. He drove in backwards up our steep driveway so smoothly i was shocked. He is a good driver and expressed he tries his best to get as many houses as possible a day. Its great to deal with people that love what they do. 👍🏽

I have been a customer for sometime on there keep fill program.I would give them no stars if I could.I have 2 tanks - 500 & 100 gallons. They ran my house out and didnt even apologize, stayed with them and now they ran my other tank out and wont come and fill it without charging me $100.00 call out.Do not use this company unless you are on a call as needed basis and then dont expect good customer service.

Best prices around, friendly and courteous staff that was more than willing to help answer my questions. Minimum 100gal order, but free delivery on all orders if I remember correctly. They guaranteed delivery within 3 business days, but delivered the day after I called. Awesome, family owned, local company. Definitely a fan, and a continuing customer.

This is only the second time ever that Ive had to order fuel and the first time at this address so I was a little nervous because Im not familiar with the process. Anyways, the lady who I talked to on the phone started out being nice but very quickly got very rude. I will not be using this company again and I will tell other people not to.

This is my first year with this company, and already they have excelled in customer service! The delivery was even a day early, and everyone is very nice and very helpful. I will be a customer for life!

I called around and they had the best price so we gave them a shot. The dispatcher said delivery would be within 3 business days but ours was delivered in 2, plus they didnt have delivery fees. We will use them again.

If I could give you a 0 Star I would, the lady that answers the phone must be a hill billy form the mountains because she is rude doesn’t know her job . We ordered fuel from this company and our tank gets 300 gallons well we ordered 100 gallons since we were at 90 gallons they cane out and delivered 47 gallons why idk . My husband calls them and this hill billy answers and tried to say that it was probably how much our tank could hold??? How the hell would you know ?? So my husband puts in a new order gets a call back that they will come out and deliver . Well he wants to ask if he’s going to have to pay for the delivery again since they got it wrong the first time well she starts giggling. We ended up speaking to the manager and put a complain on her . We will not be coming back to this company ever again and we are military so we sure as hell will let our friends know not to come to this company

Had auto fill with this company and had coordinated for them to come on Fridays after 10 so my wife could drop off the kids and bring the dog inside. They showed up whenever they felt like it and would be rude on the phone like we inconvenienced them. Then I hurt my back and couldnt shovel by the gate a week ago, told them to hold off until I got it cleared and I would call them. They decided to show up anyways and when they could not deliver I received a notice that they were dropping me off auto fill. The driver was even an ass when he couldnt deliver when I told his office to hold off. Im a disabled vet and will definitely let everyone that I know to avoid these guys. Horrible customer care.
