My second favorite store in Fairbanks. I love to see all the ideas inside that is constantly changing. It never gets old. And they usually have some wonderful deals, you just have to watch for them. If you need a muse for your homes decor pier one is it! Beautiful store guys, keep it up!

Very clean and organized store. The staff greeted me and smiled and pointed out the layout of their store. At the checkout I was asked if I would like to join their rewards program to save 25%. Overall I had a wonderful shopping experience at Pier 1 Imports!

Would be nice if I didn’t have to call the store directly to check out, because zero staff is found for 15min plus. Glad I’m a honest citizen.. other shoppers were walking around trying to find help to. Shameful way to fun business when your main focus is your customers.. yet.... you can’t get helped .

Im giving it 5 stars because my wife would want that for this store. Not really my kind of store, but they do have nice things and just about anything you get there will make your home look a little better...for the most part.The store itself is very nice, good size, and the staff is very friendly. My Wife loves this store!

Let me start with THIS STORE IS AMAZING! I got lost in there for a good 2 hours getting Christmas gifts. The customer service was really great. One of the girls working there made a point to approach me and ask me if everything was ok and also proceeded to let me know about the sales. Very very kind!

Just like every other Pier 1. Staff are very polite and helpful. The store for its size has a lot of items. You are able to get online items shipped to store. Items are sometimes damaged but you can purchase for a better price, pretty typical for Alaska.

Three stars for great customer service, they have alot of stuff there but its all super consumer specific, like a complete matching set of duck dishes.Stuff like that takes up a large portion of their store. I rarely find things there that I want.

I like the store, I give them my business a lot. BUT! the employees are super rude. Also, the store hours online are not updated. I just got kicked out of the store as soon as I walked in because they said they were closed but on here it says it wasnt closing for another hour.

Still lot of junk but better then what they were 40 years ago.

The store looked great, fresh well organized, and they remember which is impressive bc 8 live in Anchorage 330+miles away
