Amazing service. Friendly staff. Not sure if it was the owner or not who had worked on a couple of my guitars I brought to him but SHEEESH they came out of that shop better than ever before!! Thankful for the work that was done on them. 🤘🏻

Needed a set of strings for my 12 string guitar. There was a good selection and the staff was helpful in selecting a fitting set. I was shown a nice case when asked. This place has instruments of all kinds, for all levels of proficiency. They also have lots of teachers who make their services available to students wishing for instruction. When I had a problem with my purchase it was rectified as soon as it was brought to their attention. I will return for other items related to my music interest.

Did a great job on replacing the bridge on my fiddle. made a custom bridge right before my eyes. Knowledgeable and great price.

Great service and prices

This store is amazing for Fairbanks. I went in to look around, didn’t buy anything but as someone who’s been doing music for 13 years.. I had to go check this out. There is no Guitar Center in Fairbanks, so this is the next best thing and to be honest, it has more than GC. Violins, cellos, old historical instruments, etc. You name it, I guarantee they have it. Great store!

Service is Great, I loved our time talking to the experts about our banjo and they treated us like rock starts, Im grateful for a music shop in our area that has good Services and prices on everything and even include rockstar Service! I cant give these guys enough stars on this review, we will definitely be back!

A great place to visit and play music!

Today my husband and I went here to find two beginner guitars as we are picking this up as a hobby together. The man working, I’m assuming this was the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us pick two guitars perfect for our needs and threw in a deal for 2 cases as well. He even gave us several free picks to use. On our way out, he mentioned letting us know how everything goes which was very sweet! Highly recommend for all your musical needs.

Salesman wasnt wearing a mask and didnt know where to find the instrument that I was looking for. However as I was leaving, the repair man found it and followed me out the door to let me know.

Excellent customer service. I called to see if they had what I needed and they offered to pull the items and have them at the counter for when I arrived. Very friendly staff.

The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is amazing with a great selection of instruments and music books. It is a great place to browse and forget about the mundane worries!

The people working there are exceptionally helpful! We went in for beginners trumpet book and some materials needed for the trumpet and I was not given a list from the school, but they knew exactly what was needed and helped me with getting reeds for a clarinet as well. Great customer service!

Love this cozy music shop ...I have bought two new eukalele from there in the past month and the guys are always very helpful and knowledgeable, great service !!!!

These guys are great they ordered my drum set I only paid half for shipping. They gave me a free bass pedal, hi hat stand half off 2 pairs of free sticks and a drum key. They saved me nearly 2 grand on a set i bought. Thier drum section maybe a little small but they will defiantly work with you to get you what you need.

Very nice helpful people, they are and enjoyed looking around and trying out their line of stomp boxes.

Pretty cool spot in Fairbanks for guitars bit many basses but friendly staff and close to everything.

The back door of the place uses a guitar mounted on the ceiling as a door chime. its the coolest door chime idea ive ever seen.
