Rented clothing to snowshoe to Tolovana hot spring in December (temperature was around ‐10F). Ended up doing much of the hike in the dark with strong winds but the stuff we rented was high quality and kept us warm! We managed to completely mess up our reservation beforehand, accidentally making the booking in Anchorage instead of Fairbanks, and forgetting to reserve gear for one of our party, but Michelle still got the job done and prepared brand new gear on the day of completely last minute and we hardly lost any time. Pick up and drop off was also really convenient. Great customer service!

Alaska Outdoor Rental is a very good store. The prices are less expensive than any other rental shop in the area! The reservation is online, not too complicated to fill out but if you are not an american citizen (no ID, no Drivers license) you cannot fill it out.
