The worst customer service. Terrible installation, took weeks to communicate a “warranty” which was then NOT done. Rude, disrespectful and has said they will not come out and do the work they failed to do correctly. The owner of this company is a bad person and does dishonest business…really not much else I can say about how terrible of an experience this was. $300 was just lost to this incredibly bad business.

Had a terrible experience with Safelite 2 days before shipping my vehicle overseas. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago and dropped off. The part they had was “broken.” This left me with less than 24 hours to get my windshield replaced or could not ship vehicle. I asked Safelite if they had any available in the DC area and they said they didnt which I find hard to believe for such a large company (2020 Honda Odyssey). I called Empire Glass and they bent over backwards to work with me. I got my windshield replaced first thing the next morning and huge stress relief. The team was courteous, quick, and professional. I will go back to them for glass needs in the future and highly recommend!

Empire put the Wrong glass in my Mazda CX-5 vehicle! He gave me a hard time about getting my refund for the wrong window! I could not put my hands on my receipt at the moment, but they had me in their system and remembered me! I had to go elsewhere to get the correct window installed! Empire claimed they couldnt find my receipt in their system! When I gave them my Name however, The rude and unprofessional guy, remembered the service that they gave me! Even remembered how long ago the installation was performed by their store! $250 wasted! The window did not roll up on track and was constantly going off of track! He told me my window sensor in the door had been hit so the window would not stay on track which was a complete Lie! I had to go to another shop! They put in the correct window and no off track problems! I trusted their word at Empire Auto Glass (VA.Loc.) that it was the sensor! I was ready to repair the sensor, but it just so happened that I had another glass company look at the off-track window and they told me that its not the sensor! It just has the wrong window installed in it from Empire Auto Glass! I have Not heard back from them yet! I will be contacting The FBI & Better Business bureau! Also file in court papers! Buyer beware! The Rude person I spoke with, telephone number is 703-388....

Arrived timely, completed work promptly, replaced stickers and toll lane receiver, and most importantly the windshield appears as new.

Unreliable. I made an appointment. I was told someone will show up and replace my windshield at my place. I had to call 10 times to confirm that they will show up. They didnt show up. I dont think this is a reliable business. I wouldnt trust them with touching my vehicle windows or windshield.

Great customer service!!! Took my car there to get my windshield replaced again after a messed up job from another person. Empire Auto Glass took their time to tell me everything wrong with the last replacement and said they can fix it and they sure delivered!!! My car looks and feels better and I absolutely love driving it with no additional concern. Totally recommend this place if you need glass replacement or repair, they are the best and their price is very affordable!!

Fantastic experience! Lous goes above and beyond! I got a quote from Empire for a windshield replacement. I was happy to find out that Empire had a better price than Safelight and other auto glass places in the area. I set up an appointment for today while I was working. I got a call from the Technician Lous telling me that he and another technician were in the parking lot of my work and that I could “take my time” and “not rush”. That immediately made me feel at ease. I met with Lous and the other technician and Lous throughly explained what needed to happen and the process. I was on the clock at work and he was great about accommodating me. I left the car with the technicians and within 30 minutes they gave me a call that they were finished! I met them at my car and Lous did a fantastic job explaining to me in detail how to care for my windshield in the first 48 hours. I would absolutely recommend Empire to everyone. I appreciated Lous and the other technician SO much. 10/10 thank you guys!

I called at 10:30 AM, they were at my house the same day at 2:30 PM to replace the windshield on my Toyota, and they were finished by 3:00. Price was reasonable, and service was good.

I tried calling them and their mailbox was full. A couple days later I used their quote estimate on their site, and called again. The second time I received a call back and got to texting. I texted the next day asking if they were available, and decided to drive to the Merrifield location. Due to CoVid they were closed on Saturday, even though it didn’t say anything. The lack of proper communication was quite annoying and I decided to go elsewhere for my windshield replacement.

I’d give it less than a one star if I could. I got my windshield replaced from here on June 17th and didn’t realize they replaced my windshield with a damaged one. There’s a large scratch/crack on the bottom left of the windshield and this is something that was created by driving because I did not used the car for about 2 weeks therefore it had to be there well beforehand. If I were you I would find a better auto glass shop to go to, it might be a little bit more expensive but it’d be worth better quality and service.Update: a person from the company who I assume was the manager of the location I went to contacted and threatened to sue me over a bad review so that goes to show you what kind of company they are. Again save yourself the hassle and choose a different auto glass company.Update 1/31: The owner is now saying they came out to check my windshield after my complaint which never happened to my knowledge and I was never even contacted about them coming out to look at it.

I called Empire auto glass and in 45 mins they were at my drive way replacing my windshield . Also before they came I did some shopping around to see if I could get a lower price and sure enough no one could beat them. Call them for your windshield needs, Sean will take care of you!

After the crack on my windshield started to spread I started calling around to get estimates on the cost and then a friend recommended Empire Auto Glass. I called them and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. The price was extremely reasonable, the customer service and staff was amazing and super friendly, and the service and work itself was done really well! When I had called to provide the information for my car, I had accidentally given them the wrong year and they had ordered the wrong windshield because of that. Without hesitation they quickly ordered the correct windshield for my car and offered to replace it the next day. Excellent customer service! I’d recommend this place to anyone.Also, I have to mention... because there are two different auto shops in the same area (street), I ended up going to the wrong location. This other shop was “Best Auto Glass” and when I arrived for my appointment, they took me in pretending to be that company. They asked me to fill out some paperwork while they took my keys and quickly started to work on my car. Minutes later I received a call from the other shop saying I hadn’t arrived for my appointment, I said I was sitting in their shop and they told me I was at the wrong shop. I quickly asked for my keys back and took my car and left from there. The fact that these people lied and pretended to be another company is wrong on so many levels and I wanted to point that out in case something similar happens to someone because Empire Auto Glass (the shop I went to) provides great service.

Had a cracked windshield repaired on a 2015 Hyundai. Very reasonable price, very efficient, had it done in an afternoon. Its a tiny bit hard to find, but its on the back right of the parking lot, the door is up the steps and on the right.

Im a repeat customer and that should say something by itself! Empire Auto Glass takes appointments, but it is equally easy to get the same quality service as a walk-in. I had a windshield with a foot long crack replaced yesterday. The owner did the job quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. As I left, he patiently walked me through the care instructions for a week after the repair job. A great experience again! (And if you come early in the year they give their customers really cool free calendars :-) )

They ask for you to give Google reviews right after the service. Intimidating you so they can get more business. They damaged the mechanism that holds my hood down and shrugged after they couldnt fix it.

From the initial call for an estimate to the installation two days later I had an amazing experience! The customer service was excellent and they were the most competitive price I found. A small pebble hit my windshield and left a huge crack in the glass. I started calling around to get an estimate on how much it would be to replace my whole windshield and Empire Auto Glass had the best price. I called about 7 other places in the Fairfax area. I came in and Sean noticed right away that I had a sensor on my windshield and he didnt have the right one in stock and asked me if I wanted to wait and stay for him to pick up the correct one from the Maryland or if I could come back in the next morning. I chose to come in the next morning and get it fixed. Sean fixed it quickly (only took 40-45 minutes) to get my whole windshield replaced and it looks PERFECT! Its been a whole week now since Ive gotten it fixed and everything is in tact. Definitely recommend coming here!

The windshield of my 2007 Honda CRV was damaged by a rock at the I-66 construction zone. My insurance would only cover windshield damage if it was repaired not replaced which sucked given how many years premium Ive paid them. They remedied the damage, installed clips not in the estimate, also missing moulding and didnt charge a penny over the quoted price, despite the extra parts and labor. Shawn, a young entrepreneur and the owner is a great guy. Quality work, low prices, and customer satisfaction are the elements of his business model--all too rare today. Empire Auto Glass gave us excellent service and product. Based on a neighbor recommendation we made an appointment to have a spider chip repaired in the windshield. You could see it was starting to creep. Arriving on time I was immediately greeted. After a few minutes the technician took me to the car and explained exactly what kind a chip it was and told me there was a 50/50 chance the creep would immediately expand during the repair process. Within 40 minutes I had the windshield fully replaced complete with inspection sticker and instructions. They were quick, clean, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Friday afternoon an an object hit my windshield, cracking it beyond repair. Other places couldnt fix it right away and I didnt want to spend the weekend unable to drive my car. These folks said they could do it that afternoon. They have a good inventory of windshields on hand and provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. I definitely recommend them.

Woke up to a broken into car and had a stressful morning figuring out insurance deductibles and other costs of stolen items.Empire Auto Glass was friendly and prompt with an estimate, stating a competitive price and same day appointment window so I would not have to drive around with a bag over my car door. I had originally called their Maryland location, however, they did not have my vehicle glass in stock and suggested an appointment in their Fairfax location.The office is located at the end of Juniper St. Upon entering the office building, turn directly to the right, and down 2 steps. There are plenty of shops and businesses within walking distance from their office so I was able to get work done in a nearby coffee shop while waiting for my car to be repaired.All of the employees and team members I spoke with were professional and friendly and, when I arrived for my appointment, had already printed out the estimate, including filed the information I provided on the phone.After 1.5hrs, I received a call my repair was completed and I was able to pick up my car. All of the broken glass had been cleaned up and the window was spotless.I would recommend Empire Auto Glass.

Where can I start? First Ill say BEST customer service hands down, treated like Im the owner. No hidden fees like other companies that will give you price and then add extra fees because of some sensors or something. This place is loyal on their word and work. Ive taken my BMW 6 series in 2 times and both times did an awesome job with no air leak holes in the windshield or anything. Good location not in some single family home garage. So over all EMPIRE AUTO GLASS will definitely be having me and my friends and relatives as customers for eternity.

So I had an appointment with Empire this morning at 11:15, my car wasnt tended to until almost near 12:00 but I had an amazing experience with this place! The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. I got lost a few times on my way looking for there location and she stayed on the phone with me until I finally arrived. There prices are extremely reasonable. After the process was done I was given a complete explanation and overview of what was done and the precautions I should take for my windshield. I was even given additional resources and recommendations to get some dents pulled out of my car. The only frustrating thing was the wait time when I had a scheduled appointment, but do to facility, staff, and the work that was done they definitely deserved 5 stars! I would highly recommend this place! :)

Great prices & service. It takes quite a bit for me to post. Prices are extremely competitive. Safelight quoted me $315 without tax. Empire quoted me $215. I am very satisfied.

Im late on my review as they serviced me over the summer, but I felt like sharing. I had just underwent surgery and had to renew my registration, state inspection, and emissions. I knew I would not pass with a cracked windshield and was stressing the amount of money I was going to spend for everything. These guys were affordable, came fast, were super professional and explained everything as it was being done, and were done quickly too! They remembered to give me specific and detailed (easy to understand and remember) instructions on what to do or not do in the first 24hrs of my new glass. The price and efficiency were the best part! I definitely recommend! Also, its hard to get good customer service from the whole team when dealing with companies--I received great treatment from the person I first spoke to ....to the technicians.

Maybe I just visited on an off day, but I was not nearly as impressed with this place as everyone else seems to be. The tech who scheduled my appt was not there when I arrived and didnt show up for about half an hour. Another employee did start on the work, but he was [rightfully] annoyed by the situation. On top of that, the flashing they installed unglued itself a couple days after installation. I am willing to give them another shot; hopefully my first experience was a fluke!

I have my windshield replaced by Empire Auto Glass. The appointment was from 9 to 11 am. The technician was late and didnt show up until 12 pm. However, once they got here, they were very professional and got the job done in 30 minutes. Their price is very reasonable.
