Just moved to have this place be my primary servicer for my mini cooper! I love everyone here... they are genuinely interested in cars and will talk to you about the repairs you are doing, want done, or just talk to you about cars in general! They are fair on pricing and their email / text inspection report comes with pictures of any problems theyve identified with your car in real time so you can see exactly what they have identified. I am happy they are so close to my residence and that they are so fast / accommodating with their service! Dont take your vehicle anywhere else!

Great Shop all around! Ive came here for multiple occasions and they have exceeded expectations each time. From small jobs like an oil change or change of brakes, to big like replacing the engine on my Jeep Wrangler, they have shown professionalism, friendliness, consideration of your time and honesty. I could write an entire essay on my experience with them, but all in all this a shop that won’t BS you and will work with you in order to give your car back to you far better than how it came in. They even give it a nice little cleaning with a piece of candy inside hahaWill forever recommend this shop.

Very impressed! First visit today for a headlight bulb replacement in my Subaru. Customer Service was outstanding! Bob explained in detail some upcoming service items my car will need to have completed. Unlike the dealer or other garages, I never felt pressured to buy these service items on the spot. I had a catalytic converter replaced. Brought the Subaru OEM part to Craftsman as I didnt want an aftermarket installed.After the repair I noticed an unfamiliar rattle so I went to investigate and found:- 2 of the screws holding the front skid plate were loose, which was the source of the rattle- 5 plastic push-screws holding various panels together were outright missing- The forward heat shield of the catalytic converter was not installed (see photo)The first two items I can give a pass on (wouldnt be the first time), but not installing the heat shield is an obvious and complete failure. The purpose of the heat shield is to protect other components of the car from excessive heat. I cant imagine what would cause the mechanic to miss something so obvious.

Bob and his team were great. They kept me posted throughout the process and were up front with me about which repairs were urgent and which could wait. They also went above and beyond in assessing and repairing a hard-to-diagnose problem with one of my brakes. Overall an excellent experience.

I took my car here to have a state inspection done and I knew that I would need some repairs. They send a neat text message with each step of the inspection including photos so when they say it needs fixed, you can actually see what the issue is and know they aren’t doing unnecessary work. It’s pretty rare to find an honest and friendly car repair shop, so even though they are out of my usual area I will definitely be going out of my way to return to this location

Im a member of the BMW Car Club of America in the DC area and, as a very knowledgeable car guy, can attest to Craftsmans commitment to customers, the community and the great work they do. Being a program leader in our club I am frequently asked for recommendations by other members who I recommend. These requests range from basic maintenance to complex repairs. Without hesitation I recommend Craftsman. Great work and people who take the time to help customers understand the why as cars become more complex.

Same day appt isn’t recommended but they can always fit you in the next day. They give estimated wait time/expectations, and may take more than 2 hrs, so make arrangements and be flexible. They send you a digital report to you phone (convenient) and give you an overview upon pick up. Friendly customer service and will return for other services.

Bob and his team provided me with the world class customer service, Servive needed light on the dash board did not want to rest, Bob provided me with free loaner car and my car was fixed in an hour after I left, even they dropped my car at my house . Delonte was amazing from the start. First of all, had no idea this place was so close and got such great reviews. Took my car, quoted me around 1pm and said i could leave my car and head back home, living so close i was most definitely ok with this. Got a text a couple hours in with a full huge listed diagnostics which shows every little detail of the diagnostics on my car. I called delonte and asked about a warning on my diagnostics, as I’d never seen it before. Come to find out, this fluid flush had never been done in the 70k miles I’ve had it. I’ll say this, Bull Page Honda has lost me as a customer

On my way to a doctors appointment I realized one of my headlights was off. I was running early to the doctors appointment so I pulled up to a couple shops in the area to see if they could quickly switch the light bulb. Two places said they could do it later that afternoon because their techs were about to go on lunch. So I continued to my doc appt and saw Craftsman Auto Care right across the street. I pulled into their parking lot and gave them a call. One of the techs came out to take a look in just minutes. He replaced my lightbulb in less then 5 minutes!!!! I wish I remembered the techs name but if your reading this THANK YOU!

Craftsman got me the best deal on tires and made sure the alignment was as good as possible. The latest time I did a complimentary inspection to see what my Hyundai Elantra needed done to pass inspection. Took care of the tail light problem I had going on, replaced the radiator hoses and flushed the coolant, replaced the brakes, and I am going to be back soon for a fuel system cleaning. I highly recommend everyone to take their vehicles here.

This is the best place I felt happy to take my car in for the regular maintenance check and alignment correction. They are very welcoming and their prices are pretty reasonable. I like their live view car report, with photos and videos of the parts and detailed notes on the health of the part, they follow the simple red, yellow, green symbolism. I like how they dont force or impose on getting something on your car, you will decide that for your car. This is a good place to take your car in for any kind of problem 👍

If youre an old Currys customer and left when the chain got sold to Mr Tire and everything went downhill, rejoice, because Matt and Judy are finally back. My Experience was with Bob. Based off of my interaction with him alone I would absolutely give this business 0 stars if i could! I dont think I have ever dealt with a more unprofessional individual in my entire life! He was extremely rude & careless. He just had a very nasty attitude the entire time. He uses profanity & foul language towards customers and is just beyond rude and ignorant. Most importantly he did absolutely NOTHING to solve my cars issue. It was honestly a nuisance dealing with him and a COMPLETE waste of time. There is so many good establishments out there I wish I would have never bothered with this one. Lesson learned, never again! I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

This Crafsmans location is a genuine shop. As a DIY technician myself, I can say with confidence that their mechanics KNOW what theyre talking about, and are very upfront and honest about what they think of your vehicle. Ive never noticed them try to push unnecessary maintenance or service on any of my cars, and that goes a long way with me.They also offered community educational classes on standard car care called Cars and Coffee which has unfortunately been put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to contain it; but regardless, it shows they genuinely care about keeping their customers informed and educated on what is turning into a dying skill set.This shop has my respect and my trust.

This is the second year Ive taken my BMW to Craftsman Auto Care (Merrifield). A lot has changed in 2020 to say the least, but the same level of trust, quality of service, and clean environment can be found at Craftsman! Craftsman Auto in 2019 (when I first went) was sending customers videos and summaries of the work being done on the vehicle (pre-COVID), so you get to be that much closer to the action and see what needs potential attention without having to be in the shop floor and avoiding unnecessary contact. Ive never felt pressured on up-selling of services. There are recommendations that are made, but based on your own comfort level, knowledge of your vehicle, your financial situation is how you should make your decision. Craftsman advises in this regard, but does not pressure. This actually makes me want to get more done with Craftsman. Thanks for a positive experience, and making the shop clean / safe amidst widespread health concerns across the country.

Literally the best experience at an auto shop we have ever had. Adrian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He reached out to use several times to make sure we understood what was going on and were on board. They did quite a bit of work, and at great prices that were way better than quotes from competitors. Our car is back in tip top shape! They also have a very nice shop, and got the work done within a week. Never once did we feel we were being taken advantage of or deceived on the state of our vehicle. We would recommend this company to everybody!

Everyone is very nice and professional. Just a safety inspection this time, but they still did a checkup & Carfax report. Car was ready earlier than promised. One thing, they need to work on being touchless as having to sign for the credit card with the stylus is very pre-virus.

This is the place to go if youre looking for quality service and work. They have always gone above and beyond. Every single person I have talked with has been extremely attentive and professional. They clearly detail what needs to be done, what can wait, and what is fine. Before they were approved to do inspections they literally took my car somewhere else to get it done. They dont do cut rate work but when Ive priced them against the dealership, theyve always been cheaper. I came here when they first opened up because we use to get good service at the Alexandria/Kingstowne location. The quality care is as good, if not better.
