Amazing delivery team! The three “J”s were professional and mindful of my property. Thank you for taking care of the tub in placing it and for consideration you showed to my needs. Courtesy and manners. Very refreshing.

Their service department is terrible. Non-responsive after multiple attempts - both by phone message, website form and even after speaking to someone in person at the store. The jacuzzi itself is fine. If I had known the ongoing service was so bad I would have purchased it from another seller.

Unbelievably lousy service. They lie to your face and promise callbacks but NO ONE ever calls back and no one on the phone will ever help. Once the sale is done, they treat you like a leper. Their reputation in this area is AWFUL for a reason. Go with a better spa dealer.

Although I didnt purchase anything from these guys my initial dealing left me questioning some folks honesty. They made a mistake selling me a spa that was already sold, they did offer me other spas at a discount however what made me suspicious was the offering od a spa where I couldnt get the model number and the manufacturer didnt have anything like it on their site. On top of that when I called to talk to the salesman the lady said he was on the phone with a vendor. When i got a call back the salesman said he was dealing with a customer. Its a small thing but hard to know whos being honest and whos not. That small interaction made me choose to go elsewhere.

Without question the worst experience I’ve had with a company this year. Waited beyond what was promised, tub arrived, wrong tub. They never ring to provide updates. Promises are lies. Simply a terrible experience. Charlie started off all pleasant and promised the world and then every time I call to speak to him, assume he is the owner or manger, he doesn’t have the spin to speak to me. Simply horrible. Don’t shop there. The only saving grace for that place is Richard who is The operations manager. He went out of his way to get the problem resolved nobody else in that place took the time to spend time with me to fix it.I’m sure that doing business with them is possible but you have to deal with Richard who is the operations manager. He is worth it’s weight in gold

Would give them a negative 5 if I could. I recently purchased a hot tub from premium spas and billiards. At first the service was great... I was looking to buy my first hot tub and they were very helpful to sell me a hot tub, but then I filled up the hot tub after being delivered and right away I noticed it was not level. No biggie I thought I’ll call the company and get this issue resolved. Nope, not the case. Was told I had to Call a contractor to level it and it was my responsibility it was not there responsibility to make sure it worked properly. The idea of working properly has a different meaning to Charlie (store owner) and I. Working properly to me is being able to sit at any seat without drinking the water or worrying about my son drowning. So, I Contacted the contractor who said it would be another $600 to level so I went back to the store today after the contractor stood me up. No show no call!!! I had a conversation with the owner(Charlie) and salesman (Rick). Well it turned into (Charlie) saying it’s not there problem and Charlie (the owner) yelling at the salesman in front of everyone. Do not go to this spa/ hot tub company they will rip you off!!!

We had an issue with an installation and the team at Premium Spas & Billiards worked tirelessly to make it right. However, they took my table apart telling me a few days to maybe a week. Over a month later, my table is now worse than before. I have called many times and keep getting told it will be done. Now, I am almost to the point of giving up. They have ruined a 3 grand table and haven’t been able to play pool on it since they put it together. Do not use.

Premium Spa and Billiards is the top of the market and in my opinion is the best on the entire east coast. PSB is so incredible from customer service and pricing to punctual deliveries and professionalism. Rick, the Director if Operations turned the stressful and difficult process of buying my dream tub and getting it to my home into a streamlined joy of a day it made me felt like I had purchased it on Amazon.Thank you Rick and thank you Premium Spa’s and Billiards!!

Anyone wondering how they should get rid of their pool table should call these guys. I found them on-line, sent an email. They asked for a photo of the pool table, quoted a price and showed up within two days. They wrote me a check and removed the table. They were super professional, super nice, and super efficient. My basement has a lot more space. I have a little more money. What more could you ask for? ( except to not end a sentence with a preposition.)

This is the third hot tub that I have owned. My experience was never so pleasant. Charlie, who is the owner took care of me like I was family. He was very honest and professional with the installation and removal of my old tub. I have recommended them to several friends and family and all have been very happy with the price and service. This is a top notch company and no need to look anywhere else for a hot tub.

I have recently purchased a pool table and a hot tub from Premium Spas and Billiards! The sales team at the store in Fair Lakes was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The set up crew that came to my home was very professional. We have been very happy with both our purchases. The owner, Charlie, was always available to speak with and was very involved with both sales. We recently signed up the Hot Tub maintainance / service contract and are very happy. Our Hot Tub always has clean water and ready to use! I highly recommend this company.

Never owned a Jacuzzi before and they were wonderful through the whole process! Not only that I have been bugging them about the chemical levels (being a rookie and all) and they have had the patience to walk me through everything. I honestly feel the first class customer service because they genuinely care about their customers! Will absolutely be using them in the future!

My review has been pending based on rectifying an electrical issue at my home. In my opinion being a business owner, its not about what happens when there is a problem its about what you do as a company to resolve it. In my honest opinion Premium Spa and Billiards went above and beyond rectifying the issue and working with me until we figured it out. They came out to my home all the way in ashburn countless times ( easily over 10 times ) without charging me with their very knowledgeable technician Troy to figure it out. Finally we found I just needed an outlet solely responsible for just the hot tub itself without anything running on it called a dedicated circuit breaker which I would recommend before hand. Before purchasing the hot tub just make sure you have the correct power going to the hot tub. If its a 110 volt hot tub it needs to be a dedicated outlet for just the hot tub and nothing else on the outlet. Again Im glad I went with Premium Spas after doing countless hours of research on other companies online before hand. It paid off to be premium.

My husband and I have known the owner of Premium Spas and Billiards for over 30 years. He is honest, sincere, and very hard working. When you own a business, it tends to reflect your morals and your passions. We have been working with Charlie for the last 25 years when we needed a hot tub or repair. He is always fast and efficient in getting our needs met. I would highly recommend his products and his service. He stands behind what he sells and would not over price his products - hot tubs and pool tables.

I visited a few hot tub stores but just could not quite find the features I was looking for. Premium Spas and Billiards had a great selection of high quality Jacuzzi brand tubs. Apparently they are the only dealer in the area. The Jacuzzi 400 series hot tubs had just what I was looking for in capacity and features. They have great financing and gave me an excellent price. I would recommend them.

I purchase a J400 series 10 years ago during a special event. Before purchasing the hot tub, which is placed under our deck, we had to install a solid base and opted for paver stones. When you decide on your base you should inform the contractor about the weight of the hot tub with water (500 gallons) to ensure they install a base that can handle that weight because you now know you are looking at 4000 pounds plus the weight of the tub, plus people in the tub. I cant imaging installing this on top of a deck unless that deck was built to hold a hot tub. Contractors may install the concrete or paver stone base with a slight rise for water runoff so make sure you know if they did to prevent issues with the water line being slightly out of level once the tub is filled. You should tell the hot tub installers if your base has a gradual rise and be prepared to have shims to level the tub when it is installed and before you fill it. From a solid base to electricity there are a few things you need to do yourself when preparing to enjoy your new Jacuzzi. Make sure, if you install your tub similar to ours (under a deck) that there is enough clearance for the new tub after they poured or laid the base floor. The paver stones we used minimized the clearance and the installers (during a rain storm) had to flip the tub on its side and luckily found an area where the tub would slide through by a fraction of an inch. This was not their responsibility but our mistake of not ensuring we had proper distances after installing the base would have been disappointing. Over the years we have used this company to clean, service and purchase cleaners, supplies, etc. I cant say enough about their customer service and friendliness. You are not buying hot tub, you are buying a Jacuzzi. You will notice this about the initial cost. However, ours looks and runs like it is brand new after 10 years thanks to the support this store provides. We have friends that purchased cheaper hot tubs that have already been replaced or had significant down times. I highly recommend them. Just remember to ask questions and if you need to hire a contractor for the base or electricity, shop around and make sure they understand what you are trying to do. Some will have no idea how much a Jacuzzi with 400 or 500 gallons of water will weigh. Most of the complaints I read were due to preinstallation issues. Make sure you are set up correctly and you will enjoy your new Jacuzzi.

I have been wanting a hot tub for several years but finally was ready to buy. After searching around and visiting a store in Reston, I came across Premium Spas & Billiards in Fair Lakes. They have a large showroom with a good selection of tubs including some really sweet Jacuzzi brand tubs as well as Nordic and one other budget line. The sales experience was good. No high pressure, they just answered my questions and showed me the pros and cons of each. In the end I chose a Jacuzzi 375 model because it had exactly what I wanted. I got a $500 factory rebate and they were able to arrange financing. They delivered the tub the following week and the install was smooth. I love the Jacuzzi Clearray water filtration that uses UV to keep the water clean. Overall a great experience. I would recommend them.

I wanted to buy from this place but they made it far too difficult. The people who answer the phone dont know anything, so every time you ask a question, they put you on hold to ask somebody else. Then, after wasting 15 minutes of my time, they tell me that they would not install a cloth on my table unless I bought it from them. No problem. There are many other stores that are more service-oriented.

Had two service visits done on hot tub this past week. First was to replace the lifting arm on the hot tub cover; I called it in, Chris the Service Mgr gave me the exact price, set the appt, and their tech fixed it and we didnt even have to be home. Excellent. Second part was a two part repair because hot tub was running really hot (10F too hot). I had seen an alarm code, but ignored for, oh 6-8 months. (Doh!) Anyway, the first tech came out and first disconnected the Clearray system to see if it fixed the temp overrun, but luckily it did not, because that would have been a more expensive repair. So they sent out another tech, a young man named Tone, who was a real pleasure - he was super polite, friendly, liked our dog, fixed the problem, even gladly moved his truck in the middle of the repair (so my wife could get van out; there too much snow on roads for him to park there). In short, Premium Billiards and Spa did a great job repairing our hot tub and I strongly recommend them and will buy from them again in the future (FYI Stan in their Sterling store is a delightful, helpful guy, too.) Thank you!
