After a debacle at Davids Bridal (they did not order my dress and did not realize it was discontinued until repeated follow-ups), I was in quite the bind with only three months until the wedding. My mother found Sage Bridal online and the reviews were incredible. I am so grateful because this place absolutely saved my wedding day.The experience at Sage Bridal was almost magical in comparison. The lighting was flattering, the vibe was relaxed, and I received the personal attention I hadnt at Davids. All of the dresses were stunning and Kristin was so kind and patient with me. I paid more than I did for my first dress, but there was no contest in quality, customer service, and sheer beauty. Had such an incredible experience here! I came here twice, once with my bridesmaids and once with my maid of honor and my mother. They were so helpful here and I really appreciated all their advice. I’ve had my eye on a particular dress for 6 months and until recently, it hasn’t been available in any salons within 10 hours of me. I got so excited when I found out this salon carried the dress. I wanted to make sure that they did have the dress in a size I could try on so I’ve called this salon every day for two week with no answer. I’ve left voice messages and emails and no response. Devastated that I finally found a place with my dream dress in stock somewhat locally but can’t get anyone on the phone and that they don’t respond to messages

This place was amazing and I had the BEST experience!!!! They were so helpful and really knew what they were doing!! I had gained some weight since my last fitting because I got pregnant and they fixed the dress on the spot!!! So skillfull and talented!!!! Sage bridal is AMAZING! Christen and her niece Chloe helped me find my wedding dress in the most unique of circumstances! My mon and sister came in from out of town to help me with my wedding dress shopping. We already had a few bridal shops booked — we were hoping to make it to Sage bridal but their wonderful staff was already booked for the weekend. Hoping for some magic, we drove by the shop just in case there had been changes to their appointment scheduled. Unfortunately, Christen assured us the shop was booked solid all weekend. Knowing we would be back to make an official appointment on another date, we went on our way. Until about about 30 minutes later, when I was personally contacted by Christen and notified that there was a sudden cancellation in the afternoon (which by the way perfectly aligned with the ending of a previous bridal appointment)!! Christen was very quick with her responses and we were able to schedule my official appointment, completed their appointment paperwork and made it to the shop!Once we were there, Christen and her niece had already pulled some dresses that were in alignment with my appointment paperwork and allowed my mom and sister and I to also look around the shop and request any of their beautiful array of dresses. Low and behold after trying on a few dresses, I found the most unique and perfect wedding dress I could have ever imagined! On top of everything, Christen helped us style the dress with a veil and a perfect satin ribbon! My mom and sister and I have not been able to stop talking about it!It is also worth mentioning that any alterations can be done through the shop! Over the course of my bridal appointments, they were the only bridal shop to offer everything in house! If you are looking for a wedding dress in the NOVA area, please give your time to Sage bridal!

We had the most WONDERFUL experience today picking a wedding dress for my sister! We came in last minute and didn’t have an appointment but was still able to be accommodated!! The most beautiful dresses with so much help along the way. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Where do I even begin?! Let’s start with the detailed communication I received prior to coming in for my appointment. She asked ALL the right questions and went as far as asking for pictures of dresses I liked and had tried on previously to get to know my style. Prior to us ever meeting, I felt like we were already friends! She was excited for me, and it was genuine. I arrived for my appointment and walked in to a table with various candies with my name on it and it was so special! The whole experience was flawless. She had dresses pulled for me prior to my arrival. They fit, they were me, they were gorgeous. She did her homework, added all of these amazing little personal touches and thanks to all of her hard work, I said yes to the dress! I couldn’t have imagined spending my money anywhere else with the amazing service I was given. Please, please, please go to Sage Bridal! You won’t be disappointed!!

Wow wow wow. What an amazing experience from the beginning. When you drive up, you don’t think much of it, but walk through those doors and boom: boutique, fun, light, and amazing service and experience. I was greeted with a genuine welcome and was immediately stoked with a very customized experience. My appointment was ready with the dresses that we had already discussed. She also pulled a few more per my style. She had my name on a little welcome sign which was a cute touch and helped me in and out of each dress. The clippings were also perfect. Sometime they aren’t (at least at other stores). What I loved the most was her genuine personality. She was fun and gave her honest opinion. She wasn’t there to “sell” but to help you find what works for YOU. She also helped find a solution when in a tight debacle. After, I went to lunch and a waitress mentioned another place nearby. Honestly, I had no interested. I’ll happily give my business to Christen ANYDAY after the our amazing time! Thanks Christen!

Sage Bridal is an adorable little boutique that offers an intimate, personalized experience. The decor is cute, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and they have a great selection of gowns. You can tell as soon as you walk in for your appointment that they put a lot of effort into the little details that make dress-shopping fun and memorable. The best part is that they stock more inclusive sample sizes. Im generally a size 10-12. At other bridal stores, it felt like I was getting mashed into samples made for a size 6, so it was hard to visualize what dresses would actually look like in my size (not to mention pretty demoralizing). At Sage, I got to try on lots of different options that made me feel pretty -- it was a completely different experience! I said yes to a stunning ballgown and couldnt be happier.

Dont waste your time and go to Sage Bridal. I had the best experience there after getting frustrated with some bridal shops either charging too much service fee or not being prepared for the appointment at all. When I arrived, all dresses in my style were ready for me and the staffs never forced me to make a decision right away. Sometimes, some sales representatives encourage too much that you get confused after coming back home. But this bridal shop helped me clear my mind about what dresses I really want. I have been visiting at least 10 bridal shops in dmv areas and this bridal shop is by far the best shop to visit and will be visiting there for the second appointment. Hope all the brides looking for a wedding dress in the area dont experience the same frustration I had but save time by going to this shop!!

There isnt enough adjectives to describe how wonderful my experience at Sage Bridal was. I made an appointment with them after experiencing a wedding dress issue. Prior to the appointment, I was able to explain what I was going through and not only were they empathetic, they also out-sourced a dress from one of their key designer brands that they sell just to have it in house for me to try on when I showed up to my appointment. Talk about amazing client services. Kristin and her assistant were very welcoming which helped provide a comfortable atmosphere. Their selection of dresses were elegant, fairy tale like, well taken care of, and budget friendly. While I didnt end up purchasing my dress there due to external circumstances, I highly recommend Sage Bridal to all individuals. Every person should be able to experience the sort of hospitality and genuineness that they provided to me during wedding dress shopping. I cant thank Sage Bridal enough.

We bought a communion/flower girl dress for my granddaughter. The experience in the shop was pleasant but when we got home we noticed the dress was wrinkled. I was told by the shop owner she would steam it. Inclement weather and the fact that I live out of state prevented that from happening.I told her she should have steamed it when we bought it. She said all the dresses come out wrinkled and she was going to steam it for me as a curtesy. She will steam wedding gowns for an additional cost but she doesnt steam communion/flower girl dresses.I spent over $200.00 for a wrinkled dress. I just bought a steamer for an additional $50.00 so I can steam the dress.I think its wrong to spend over $200.00 and not have it steamed at the shop.

So friendly, supportive, and willing to let me try on a lot of dresses. Even when my final dress wasnt from their shop, they followed up with me and were happy for me! Im so impressed and happy.

Theyre extra cautious during COVID-19 with masks and only your small party in the store. The appointments are personalized and make the bride feel cared for. I have found the whole dress search to be stressful, and here I felt more calm. Their decor is lovely and thoughtful. They pick out dresses for you and in your budget, and make recommendations for other types of dresses to buy. They were SO PATIENT with my indecision and going between very different styles of dresses. I did not feel rushed trying on dresses and moving to the next one, and I never felt pressure to buy a dress, which is such a welcome feeling.Also, I needed a hair accessory and mask for my legal ceremony (delaying large reception due to COVID) in a very quick turnaround time. Because of my experience trying on dresses, I felt comfortable reaching out to Sage asking if they were available just for accessories. I was unable to go in person but they welcomed my mom with such grace and patience again, showing her hair decorations and masks, putting them in their hair to show what it would look like, and working with her to send pictures to me over email because my moms phone died. This was really ABOVE AND BEYOND. I have not been to another store with such a focus on service, even for the small things like a hair piece and a mask. They really care about their customers, whether you buy a dress, nothing, or only accessories. They helped us pick out a mask and a hair decoration that really elevated our legal ceremony and made me feel like a beautiful bride. You HAVE to check them out.

There are about a million reasons why I gush over Christen’s bridal store, Sage. However, I’ll make this brief so you can get on your way to making an appointment with her after this pandemic is over! 1. Her experience, there isn’t a single bridal salon that I walked into that had the experience that Christen has created. She spends time on making each appointment have a special touch for the bride and her guests (I won’t spoil it here!) 2. Her atmosphere, her dresses, are organized and not overwhelming, her shop is beautifully decorated, and the music she has playing lightly in the background just makes the moments in her shop fun. 3. Christen herself, she has just the right amount of presence in the room. She helps each bride get into their dress, takes the time to adjust the dress to make it look right, and then she steps back and lets you discuss each dress with whoever your audience may be. Now, if you’re like me, and straight up ask her for her opinion she will swoop in with advice, however she lets you process and think through the dresses without being overbearing. I would highly recommend Sage Bridal if you are truly looking for special moments when you find your wedding dress.

While I did not buy my dress from Sage Bridal I can attest to the outstanding customer service and personal care they provide to their brides. Christen met with me three weeks before my wedding when the shop I purchased my dress from would not address my fit concerns. The tailor did an outstanding job getting it right and did so efficiently, I picked my dress up in plenty of time before the wedding. Sage bridal is a great shop- I didn’t end up buying my dress from this store, but felt the need to submit a review because of the amazing service. The boutique is clean, bright and has a great selection of dresses. More importantly, Christen is kind, patient, gives individualized care and pays attention to what the bride is looking for. Although I was delighted to find my dream dress at another shop, I was sad because I wouldn’t get to work with Christen- she’s that good!

Even though she did not have the dress I was looking for, she told me she was getting one in that she thought I would love. I just went to Sage Bridal yesterday, and I hope every soon to be bride in NOVA has the opportunity to stop in!! This is by far my favorite wedding dress botique. The owner Kristen provides little personal, thoughtful touches to make your private appointment feel special. When I walked in I was greeted by a little sign that read Congratulations Nicole!. She also had pulled a number of dresses before I arrived based on the style questionnaire I had filled out. Whats more, my family is Iin PA, so I was attending by myself. Kristen not only helped me into dresses, but she also took photos for me, so I could share the experience with my mom and sister back in PA. Each appointment is a private appointment which was nice to know. The service was friendly and offered many suggestions. I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions immediately and she was very willing to look up information on other dresses.

The flowers were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Everything from my sunflower bouquet to the corsages and boutonnières and the sunflower stems attached to the aisle chairs at the ceremony were amazing. The centerpieces and the fireplace decorations at the reception were just as amazing, in particular the established sign that Christen created for us. She captured everything I wanted using random photos that I had pulled from Pinterest, Etsy and other websites. Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend!
