I was speaking to the salesperson about vinyl flooring when the phone rang. He left our conversation and proceeded to take a the call while I just stood there. I went ahead and let myself out, but I recommend shopping somewhere where they arent so rude.

The salesman we had was very knowledgeable and pointed out the different types of flooring we were looking for. He didnt hover over us but was available to guide us as we needed. Plus, there is a very large selection of all types of flooring.

I can not speak highly enough of the multiple experiences I have had with mill direct. The guys in the showroom and extremely knowledgeable and can speak to all of their products offered. They were very timely in answering questions, providing quotes and flexible is scheduling the install. Their installers were polite, professional and did a great job during removal, install and cleanup. I will continue to use them for our flooring needs!

Just had laminate floors installed and cant believe how beautiful they are. The installers were terrific. Arrived on time and did a great job.

I had three different companies come out to give me an estimate. One company never even called me back with an estimate, the second company was mill direct flooring, and the last company was more expensive, so I didn’t use them. I worked with Mike from Mill direct and I couldn’t be happier! It was a small project, so they didn’t make much money on me, but they treated me as if they laid floors in an entire house. The workers were fast and very clean, and any little issues I had were resolved immediately. I will definitely be using them when I redo my carpet upstairs, and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

These guys did a friends floors with Luxury Vinyl in the first floor and carpet on the second floor. It was a great bargain, the installers were professional and efficient, and the actual floors look great. The vinyl looks just like real wood, is water proof and makes it easy to replace any future damage.

This is a great local store. They have tons of remnants and area rugs. I always come here and buy remnants for my rental property. This store has been there since the 70s. Highly recommend.
