Nasreen was super helpful. I called today to see if I could come in and trade/upgrade two of our family phones for newer phones. I was at work and wouldn’t be off for a few more hours so she allowed me to call before I came in to give her my information so we could start the process. She helped me back up both phones and complete transition which was smooth. She also advised me of a promotion they had going on where I could basically get two iPads for half the price! So now my mom and I are very happy with our new phones and iPad.They are observing social distancing, masks, and one customer at a time which is great during these uncertain times.

When I came into the store, I already knew exactly what phone I wanted, and exactly what I was hoping to pay for the phone. In addition, I wanted to try to be in and out as fast as possible, and to leave with an understanding of what minimal changes I would see applied to the family account I was a part of.Thankfully, Haider Ali was able to deliver on 100% of those goals, and was friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. Though I was going to have to pay a few unexpected fees that he said were Verizon/corporate-based (upgrade fee, and the transfer fee), I still felt that this store is exactly where you should go for any Verizon wireless need. The ONLY con, and this is a stretch, is that they dont quite seem to have a very deep availability of the flagship phones, so I settled for a blue version of my S10 (though, it does look sleek, I was hoping for black).DO RECOMMEND

Andeel is a wonderful listener. He did not attempt to sell me a phone that I could not use. He asked all the right questions about my needs and made great suggestions. Pretty straight forward and efficient transaction. I came in as an out of state customer, looking to finally leave ATT for better network coverage while staying with the IPhone family. They helped me jump through the ATT hoops and I was out the door faster than I’ve seen with other vendors. I even got VIP treatment as they locked the doors to handle my transaction individually!! (Maybe COVID related on the VIP, lol)

My phone broke, so I needed a new one. I went to the store and got helped very quickly. Im used to having to wait a week whenever I get a new smart phone, but the manager called up a nearby store that had the phone I wanted and got it to me in a few hours. They also got me a great deal on it. All in all, I had a great experience here.

Ive been coming to this location since Ive resided at Circle Towers which is about 4 years. Ive been having to come in a lot more often within the recent months. I can confidently say this is the most accommodating Verizon location Ive ever been to. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. Any problems Ive had with my plan or phone, they fixed it. Staff are awesome to talk to. Highly recommend.

Phone numbers are incorrect on internet, for many stores, not really a good sign for a communications company and apparently the review section doesnt work either. yet this is the one I go to as it has better service than the two Verizons that are closer to me on the way to this store.

Sales rep advised my father that his phone could not be activated since he didnt have a sim card even though its a verzion phone. He later went to the Wal-Mart down the street and the person working in the electronics department was able to get that same phone working. Truly a sad display of customer service and product knowledge. I would give 0 stars if Google allowed it...

My daughter had water damage in her phone. The man at the apple store told us that the economical fix was to put the phone in rice. Last night we went home and put it in rice and in the morning we couldnt fit the charger into the port. My daughter kept telling us that it was rice stuck in there, and instead of listening to my daughter I trusted a professional. The sales clerk proceeded to tell me and my daughter that it was unfixable and we had to buy a new $350 refurbished phone instead of paying for repair. We got in the car and my daughter made us go to CVS to pick up a needle to get the rice out. Sure enough she dislodged the rice from the port and everything was fine. We then went back to the store and asked the clerk to put the charger in again and she kept saying it wont work! Sure enough the charger fit just fine and she went wow so suprising. My daughter opened her palm to reveal the rice and her jaw DROPPED! Please dont go here if you are looking to save money. Go to the apple store or even DIY it and go to CVS. JUST PLEASE, dont go here.

Helpful staff. Respectful. While he wasnt familiar with the possible solution I had found online to solve my reduced service (3G instead of 4G), we tried it and it worked! (replace the sim) It would have been free at a true Verizon store, but it was worth $30 to get it done! Iad was very helpful!
