I visited with this store recently, due to my phone not working. I was reluctant to go – in person due to past experiences at another Verizon seller in Alexandria. I called ahead of time and spoke with Jon Morse, who helped me pinpoint why my phone wasn’t working. We talked through potential options, and I decided to come into the store to view phones. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff, and then Jon was able to work directly with me. The patience, critical thinking, quick problem solving that Jon exuded while assessing my phone needs were stellar! It’s been a while since I have experienced customer service on this level. Jon took the time to walk through options, recommended plans, and ensure practical and economic decisions. His attention to detail and ability to make customers feel both welcome and at ease speaks magnitudes about his professionalism! I encourage anyone who needs a new phone or accessories to choose this location. I can’t say enough about the level of detail and care Jon showed! Thanks for making me a believer again! The entire staff was welcoming. Kindness goes a long way.
Went last week and discuss with the gentleman the process of switching from AT&T to Verizon and he had provided excellent details about moving to Verizon. However went Today to proceed with network changes and they lady who was working had gave me and my wife the worth attitude we can ever get. We immediately decided to step out of the store and she start talking behind our back, and when I stopped and asked her what wrong she answer me by bye. In another words leave the store. Thanks Verizon.

Had a very smooth experience upgrading my iPhone today. Tristan was straightforward and professional and seamlessly handled working with me and another customer simultaneously. I initially felt like the service was not as friendly or bubbly as I am used to, but the ease with which everything was handled made up for that.
After a long 4 years of putting up with AT&T and my iPhone 8 on its last legs, I finally made the decision to walk in and see what Verizon could do for me both phone/service wise and financially. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Tristan, who promptly and professionally analyzed my needs and budget. Tristan took the time to explain all of the plans (PlayMore!) in DETAIL so I knew exactly what I would be paying for IN ADDITION to explaining what I could go without to bring my bill down as well. I don’t think I could have felt more comfortable if I was at my own grandmothers house!The best part: Even after being told at a different store that my cracked iPhone 8 would not get me much, if any, credit on a trade in, Tristan was somehow able to give me a deal I couldn’t say no to and upgraded me to a iP 12 with Unlimited data at a price UNDER what I was still paying for the 8.The transfer process took maybe half an hour, which was like wizardry to me considering any time I have had to go through this it is an all day transaction.Long story short, I would recommend Tristan and this Fairfax Cellular Sales store 10/10 times and have already sent a few friends and family to Tristan to get them squared away as well! Please do yourself a favor and go see the associate by the name of Norma. I have been a Sprint customer since they were Nextel and this is the first time Ive ever even come in contact with Verizon and it has been nothing but a pleasurable experience. Norma made sure to help me transfer all my familys lines over and even helped me with military discount that I did not know it was available to me. She explained everything that was happening and exactly what I was going to be paying and when it would go into effect. I can not thank you and your staff enough. #byetmobil #helloverizon!

The whole store was super helpful. They transferred my data from my old phone. They were pleasant and very knowledgeable about the phones and accs they sell. You get helped right away here and dont have to deal with the high pressure sales tactics you do at other stores. The people here seem to really enjoy what they do and are eager to help. Also there is tons of parking which makes it easy to get in and out.
Jon was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions and running numbers on different scenarios of phones and tablets. I definitely gathered more information than your average customer and Jon did an outstanding job. I just so happened to be in that particular area of Fairfax tonight and decided to stop by and look around a little. Kirsta did an excellent job helping me upgrade my Iphone from a 6s to a 12 Max Pro. She was so incredibly helpful and thorough with me. She spent a lot of time helping me choose a phone along with guiding me through the use of my new phone. She was extremely friendly and personable which made my experience so much more enjoyable.
I called Kirsta Hall in a panic when I lost my phone, and she quickly addressed the issue and helped me transfer my service to an older phone very quickly. She was super helpful, and super nice! It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. Thank you Kirsta and Verizon! You guys are the best!
Horrible customer service. A representative, John, I believe, made a mistake by deleting/removing an offer (promo code)off our account. I understand things happen... but no apology, no regrets. Instead, he explained that he could submit a ticket to his account manager but can’t promise any result or the same offer to be honored. The offer was $570 in total savings. With a stone cold face and no apologies, he suggested to buy a new phone at the full price and wait to hear back from his account manager. Doesn’t sound promising if the results are not guaranteed. My business and family is in customer service and I will use this example at our weekly meeting on “what not to do/say to our customers”. I will not be returning back to this location, nor will I recommend this place to my family and friends.

I always go to this Verizon store and they are great. I was lucky enough to work with Kirsta last night. While she was helping me to resolve an issue with my phone, we had a lovely conversation. It’s so nice to meet people who seem to genuinely care about the customers. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect before I left and said if I need anything, just contact her and she would help. When I go back I will work with her again! She was wonderful!

The experience in the store vs on the phone was 100x better. I was transferred on the phone multiple times while being on hold for over 2 hours, to then be hung up on. I went to this store after so much frustration on the phone/online and had a great experience here with Kirsta. She was phenomenal and very informative. Jossues has exceptional customer service. We went to Verizon with several inquiries and he spent over 1.5hrs helping us. He was knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. Jossues wont steer you wrong. Plus this store has good covid-19 protocols.
My husband stopped in to the Cellular Sales (Verizon) store in Fairfax just to gather some information about possibly getting new iPhones. Kirsta Hall was extremely helpful in answering all his questions regarding different iPhone models and Verizon plans. We returned a few days later and she once again helped us to transition to new iPhones and change our wireless plan. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. She also assisted us in setting up the new phones and recommended accessories, such as chargers and cases. We found Krista very professional, straightforward and honest in giving us information and advice. Not to mention patient. We are both senior citizens and not particularly tech savvy. I would definitely recommend Kirsta Hall and the Cellular Sales store Lee Highway in Fairfax.
I came into the store with a dead phone, and Kirsta was awesome at working with me to eventually replace it with the phone of my choice. In addition, on that first visit, she noticed something on our account that was costing us a lot more money (it was a mistake made by another Verizon retailer that I hadn’t noticed), and I was able to get that cleared up as well. It took me a couple of days to research and decide on the replacement phone, and Kirsta works in another store out in Gainesville some days, but my husband and I were so impressed with her that it was worth it to us to drive the 45 minutes to see her at that store when it came time to buy the new phone. She found every possible discount and was super pleasant to deal with, so I can’t recommend her enough.

To start, the store was super clean and had a lot of options to choose from so when I decided the phone I wanted, I liked that I was able to confirm it would be there instead of wasting my time or having someone try to switch me to something else. I was finally making the switch back to Apple and was kind of nervous about the process. I had lots of photos and info stored on my other phone (android) that I was terrified of losing. Enter Kirsta. This woman is an absolute powerhouse. She made me instantly feel at ease and dare I say, excited to finally make the switch! She was patient in answering all of my questions before I made the plunge. During the process she was efficient, warm, knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to interact with! She had me all set in so little time I felt a little unsure, but she insisted that if I had any questions to contact her directly for support. This absolute gift of a woman is an ASSET to this company and should be protected at all costs! I won’t go anywhere else for any of my future purchases and I will DEFINITELY be asking for Kirsta. So pleased with my new phone and how I was treated at this location. If you looked up the definition of “top tier customer service” you would see Kirsta without a doubt! Thanks again !!
The store was very clean and organized with ample parking. My rep, Kirsta explained everything I needed to know and went above and beyond to get me upgraded at almost no additional cost. She helped me get all my data and apps transferred to my new phone, got it set up in a new protector and made sure all was working before I left the store. I got some other accessories like a wireless charger but there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Here colleagues were very helpful too. Kirsta even offered to get the blue tooth sync in my car set up.

My wife and I needed new phones so I stopped at a local store to see what our options were. Krista took the time to explain recent plan changes and what equipment and trade in options were. She was so helpful that I made a point of going back when she was working when it was time to buy the phones. She worked past closing to get us the discounts we were entitled to and how to use the phon. Strongly recommend her to someone who hasn’t been in the phone store in a while and needs to upgrade—or, anyone appreciates great customer service.
The folks at this store are simply wonderful. They were patient and helpful — offering customers tips on their accounts and how to use more features on their phones. Peter Giant in particular was amazing. He actually gave an elderly customer his phone number so that this gentleman could call him if he had further questions about his phone. I felt like I was in an alternative universe of great customer service.
I have had Verizon as my carrier for many years but todays experience with the staff at this store was personable, professional and all in all the best Ive experienced thus far. Thank you for all of your help in choosing a new cable plan and with my cell phone in offering me an upgrade. I will definitely visit this store for all of my future needs.

I came in to see if someone could fix my phone since I had trouble making and receiving calls the past couple of days. Kirsta immediately tried to troubleshoot the issue and advised that it was likely due to an issue internally with the phone (admittedly, I had the phone for longer than a couple of years). Kirsta walked me through all the new phones and various plans, and I chose a phone I am very happy with. She made sure the new phone was updated with all my old apps and contacts. This whole process from start to finish took about an hour and a half, and throughout this whole time, Kirsta was wonderful, pleasant and patient. She gave me her email and cell to make sure I would contact her if I had any further questions or concerns. She is a gem and your store is so very lucky to have her!

It was amazing. Kirsta was very knowledgeable and very honest. She was quick and reliable. She helped me get a phone, case and talk to me about different plans and deals going on. It was very relaxing. She talk to me about wireless charging and explain the etiquette of charging the phone. She told me about a new screen protector and took the time in helping me log into my accounts for back up. The other people were polite as they were waiting on me to choose my phone. I was looking to upgrade from my IPhone 8 + to something a little newer . I spoke with Kirsta on the phone about certain options I had and she was very helpful doing so. Thanks to her knowledge and skills, I decided it was best to go with the IPhone 12 ProMax . Later that day I came into the store where I was instantly greeted and helped by Kirsta! The last time I was in that particular store was about 3-4 years ago . I can say they have definitely made some nice changes to the layout . The process of getting into the new iPhone was a breeze with Kirsta, I thought I would be there for hours with having to transfer everything over and signing paperwork but Nope ! I was in and out within about 35 min thanks to Kirsta. She was very helpful and easy to work with . If you ever stop by this location, make sure you see her !

I walked in to the Verizon store very frustrated and met with Jossues Velasquez. He immediately made me feel at ease when he said hello and I’ll be happy to helpi you me and not to worry. He walked through some if my issues in my iPhone and waited till I said I’m ok doing it on my own. I was having problems with my old phones and decided to stop by the Verizon store in Fairfax to see if they could help me.I was lucky to have Peter Giang wait on me and he was outstanding!He was very helpful, patient and answered every question I had about the issues I was having. He even went out to my car with me to make sure the phone was working correctly with the changes he made to the settings in my phone. I give credit where credit is due, and I will always give a great review if I feel there was a great experience, however I have mixed feelings about this store...I’ve had a few visits that were excellent but recently with new faces it has been mediocre at best. Branch manager changed and he wouldn’t even look at you when you were talking to him, and had a I don’t care attitude....rude. They now charge for services they used to do for customers for free. It falls on what that person feels like doing at the time for you and it depends on who you get, very disappointing. Will not be coming here again.

This store is really top notch! I have visited on two occasions and have been met with professionalism and a smile. The staff really go above and beyond to put the customer at ease when making such a big purchase. I appreciated them going the extra mile to explain the billing, and the features of the phones. I felt like I was talking to an expert with their employee, Everett! He was patient and really knew his stuff. Give them a try if youre a Verizon user. The experience cant be beat!

I just had the good fortune of being helped by Benjamin Brown at the Verizon store on Lee Hwy in Fairfax Virginia. He was absolutely amazing and answered every question I had ....and solved more than a few technical problems for me. Every time I come to this store I always leave as a happy customer. I hope there is some way Benjamin can be rewarded for the excellent customer service that he provided, as he is worth his weight in gold ...in my humble opinion.

The people here are incredibly helpful and create a fun inviting environment. I had shopped around at a lot of different carriers and even though Verizon wasnt the cheapest they are by bar the most reliable and knowing I have the assistance of all the people here made the decision to go with them easy. I would highly recommend them if you like to get everything set up for you and are a little technologically illiterate. They all did a great job and ill be back again to get my mother a phone in December!

The amazing Mr. Benjamin Brown smoothly took on the challenge of upgrading my S5 (dont judge me) to an Note 9. He was a wealth of information and ensured that we had a pleasant experience! The sprinkles of sugar on top were a discount for my trade-in and a holiday sale price! I had no idea I wanted this phone until I got it!! And now I cant put it down! I noticed the stores high Google ratings so I went there seeking advice on how to handle a malware issue on my Verizon phone. Once it was noticed that my phone was eligible for an upgrade (yet is still a relatively new phone in very good condition) then the malware problem became unsolvable and my only viable option was to upgrade to a new phone. Sorry, I dont buy that. It became evident the only interest at the store is sales and not support. The personnel were cordial and friendly so I have no complaint on that matter. But the stores strong leaning to only selling and not supporting was quite disappointing. Guess Ill be using a web search to solve my problem.
Chris was oustabding and instrumental to upgrade my phone. There was something pending in my account from years ago and he was persistent and made phone calls to solve this. Throughout the whole process he was patient and positive and determined to solve this issue. I left happy that day with a brand new phone! Thank you Chris!!Today, Josh was exceptional to solve a problem and he had a brilliant idea that allowed my son to get a brand new phone and at the same time study within budget. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ben who was instrumental in fixing my phone problem. After initially going to the Tysons location and receiving less than no help (spent less than a minute with me and barely even looked at my phone) Ben calmly and attentively listened to my problem, connected me with the support team, walked me through all the necessary steps, and helped me get a replacement phone due to a factory defect as opposed to having a $150 phone insurance bill. If I have any future problems, this is where Ill be going.

Chris Tyson, at what we thought was a real Verizon store at 10950 Fairfax Blvd., in Fairfax Virginia, seems to be actively trying to burn down Verizons customer relationships. When we arrived, we told him that we needed to activate my daughters new iPhone, have her contacts transferred from her old iPhone to the new one, and install the new Verizon Sim card that came with the phone, which we bought from Best Buy. He said that he could do all of that, and he started taking her phone apart. I did think that was odd that he did not ask for my Verizon account info. Unlike reps at a real Verizon store, all he wanted was our Apple ID and password. Then he said that the phone did not need the new SIM card. I said that the old phone had been giving us SIM card error messages, and I just wanted her to have all of the new equipment. He refused to install the new Sim card, so we said we would just leave. Then he said ok he would install the new Sim card, and I said ok. Then said Im not going to do it, Ive changed my mind. I said are you reversing yourself? He said yes. I asked him why, and he said he didnt feel like doing it. I began to call Verizon customer service. He still would not do what he had agreed to do. So we had to wait while he put the old phone back together, and then we left. My daughter was really upset. It ruined the whole night. It was a horrible experience. Now that I know this is NOT an actual Verizon corporate store, all I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD SITUATION AND GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE.
