I love this store. Beautiful kitchen and dinnerware. It is a little pricey. I knocked a star off due to over aggressive sales staff.

I just want to say that Grace was beyond helpful and amazing! This is one of my favorite stores, and Grace just made the experience even better. I was looking for a frother, and she helped me find one that suited my needs. She really provided amazing customer service.

DONT BUY THE NESPRESSO PODS. Or any food items unless youre sure youll love them! I drove an hour to my nearest store to try the holiday flavored Nespresso pods. I bought extra expecting to love them after the rave review of the employee helping me. And they are disgusting! Like coffee flavored tea. Not only do they taste nothing like the seasonal flavors (peppermint chocolate, holiday blend, pumpkin pecan spice, etc) but they dont even taste like coffee. And yes, my machine is fine and brews all other pods fine. Joke is on me! I have $50 of nasty coffee-tinted-tea that I wont drink or serve to others cause W&S wont take back (unopened original packaging) food items. If you stand by your product, youd accept returns.

Dont even think about trying to return multiple items at this store. Took me forty-five minutes to return things. And NOT because of the line.I had bought a set of dishes and didnt like them, so there were multiple items to return. The woman at the counter greeted me with So youre basically returning everything? I had to tell her, No, this is just one part of a $300 order. I kept the other two full orders. I just didnt like this dish set.Forty-five minutes later and 5 INDIVIDUAL returns later, I was FINALLY able to go home. FYI, buying items seemed very easy for the other customers.

Seasonal help was awesome. Her name was Tina. She went in the back to find me a table cloth. She helped me with their cookie sheets. So nice.

Store unsafe for children, dont even bring them there. Knives are accessible at low heights. Manager unresponsive when notified of issue.

Great place to get quality tools for the kitchen. I have completely overhauled mine with the products they sell and I love everything. I highly recommend and now own Allclad copper core cookware, wusthof icon cutlery, and the shun hikari 6 chefs knife. Everything I have purchased looks to last for a very long time.

We came into the store to find an item that we saw online, but couldnt find it. One of the staff offered to help, and quickly found it. Great customer service!

Terrific customer service. Jennifer went above and beyond to help us locate and price together our new dinnerware set, combing their inventory, items from other local stores, and the internet to find what we needed. Shes a true example of the quality service you should expect at Williams Sonoma.

Clean location. I came here to purchase an authentic molcajete. Williams Sonoma may be over priced, but they dont stock low quality items either. Im sure you could find the same item on Amazon, but you wouldnt be able to put your hands on it or get a feel between multiple sizes or SKU variations etc. While it is practical to trust most things to online reviews, there are still just some items (kitchen stuff definitely falls in this category) that make much more sense with a tactile review.

The reason we went there was to see if they might have an espresso shot glass. We walked in and were looking around the store but couldnt find what we were looking for. So decided to ask one of the sales associate for help. The first lady that I came across didnt even acknowledge that I was there trying to get her attention. She ignored me. So I greeted her and said Hi, can I ask you a question? She still without making any eye contact, put her hand up and said you will have to wait. She didnt bother saying that she will be with me in a minute or anything. I was slightly ashtonished by that behavior at a store like this.I walked around waiting for the other sales associate to get free, and saw that the customer she was helping, was also being assisted by the first associate I asked for help. The second associate saw me later, smiled and said that she would help me right after she was done helping this other customer. I told her thats totally fine and walked to see around. The first associate didnt ever come back to see if I needed help or anything.Now to get to the important part, Im east Indian and my husband is African American. The associate was a blonde older caucasian lady. I dont know if that played any part on the behavior that was projected by her towards helping us, but the fact that the customer they were helping was also caucasian and we were ignored cant just be overlooked. I want this to be addressed as we left the store with no help from any one of the employees. I dont know if anyone else experienced this behavior.
