Just seen the previous review on the HYDE blue razz after I bought the Hyde blue razz, looks like it was opened before purchased & box it came in should of been taped up! Mark’s all over it some finger prints as well. Doesn’t pull what so ever. Also own a smoke shop. Def a knock off or they’re tampering with things.Def do not shop here.Smh. I didn’t say anything as customers were present.You guys are horrible and shouldn’t own a business.

DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE! Went to purchase a blue razz ice 3300 puff hyde. It is fake. There is no “Hyde” logo on the top and it smells like paint. When I called to ask if I could return, they said “that’s how that shipment came, they just look different” then why would you put it out on your shelves and sell it. It’s not only shady but dangerous. Never coming back.

I’ve went to this shop to buy two Hyde bars on two different occasions. The first time I went I got a sour apple Hyde, I tried it in the store and it tasted different but the flavor was there so I left. After a few hours of moderate use the taste went away and tasted burnt. I tried recharging it and it still tasted like burnt tape. I threw it out thinking it’s a bad batch. I come in a few weeks later to give them another try and got a mango peach Hyde. Same experience. I looked at the review below me and saw theyre selling fake Hyde’s and I believe it. Be careful people you can get really sick from ingesting whatever the he** is in fake Hyde bars. And it’s crazy how the owners response is always “I let you try it in the store and you left with it” knowing that the initial flavor is there but real Hyde’s don’t burnout within hours. You would think a good business owner would investigate defective products and not just assume countless people are lying about it. I’m currently contacting Hyde through their website to see if there’s anything they can do about counterfeit Hyde’s. Based on previous reviews, it sounds like this place has been purposely buying defective items to sell to customers.

Expensive compared to some of the other shops and when asked about edible product expiration date, there was none that could be found on both the individually wrapped plastic nor the master case.

A good quick in-and-out experience. If I have a question, they answer it. Never packed with customers. They have most of the flavors Im looking for.

Heres my deal with these guys they sold me a vape that had a bad battery the next day it was bad and they said we cant help you how many more do you want I said like hell frankly most of these vape shops have a lot of inventory thats not selling as fast as it should so pick a reputable representative of the trade in in my opinion these are not the people that reflect that kind of mission statement however they could change my opinion if theyd be willing to negotiate which they are not so as far as Im concerned run like hell

Got a defective vape from here. After I took a few hits the vape tasted burnt and was hard on the lungs. I came back to the store literally 20 minutes later they remember me too but they cant switch one of probably many defective vapes because management is too greedy and dont care about CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Please dont come here if you dont want to get ripped

Don’t go there. Not worth it at all! Everything is overpriced. I can get better quality for low price in New York City, and that says A LOT... I purchased a $70 mid size bong and a few days later I accidentally broke the bowl and ended up going back to buy another bowl which costed me $15!! That’s insane... a small piece ‘14mm’. Another costumer purchased the same thing for a lower price last time I was there and what was sketch was that the guy behind the cashier decided not to give me the receipt.

Came twice, both batteries died only hours after first use. Went back the first time, got a different one and it worked for maybe two hours after purchasing. Took them both to different places, they were broken. Should have figured since the guy who sold them to me just ripped different ones out of the packages and put them back. If they upped the quality it would be better. No one wants to spend $20-$30 on something that works for only one round of usage. Or at least make sure y’all don’t give people things that have been previously played with.

Stopped in real quick to get a disposable vape. Customer service was fine, no complaints. However, they are carrying fake Puff Bars and Pop vapes. The puff bars did not have a serial sticker and the Pop bar I received did not pass the verifying test. They were clear about no refunds and even allowed me to test the device before leaving the store. I didn’t check the serial number until getting home. I’ll stick to my usual store in Springfield (Tobacco Hut Vape Village).

Poor customer service. They were out of the juice I frequently buy so I asked for a recommendation. They gave a recommendation for another juice without informing me it had nicotine salts when the juice I had initially asked for did not. 10 minutes later I noticed and asked if I could come back and exchange it and was told all sales are final. There is another vape shop further down 29 called Tobacco Hut: Vape Shop/Fine Cigars, I recommend going there as while their selection is a tad smaller they have always been great about returns/exchanges and are generally more friendly.

I just spoke with Walter on the phone and he was WONDERFUL, he did not once rush me off the phone (Im a bit inexperienced with vaping) he could have easily sold me the wrong vape juice that would have burned up my coil, but pointed me in the correct direction and took his time to explain. This store has become my new place to purchase my vaping needs, and all because of his courtesy and patience.

Went in this afternoon to buy a battery. He said he was checking it to make sure it worked prior to me leaving. He told me that it did. I brought it home, tried it and it wouldn’t work at all. I charged the battery to 2-3 hours and it still doesn’t work.I called the store immediately and told the cashier that sold it to me, that while he may have said it was working, it clearly is defective, as it is the same day and doesn’t operate at all. He simply told me that they don’t do refunds or exchanges. I completely understand not allowing exchanges when people have used things for days or weeks and try to return, but to sell defective products and not allow an exchange just hours later is terrible business practice! Last time giving this shop our business.(The retailer commented that it was the cartridge that was defective. I find that incredibly interesting because I took it home to try it, so they have no way of knowing. So not only did they sell a defective product and refuse to replace it, they lie about it. I went to a different shop, purchased a new battery and it has already worked twice as long as any battery we’ve purchased from Cigar n Vape).

I tried to recharge it and used it but it wont work.i came back today to exchange/return and WOW after explaining what happened, a man with the name Charlie refused to return or exchange the battery and wanting me to purchase another product! When I asked to speak to a manager,he mentioned that he is the manager!So I had no choice but to walk away and forget about my $30...I never wrote a bad review on someone or a place but this one deserves it!

DO NOT GO HERE! They have terrible customer service!! They would rather lose a consistent customer than allow a return or to exchange an expired product. The store owner tells his staff not to give out his information so I have not been able to speak to him personally. Every time I call staff is rude and will not offer any explanation other than “we are told not to allow returns.” I am telling everybody I know that has shopped here to go to another vendor. I am a relatively new but consistent customer at the fairfax location, but the owner will be losing a great customer over a lousy $22 and rude service. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! THEY ARE CROOKS!Edit: I’m replying to the owner’s response. The product in question is not expired, that was a previous purchase. The product I have I need to return is a $22 bag of tobacco mistakenly bought for somebody else. When I asked about the return policy I was told it was due to hookah and vape return fraud. Considering this is tobacco and clearly the same it was at the time of purchase, I think the courtesy of making an exception to your policy is not an unreasonable request.

The owner of the store is never there, he leaves his employees in there and they can’t really help you out if there’s a problem. They had sold me a charger that was broken and when I came back to see if they could help me out since it was my second charger in the past 2 days. One melted, and the other one wouldn’t even charge the pen they said no. When I asked to speak to the manager/owner, I was told he doesn’t want to talk to me. I understand they have the no refund and return policy but they do need to negotiate and look out for customers who shop there frequently. On the upside they do give you a 5% discount if you give them a good review on here.

Ive been going to this store for close to a year; I stopped to pick up the juices and coils every 2-3 weeks. But I am never going back after what happened yesterday. Ive never been treated so poorly and insulted by the store manager at an establishment like how I was treated at this stupid store.I didnt know what coil I needed, so I showed the person at the counter my mod and the tank. She gave me a set of coils. 3 days later, when I needed to change my coil, I took one out of the packaging, and it was a wrong one.I took it back to the store. I requested only exchange for the correct one. I explained that I didnt know what coils I needed, so I showed my device to the person at the counter. She gave me the coils. The person who was helping me called the store owner/manager, and the manager tells me You have to know your coils. Its your fault that you got the wrong coil. I showed him, that I took one out, but its still new since I could not use it. The manager says since its opened he will not exchange it, even though I was handed a wrong set of coils. So I asked the person who was helping that they are willing to lose a customer over a exchange. The manager says its store policy.Whoever is reading, you be the judge of the situation, and frankly, if you are going there... Good luck, I would not recommend this store.

They have good selection of products, BUT worker have no knowledge of anything. They just push what other people have bought. The one tall Asian kid was real cool & tryed to help me, but the other worker some white guy with an F*@k you attitude help me with my decision to never go back there again!

The customer service is okay but the products are NO GOOD.. they sold me pods that were leaking then told me its nothing wrong with them. the sold me a charger that did not work. Their customer service is the only thing going for them. I guess you would have to have good customer service if you selling bad products that you know do not work. the owner is trash period.

Came to the store in hopes of replacing my old vape. Charlie was really informative about the various products and aided in selecting the correct device for me. I only smoke at around 40 watts so he suggested the mag baby kit which interested me because of the size and the tank that it came with. I am really picky about juice and they have a lot of variety in desserts which is my go to choice in flavors. All in all a great experience with affordable prices matched with a large selection of items! This has became my primary location for vape related items since it is so close to my home. I would highy recommend it to anyone who vapes!

This place has a ton of juices and a decent hardware selection. Its definitely not a fog packed hangout.Prices are decent for retail (Im sick of people complaining about retail stores not being as cheap as online. Buy online if thats what youre looking for. )The staff is ok, theyre helpful and friendly, but definitely not what youd find in some other vape shops. With their large selection of juices, they always have what Im looking for, but they dont offer any trials.

The only reason that I ever go to this store is that is happens to be the closest one to me, though I believe that will be stopped today. The store consistently price gouges to the point that some of the items that they sell are twice the standard market price. They pride themselves in the quantity of Juice that they carry, yet the lions share is gas station quality slime. I would not worry so much about the cost, nor the quality if the clerks were of a knowledgeable disposition as to the items that they sold, but just like their selection they are a whole lot of nothing. I am finished with this shack and will not be back.

Ive been shopping at this store for e-juice and vape hardware for over a year and Ive not ever had anything but a positive experience. One time, I bought a high-end vape product and the on switch was stuck; they promptly replaced it with no questions asked. Very knowledgeable staff and great selection of e-juice. I went to Cigar n Vape to fix my buddys Sigelei that he had given to me as a final parting gift. I walked in and was immediately welcomed by the employee AB. He quickly and professionally led me to the needed products and showed me how to fix the equipment while following store policies (not actually touching your vape). He executed his job and made a lifetime customer in the process. He deserves a bonus or a pay raise. One of the best vape shops in the heart of Fairfax City. Conveniently located on Lee Hwy across the street from Guitar Center. The shop has a ton selection of vape juice, and they keep adding a new flavor almost every time -every other week-I am there. They keep themselves up to date with the trend in the market. If you are looking for something that just got released, visit them. What is even more interesting is they have a very nice selection of Hookahs, hookah flavors and yes Cigars! This is really a one stop smoke shop with amazing customer service. One thing I do not enjoy is, sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot but it could just be the timing.

I would give a 0 star if possible. I went into the shop here I normally buy my vape juice for 22.99 but the older gentlemen working there tried to charge me 25.99 even when I told him what I have been paying for it. The gentlemen then raised his voice at me telling me this is the price. I then told him I will drive 5 minutes down the road to get the fair price. If this guy keeps treating people this way he will not have a business for very long. Avoid this highly priced non customer service oriented business at all cost!

I have made a few purchases from this little store in the past, but today marked a new low. My partner and I play regularly at the open mic next door at Epicure Cafe. We park near, but not in front of, Cigar n Vape. As we got out of the van to go into Epicure, the guy from Cigar n Vape came out and told us we were not allowed to park in the front of the shopping center, claiming we were employees of Epicure. For the record, we have never received ANY compensation from Epicure. I told him this, and he called me a liar. He threatened to file a false police report, and have my vehicle towed. I will be complaining to the county. I personally recommend that nobody should ever give this guy business. He doesnt deserve it.

Only giving this play two stars as the cleito tank I purchased here is obviously a clone. Leaks everywhere, o rings dont saturate and overall just shoddy build quality all around. I also picked up a 510 thread battery here for cartridges and it is of the poorest quality I bet they could find in Shen Zhen. Also the sketchy no returns policy on the front door is obviously so you cant get your money after their faulty products fail on you. At least the coils and juice I purchased are real as they were sealed inside of packaging. I would not come here whether you be a beginner or an expert.

The store is huge with large varieties of product. Faham helped me with my beginner kit for vaping. He is really good with the customer service. Finally switched to vaping from ciggerate smoking. Got Smok H- Priv mini kit with blue tobacco juice and a pack of coils. Excited!!
