Custom Ink offers fine products but they need to get rid of the marketing hype-nonsense offer of 100% guarantee to deliver on time because if it doesnt arrive on time, your only recourse is to go to a lot of trouble to return everything to them... not actually feasible most of the time with custom printed t-shirts. Custom Ink should and can do better on this. They blame UPS when the guarantee they brag about doesnt hold up. They could reword the guarantee, such as we guarantee to give your order to a shipper by the end of the business day on the day we said we would... rather than guaranteeing it will arrive on time. Foolishly I thought they has actually calculated the UPS delivery time into the date they gave me. My error in believing Custom Ink.
To be as fair as I can; I ordered a shirt months ago and it went very well. The design studio and site are easy to use, but unfortunately after having multiple people order and spend money on items they cancelled the order without contacting me first. I found out our shirt some how resembled a “far” right organization their company disagreed with. I called and explained my frustration and asked them to replace the order if I adjusted it slightly. They made I seem like I could. Then, after adjusting I received no email response. I called and they said I would have to start over collecting money again; after asking to speak with a supervisor. I was disconnected twice and had to call back. They did not retain any information form my order, so no matter what they would be willing to do I would have to go back to the group ordering and request information. They offered a $30 discount on the order being replaced and seemed uninterested in how much this had inconvenienced our entire group or my recommendation to update their process by proofing the graphics before collecting money and not canceling without first contacting the organizer. Instead, they sent emails saying I cancelled the order to the entire group. I asked them to send me a quote on the best offer they could do to make this right and am still waiting...
Love the online design tool. Hate the lack of shirt color selection if ordering less than 6 of the same design. I seriously doubt a company this size is ordering in shirts as their orders come in, because this order was 6 shirts, 1 each of 6 colors, and had access to the full color palette of shirt colors. They did not place an order with a shirt wholesaler for 1 of each of 6 colors. That means all those colors were sitting there, but they will not sell all of them unless buying 6, and then only if all printed the same color. For less than 6 the shirts are digital printed, which means if they had digitally printed my six shirts, each could have been a different color ink and it would have been no more trouble than if all the same color of printing. Seems very back east in terms of customer service perspective. Seems to lack comprehending that often a one-off order is to physically see a print on a color shirt before ordering multiples. For instance, the purple in the 6 I ordered seems lighter than the website, but the other six are dead on. Would be nice if the shirts had a PMS color number for reference. Best part of the company are the customer service reps... great people with great attitudes. Any dissatisfaction originates in the companys policy based realm.
I ordered some shirts from them. the shirts were good. I tried getting some embroidery done with them. The process was horrible and they could not make a logo close to mine. It is obvious they did not try either as they omitted the oval border of the logo claiming it was too complicated. They even billed before the order was started and I had contact them to get a few thousand dollars refunded for an order that never went through. The next place I contacted made samples for me immediately, including the oval border. Embroidery Authority is a better choice for embroidery and the staff works with you to get the product you want. the reason for the one star is the constant emails. I mark them as spam and they keep sending more. fine for a big t-shirt order but dont expect anything from their embroidery department. Never give this company your professional email for a project because they will turn it into a spam box. NOT COOL
I just ordered a large order of shirts from Custom Ink. My graphic designer recommended them. We reached out to the custom service on a small issue and they were great. They treated us fairly and will have our business again. Thanks Custom Ink.
Customer service straight out lied about a fundraiser item being shipped nothing but a canned response they don’t answer questions and refuse to correct the error and issue a refund. Terrible never again will I purchase anything through them to
I am a 10 year customer of this company and ordered a $966.34 order from them which was placed online. The next day I get a call saying they cant do the order (which online they accepted) and wanted me to either up my order or switch to a different product. After agonizing hours on the phone, being ran around in circles with literally no one caring about me a customer I get an email from the VP of operations named Andy telling me hes reviewed all the correspondence and they are not the right company for me. My issue is legally they cannot continue to accept internet payments and then try to dupe customers to increase their orders as the original orders are not cost effective for the business. The business has literally grown so much the Senior management has no clue what the lower reps are telling customers or are aware they are literally turning away business and in my case closing doors to me and my recommendations. I work in advertising and Film, and TV and would strongly recommend you do not order from this company. They do have good products but the customer service is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company. They need to train employees in conflict resolution, integrity testing and literally remind them that customers make or break their business. I am disgusted with this company.

I am amending my previous one star review, as Custom Ink was willing to work with me to fix this unfortunate situation, and I applaud their willingness to do so. I will look to them again in the future now that I know that they will work with customers
I purchased a lot of 12 face masks for $30 from Custom Ink. They arrived fast enough, but honestly, the quality is dreadfully cheap, cheesey. They dont cover well, dont stay in place well.What bothered me more than the poor quality of the merchandise is that they neither responded to their feedback report which I completed as well as this review. Nice job.

I had the pleasure to work with Rachel. She was so helpful!! she gave me her opinion on my order and answer all my questions with no doubts. Speaking with her over the phone and trying to figure out what on earth i really wanted, was like speaking to a friend. So friendly, professional, and honest. Just a breeze to place my order with her, compare to ordering on the website. I highly recommend them! OH! and of course the t-shirts were perfect and on point! I am as pleased as Starbucks Chai Latte (I would say pleased as punch but since I am obsessed with my Starbucks Chai Latte, I will go with that)!! I have designed shirts for my church in the past, and had to go through the process of creating the logo, etc. I went online to find a company and CustomInk was the first one that popped up. They make it SO easy to design/create a t-shirt by offering so much artwork and so many fonts that can be combined and personalized to create a customized logo. The process is SUPER easy. And when I needed to call with an order change, the customer service representative was AWESOME!!! She was super sweet and took care of my issue in a matter of minutes. I am totally satisfied and will use CustomInk for any future t-shirts that I may need to order.
