Rarely open when the signs say they are going to be. staff is okay i guess. fitting rooms are never open, which is pretty disappointing considering almost all other stores have theirs open now. it sucks when u walk around the store picking out 5-10 items and walking over to the fitting room to see that it is closed. i felt as though it was somehow for assuming it would be open, so i put all the items back where they went. waste of time. they could be understaffed but that shouldn’t effect their customer service. i’d appreciate if they put signs in the front that were actually accurate(store times and one for the fitting room being closed)
School shopping with my granddaughter, ask if she could try on pair of jeans. Salesperson say know the changing room is closed. Two Salesperson was working at that time but it was more important talking about thier social life than helping customer. I will never shop there again. Went next door to Hollister and spent $500.00
When i asked to return an item the worker just kept saying sarcastically “we’re closed” and “but we’re closed” and told me to go to Tysons Corner instead, and walked away before the conversation was even over. Horrible employees. I explained how I drove 40 minutes just to return it and he was absolutely unprofessional and rude

They need to hire better employees all of them were so rude and unwilling to help. They have extreme attitudes and need to get a reality check. Not only were they rude to me, but also other customers as well.
It says online that’s the store opens at 11:00 and I come in at 11:30 and that lights aren’t even on that means the workers aren’t in there on time, unprofessional.

Unprofessional, there was like 5 workers and the store wasn’t even busy and no one would help me out on a return. They all had attitude and eventually argued on who would deal with me on the return. One of the workers then took my personal gift bag and put it on their head to be funny towards his other coworkers for some reason.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Let me said by saying that I’ve been shopping at Pacsun for over a decade now but I will NEVER shop there again. I paid extra to have my items shipped in 2-3 days. It has been over a week since I placed my order & my items aren’t expected to be delivered for another 4 days. To make matters worse, when I tried to call Pacsun’s customer service line, I was on the phone for 35 minutes before a Pacsun representative answered the phone. Despite my request to get a refunded for the extra shipping fees and cancel my order altogether, I was told by a representative that I have to wait until my delayed package arrives, then go out of my way to return it. Since Pacsun made it INCREDIBLY difficult to get in touch w a representative via online & phone, they just lost a longtime customer.
I walked in shopping for my sisters birthday and they were unbelievably rude. The manager, iris,(I asked her name so I knew who I was dealing with) was giving me an uncomfortable, cold stare. I asked if they had what I was looking for and she simply said while texting, let me check. She came back out like a really really longggg time later, phone still in hand and went behind the desk, didn’t even tell me if they had it. I went up and asked her if they had it and she said “no.” With her head down looking at her phone. Didn’t even look up at me. The others working there were not much help either. It’s sad that I know how to run a company better than them. Management needs a lot of work before just hiring any person who has major problems(like iris lol)

The store fairly big and the clothes on point like all pacsun stores
They dont honor online prices so I had to pay double the online price in store. Dont waste youre time here, order online.
