The team here is so nice and cheerful. Totally worth going slightly out of my way for an extra smile. This Starbucks also has a lot of tables for two inside and out which is nice.

Coffee and service is so addictive that Im in need of rehab! Love spending money where the service is stellar and the product is top notch! Never have to wait unnecessarily, and always get what I need. Thanks for the friendly staff and consistently great service.

This store always gives me 5 star service. However, the company needs to update their online merchandise status. I purchased a tumbler online using points and when I got to the store the product was unavailable. So, I drove long distance and lost 400 points.

The friendliest staff. We had a small church gathering, so I ordered 3 travellers/carriers and the staff was so helpful, nice and courteous.

Once again when is a coffee shop not a coffee shop? At this particular location I arrived at 10:00 a.m. that was told by theBarista that they no longer were serving bold coffee Instead I got Americano with 4 extra long shots. The Drink was tepid to say the least and since they no longer use sweet low that was almost tasteless as far as the sweet invigorating experience goes🤐 This is just a money saving ploy by Starbucks once again to shave pennies off from billions of dollars

All of the staff members here are incredibly friendly and offer great customer service. In fact, one time we went thru the drive-thru and an older man got out of his car and started yelling as us through our window and proceeded with telling the barista not to take our order simply because he thought we had cut in front of him. Instead it was the traffic pattern in the lot - normally the cars alternate to prevent from blocking the entrance. When I arrived to the window, I was greeted by a wonderful young woman (I wish I had gotten her name) who I believe is the manager. I explained the situation to her and she was more than understanding and apologized for my experience. She told another barista to let her know when said old man was at the window so she could address his behavior towards other customers. I was more than impressed by the way she handled this situation, and honestly, I felt so bad she had to deal with the man that we came back with donuts for the staff!As if that wasnt enough - there is one particular barista that always brightens our day. My little sister and I frequent this Starbucks a lot and every time we hear Brandons voice through the speaker, were excited. Hes just incredibly peppy, positive, and just makes our day better! Hes just VIBRANT!

This place is usually pretty good, but lately they’ve been horrible with the customers who come in to the store. With six or seven employees working, they all seem to be focused on the drive thru rather than making sure other customers are getting their orders. The last two times we’ve gone we’ve had to flag someone down - they ignored us for a while - to ask if we could be handed our order, which was sitting on the counter the entire time, but just out of reach for us to grab it ourselves. Both times the employees seemed annoyed that they were being interrupted and asked for anything. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but I hope they can get back to their old level of customer service sooner rather than later.

Slowest service in all of Fairfax. I placed an online order 10-15 min before arriving. While waiting, two other customers placed in person orders and received their drinks before mine. Currently still waiting for my single order while writing this review.

Drive thru moves fast. Never have had an order messed up and theres a dude that works the drive thru sometimes thats super polite and funny. Its usually more of my wifes preference to do starbucks but no issues with this store from us.

The clerk who assist me with my frap order really knew their stuff. Its great to see people care about their job.

I takes me alot to actually go in here and make a complaint. I work in retail and I know its not the best and its not easy but if you cant do your job right please dont mess up someone else morning. Over and over make the same mistake and go back to this location. I ask for extra shots and I pay for it but they dont put it in the drink . My drink is so sweet I tossed it away again. I asked for 5 shots in my coffee and they didnt do 5 shots .

Surprisenly nice! I usually dont go to Starbucks for their overpriced coffee, but didnt have choice this time. Was told the coffee was medium roast, but it was burned like Espresso... there was only one homeless person though inside, so this was a plus! 👍😁

Noticed a sign saying that reusable cups will not be filled due to COVID. Since the use of these cups gives you a discount, and you can’t use it then shouldn’t every drink be cheaper?

I went through the drive-thru this morning and the guy working was so polite. Honestly made my morning, he was very nice for so early! Wish I got his name, all I know is he is from Ecuador. Anyways, great service and very fast.

I wanted to order the new mango dragon fruit refresher and asked to the cashier if they make it here. He asked someone and than said yes. I actually ended up having a very berry hibiscus lemonade with a mango dragon fruit label on it. This is not my first time leaving this place with a bad experience.

Fairfax, Lee hwy location is fantastic. Last week they were little busy. So the lady who took my order was wrong with the size that I ordered. She professionally took it away and without any question she placed it witht the correct one with thousands times sorry. It was amazing experience! Highly recommended!

I dont leave reviews ever but today was the worst experience. As I was paying I asked about points on my friends card and the worker just turns around and says Im gonna make another drink with an attitude as we were paying. So instead of grabbing the card out of my hand he makes me wait for him to make some other drink and comes back with an attitude for no reason.

7/23/2020 tried to stop there around 9:00am, and it was closed with no explanation posted on the door. I’d been counting on stopping here.

I walk to this store 2 miles away from home with my 5 month old for exercise twice a week. Each and every time coming here I feel relaxed, comfortable and refreshed.

The worst hot chocolate I have ever had. I told the cashier to put cream but it was missing and the taste was way different than the one I used to get in another place. Definitely not going back to this place again.

Its evening on your way home from work and you decide to grab something to relax. Id like a grande mocha Frappuccino with 2 extra shots, please. Ive ordered this, precisely this way, for over 10 years. Today, however, the guy decides hes simply befuddled, doesnt understand why Id ask for extra shots. Mocha shots? No, espresso. But we dont use espresso shots, so they wouldnt be extra. Id like a total of four shots, please. Then you want four whole shots extra? He proceeds to explain about their coffee base. At this point I just figure the guys pleased with his procedural knowledge about Starbucks recipes and let him have it. Besides, if he cant understand I wanted 2 shots of espresso added to however you make it, theres no point in engaging.

This is a Starbucks that has a drive-thru. It is a little bit of oddly-shaped but it is very bright and clean inside. the biggest downfall is that its not easy to make a left hand turn out of the shopping center.

I ordered the decaf ice mocha and they gave me the hot one. I said, no, I ordered the cold one. So, they gave me an ice coffee. When I got home, I had a sip and I could tell that this is NOT a decaf ice mocha as I started to have a fast heart rate and could not breath because of the caffeine effect. I ended up throwing up that ice coffee and just wasted $5.25 for it.

Great people, consistent product.They are open till 9 pm on Sundays. The hours on the website currently state that it is closed on Sundays.

Usually good, but was disappointed today when I mentioned to the barista my drink didnt taste right. Instead of living up to the barista promise, I got an incredulous look. I understand that people can take this sort of thing personally; after all, Im telling the person who made it that I dont like it. But, if youre going to advertise love your beverage or let us know, you better be ready to suck it up and offer some better customer service.

Terrible service received rotten fruit box. The barrister said what you dont like it, the grapes are just squashed..just grab another box. In dismissive tone. Not stepping foot in this junk place again. Second time they did this and never apologize.

Walked in and the female barista looked annoyed. Further, the rest rooms were BOTH blocked off, and were being cleaned so I couldnt wash my travel mug (with the morning Starbucks). She begrudgingly offered to rinse it. The other female in the corner looked equally annoyed. No laughter. One barista who helped another customer after me was social and engaged. Funny - they are hiring. If I were seeking employment I would not be interested in working on that team. Hopefully I just walked in at a bad time tonight. But the experience is enough for me to second guess future visits.
