Great service and everything is good on the me menu

This is a quaint Tom n Toms with some really good vibes. Regulars here are respectful and never really had a problem. Food and drinks are good, and the seats are comfy.

Korean cafe.Good place to hang out with friends.Smoothie and garlic honey bread were perfect combo!

PRICE GOUGE, AND COLD COFFEE AND NO SINCERITY! WASTE OF TIMEI have came to this location many time prior to the pandemic when it opened. The coffee price was a dollar and the coffee wasnt bad. Now I come back and they tell me the $1 price was promotional, which is clear BS they just tried making a excuse for the $1.80 price increase. TO WHICH IT TOTALED $2.70, and the coffee was cold. After asking for some half and half it was all clumpy.. the lady said it was cause it was frozen which isnt the cause of clumpy half and half and I know because I used to work at Starbucks for two years and half and half doesnt do that unless its expired or near expired... Also after getting the coffee replaced immediately after the coffee was still freezing. I didnt want to waste further time as they completely made excuses and were just going to be combative with a complaint.

Stopped by here while doing some shopping and was pleasantly surprised by how well I was able to taste the espresso in my drink. Good selection of food (a little smaller due to the current situation) but will definitely be back once things start to go back to normal and I can explore the menu more.

They don t have good quality cups, i got hot coffee and the cup got loose and spells the coffee on the table, the bad part is that they charged me to get another cup of coffee, will never go there again

The staff was not professional at all!! Taking order and the food took too much time!!! The toilet bowl in womens bathroom was too dirty. But the food itself was delicious. The mint mocha was GOOD! the corn pretzel was GOOD! And the smoothie was half and half. the taste was GOOD but not blended well enough. I bought it for myself and my kid. We both had hard time using straw to drink.I hope they improve much more for next time.

I would give 0 star If I can. slow in services, staff need much better training, most importantly OVERPRICED!!! I can honestly tell this is knock off version of real Tom n Toms. I would not recommend nor will go here again.

Most irrational reactions, those one stars, are usually outliers, and i have been dismissing them for the longest time. Until today that is. And I now know that the bad experience only needs to happen once. Lack of competence is an understatement for this particular shop. Impatient and unprofessional, the staff took 30 min to get our order served. Mind you this is a coffee shop. I ordered a smoothie, and it wasnt smooth at all. Chunky and not blended. Ive had better smoothie with my vitamix at home. So if you want to try you luck here, go ahead. Just dont say I didnt warn you.

We stopped in on a whim as I didnt want typical mall food. I had an Americano, the corn dog, and a taiyaki. All 3 were excellent! The espresso tasted very good as well and was a nice departure from other big coffee chains. The chairs and furniture were comfortable for eating in or just sipping your coffee. Well definitely be back to try other menu items!

Customer service is awful. I ordered a drink and not even an apology when messing up my latte order. Only got nasty comments about me in another language. Very unprofessional. I actually apologized but absolutely no manners on their end.

Walked by and decided to try it, Starbucks is getting old. I was amazed, the coffee is delicious, but even more the food is fresh and sooo tasty. Honestly the best corn dog I’ve ever had. If calories didnt count, I’d eat 6.

Nice food and beverage selection. Staff is very nice and very helpful . I highly recommend this place

Good food especially the breads and pretzels are not as pretty as pictured but still tastes great!

They said they didnt have any food or desserts. Im not sure what the point of a cafe is if they dont serve anything. Even Starbucks has snacks and sandwiches.

I would say they had terrible customer service if they had any! I waited at the cashier counter for 3 minutes and not even a hey well be with you asap!

This place doesn’t need customers. If you want some attitude come here. So rude and unprofessional.
