I called this store to see if they could give me information on spin bikes. The man who answered (I wont refer to him as a gentleman) was extremely short with me and rude. I would never give this business the satisfaction of buying anything from them even if they sold a good product which I will never know.

Worst customer service I have experienced in years. It took us weeks to get a technician to fix our new rower which was delivered with a not working speed sensor.We are now still waiting for weights that we had to pay upfront to have them delivered for sure on August 10th with the rower.I understand that demand for in home fitness equipment has skyrocket over the last months.I don’t understand how any retailer can be that complacent to make false promises, not respond to emails and make customers to come back to their store several times to finally get a response and the right service.

Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet. No one ever returned my phone calls. I ordered some things through here & was the worst possible experience in every way imaginable. I have listed on Yelp the details if you want to read about it. They never answer the phone & have an answering machine & will have to leave a message, which they never return. I would leave negative stars if possible. 5 months of hassle for an order that was supposed to be two weeks. So glad it is over & I can move on to anything else. Complete disrespect & disregard of your time & money. Horrible business

Well stop by to buy a scale unfortunately they didnt carry any but had a good time talking to the staff about equipment and fitness in general. The staff may go recommendation for handicap accessible equipment. We purchased a medicine board at a fair price..

Nice fitness store with well stocked merchandise. Dominic was helpful and knowledgeable on a life fitness elliptical machine that I was interested in. Delivery and set-up schedule was quicker than other stores around.
