Today it was the first time I used Plumbing And Bath Plus of Fairfax.The plumber was courteous, and knowledgeable. It took him a total of three hours to finish the sump pump replacement including adding an additional sump pump as a back up, in addition to adding a battery operated sump pump including travel time which was about 20 minutes.I appreciated the education prior to performing the work and the options that I was given which made my decision much easier. My house was left cleaner than it was.. It was a great experience for me and I feel much safer in case a storm hits.

I was misled by the technician that showed up at my house. He told me the water heater was unrepairable and must be replaced. I scheduled service for the next day and paid for the parts. That evening I did some additional research and discovered the price they were charging was quite high and they had several bad reviews. I called to talk to the owner; he transferred me back to the same tech that came to my house. He was now extremely rude, told me I had no options now and was stuck with them. I called the owner back and canceled the repair. The next day a different plumber came in and repaired the water heater on the spot! Do not recommend!!

Do not use this company. They are the worst I have ever encountered. High pressure and they insist on uneeded repairs. They are somehow affiliated with Acclaimed Services and if you look at Yelp, Acclaimed has a terrible reputation. I hope you see this before you call and end up with a huge bill for overpriced work you dont need. Warn your family and friends. Dont call Acclaimed Services or Plumbing & Bath Plus, LLC in Fairfax
