I have been buying paint and Sundries here for over 25 years and I can tell you this is easily the best paint store Ive ever been to and Ive been to many. Carol and Bill and staff at every store go out of their way to accommodate you with your product order. They also give you very good advice if needed and have very helpful suggestions as every project is different.

Needed a color match. Went to Sherwin Williams in Chantilly. They refused to sell me paint because I wanted to touch up an area and said I would not be satisfied. I went to Benjamin Moore and Santos and crew matched it perfectly and it looks great.

The guys in the back of the store are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and I would have given this business a 5 star rating for them if it hadnt been for the lady out in front. Shes a bit too opinionated on many topics (e.g. my wifes outfits, the way I refer to our child etc).

There is a woman in the store who helps customers but she was rude. Will never use that store again. Criticized me for using the word undertones. Pissed because I brought back color strips as she was getting ready to go home. It was 4:30 on my way home from work. She told me to drop them off anytime! Was crotchety and very unpleasant. Never again

A little hard to get to but definitely worth the effort. Vienna Paint of Fairfax prepared the samples I needed to finalize paint color selections for my home and they did an excellent job. The clerk was efficient and quickly finished my order and soon I was on my way.

The service is usually fast when you know what you want and when you dont know, they are very patient and helpful in making sure you get exactly what you want. The paints are definitely on the pricier side, but I cant say enough good things about the Benjamin Moore line of paints.

They very patiently assisted me in matching a color from a wall hanging - must have gone through five or six iterations before we got it just right. Excellent customer service

Zero stars! The woman sitting at the front desk was rude, cranky and not helpful. I thought she was supposed to help with color matching. She says she doesn’t recommend anything. I left for Home Depot. I won’t be back.
