DO NOT buy a car from this place.. First of all when we went here we dealt with Mike Stuergon and had a 1000 dollars to put down and after we found a car and got approved from loan company Mike told us to lie to the loan company when they called telling them we paid a 2500 dollar down payment when in reality we only paid a 1000 down. So we got the car and a week and a half later the brakes and rotors were going out so we contacted Mike telling him about the issue after he finally called back days later after numerous attempts to get ahold of him and he tells us that the loan company shorted him 700 dollars and basically he refuses to fix the brakes because the loan company shorted him 700 dollars when he told us from the beginning to let him know if we had any problems and he’d take care of it. It’s not my fault the loan company shorted him 700 dollars it’s probably his for lying on loan applications which I believe to probably be illegal which I will be calling the loan company about and reporting him for this and this dealership. I will never purchase nor recommend anyone to this dealership. They are a scam. Buyer beware…

My 19 year old son who went to this Cardinal Motors bought a used car on 8/14/2020 Friday. On 8/15/2020 Saturday very next day, he took the car back because he realized he was going to be paying triple the cars worth and wanted to return the car. This place took the car back and refused to give my son his 2,000$ back he used as a down payment. Mind you I as his mother feels he was robbed. My son works very hard trying to establish himself as a independent young man and he was fully took advantage of. We are very thankful they let him out of the deal but what about my sons money he worked hard for to save!!!!!! If anyone goes here hold your pockets tight. I will be consulting an attorney on his behalf.

My fiancée bought a car from these jokers the day we drove it home the window came off track and the electric motor quit working ... mike said he would fix LIED....dame day the a/c quit working...a month later the starter went out thenn had to tear the car apart and put a new clutch in it then the very next day aftet putting back together had to tear it back down because the flywheel was missing teeth ....i dont know how they sleep at night......p.o.s

It really blows my mind these people have the rating they do. I bought a $9,000 pickup from them about 3yrs ago. 99,450 miles on it. 3 yrs later and it has 102,988 miles on it and wont be climbing in the near future. Ive replaced everything. We had an agreement Mike scribbled on the back of a piece of the contract to fix the play in the steering wheel. I called and called, never could get it in for repair. Replaced the entire rack and pinion steering column, ball joints, struts, tie rod ends, sway bar links and bushings, front calipers, rotors, wheel bearings - all in the first 2 months. It never drove well. It now clunks from first to second gear and the rear diff gets burning hot and begins to shake violently while driving. The worst experience Ive ever had in my life really, short of a family member dying. Im halfway through my loan, thinking really hard of just defaulting on it.

This is long overdue - my wife and I were driving by the Fairfield lot and saw our bucket list SUV in the lot. On a whim we stopped in and that evening it was ours - Mike ( to give an idea - he answers the phone by saying this is Mike, how can I help?) and Anita were fantastic and went the extra mile - James was amazing walking us through what repairs were needed (and made them) and this was probably one of the best car buying experiences weve had. The key is to deal honestly from the start and youd be amazed what people will do for you.

I buy a car, yes myFault, you’re only allowed a 15min test drive, start hearing noises, take the the Dealership...Leave with a 4K estimate for repairs. Next, they repo the car in 5 days, and try to keep my Downpayment. Did you hear me say 5 Days. For 3 days, I attempt to get the car back. They finally say you can’t get it back and still attempt to keep my downpayment. Keywords, Bad Car, Slimy Salesman, 5 day Repo. And lastly attempt to keep my downpayment. #DontWasteYourMoney #IHaveTheReceipts

If I could rate this place a 0 I would.this place is a joke. Got over a $19000 car from them and the check engine light was on so they fed me some bs story about the gas cap. On my way home my rear end started popping so I took it to their mechanic first because they said they would service it for me then their mechanic knew something was wrong then they had me take it to a secondary mechanic just for them to lie and say nothing was wrong?!? Then I took it to my own mechanic and my car was in the shop for a month just for the mechanics to all tell me nobody would even try to fix my car. Nobody wanted to touch this thing with everything that’s wrong with it. All the Timing, altinator, motor, drive shaft is popping transmission, rear end is going out, everything. I don’t know why anybody would sell somebody with 6 kids a hunk of junk like this!! It’s ridiculous. I’m very disappointed with this car lot. I wouldn’t recommend this lot to anybody!! They are all liars. They may say they can get you a vehicle with whatever credit and low down payments but you’d be better off buying a beater off Craigslist for 1000 dollars then these cars because they will be a $20000 hunk of scrap within a month. Not worth a penny.
