Quick fast and easy. Yes, yes, and yes. My salesman was upfront and honest. Made it that much easier. ๐Ÿ‘โค Thank you Jesse Wagner. My favorite color and a smooth ride.

We took the car to Jeff Wyler Memorial Day weekend for a bad O2 Sensor. We were initially impressed since they worked on it quickly even with the holiday. However, within about a week (drove about 300 miles), the engine light came back on. We took the car to our normal mechanic this time, who said that the O2 Sensor wiring wasnt routed correctly and likely caught on the drive shaft as it was spinning. They also actually fixed the issue for 1/3 of what Jeff Wyler charged. We explained what our mechanic said to Fran whom we worked with before. He initially denied it was the same sensor, even after we sent him the picture. He then said it was probably caused by debris in the road. That strikes me as improbable for three reasons: 1.) it never happened before; 2.) if even possible, the hit would have had to be incredibly precise; 3.) it would have caused the results in the picture, which seems more in line with what our mechanic said. After a series of calls, Fran indicated that both he and Chuck (his manager) were refusing to accept responsibility.Overall, poor experience. 3x the cost, lack of quality, and poor customer service after the fact. Would not recommend.

Awesome experience. Took 2 cars in for oil change by appointment. We were in and out on time and completely satisfied.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Dropped my sonโ€™s car off on Wednesday evening to be evaluated Thursday morning, at the 8:30 am appointment that I scheduled earlier in the week. I specifically requested a service technician call me before evaluating the vehicle so I could explain the issue. THEY DID NOT CALL ME AT ALL! Not even after they had our vehicle for 2 days. I finally called them the following Monday and the service tech, Chris, was extremely rude!! Said the vehicle was drove 2 different times on Friday and the car seemed fine. When I asked why they didnโ€™t call me on Friday, Chrisโ€™ response wasโ€I donโ€™t know.โ€ SERIOUSLY! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!

Jeff Wyler is the absolute worse dealership. I SCHEDULED an appointment at the Fairfield dealership for a recall on my Maxima. Unfortunately, they were not able to schedule my vehicle until the last day of the recall campaign. We followed the instructions given to us by the scheduler and dropped my car off before the service department opened. We told the scheduler that we would put the vehicle up the following day. When we called, Chris was the rudest person we have ever dealt with anywhere! They had done nothing to the vehicle except move it! They claimed that they did not know why the vehicle was there. No call...no inquiry...no nothing! Of course since this was now the day after the recall campaign finished, no repair has been done. I spoke to the Fairfield service manager, Chuck, several individuals at Nissan North American and Phil, Corporate Accountant for Jeff Wyler concerning this issue, and the decision was I could pay for the repair since the campaign was over! Are you kidding me? We dropped the car off after scheduling an appointment in good faith and Jeff Wyler dealership could absolutely care less! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JEFF WYLER unless you want to be disappointed!!! ( I would have given no stars, but the program wouldnt let me!)

Very nice when I go in here and they know their stuff. Expect to what a while for simple tasks. Over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation that Valvoline can do in 20 minutes or so. Thats my only complaint

I am covered for costly maintenance and vehicle things for the car I purchased and I come here and tell Fran the man who was checking me out tells me I have no coverage and I have to pay for tires and brakes and oil changes when I was told I have a protection plan on tires brakes and old changes. I will be getting my money back.

Well I dropped my SUV off and asked for a ride to work. Just for an oil change and filter. Sat waiting 90 minutes for a 1 mile ride to work. I asked twice about the ride during the wait. Then when I get the car I received three items needing work according to the check the mechanic did for the vehicle. No call asking if I wanted it done. That cost them hundreds of dollars. Stay away!
