Easy to order the item, easy to deal with. Received it almost a week and a half after I placed the order due to the fact that it was a bit of a hard to find, seldom needed part and it wasnt in their warehouse. If it had been in their warehouse I dont doubt that I would have received it within the week.

Not a good company to buy from when a return label isnt included free for returns. Fisrt company ever not to send a return label... guy on the phone was also saying Im gonna be charged a restock fee of 35%... what? No! Not a good parts company here.

We ordered our part online, the communication about my order was terrible. I had to ask several times what the status of my order was. Then the part came and its not the part I ordered online. The parts guy said they didnt have the part I ordered in white and I told him that the web site sold it to me and he said that someone else manages their website. Now they sent me the wrong part and want me to pay to have it shipped back. Terrible parts department and service!!
