Had a flat tire and needed quick repair on my new 2021 A5 Sportback. At first I thought the dealership would not likely take me in that Friday afternoon going into Easter weekend. WRONG. Have had my Audis serviced at 3 different Audi dealerships in CT. Fairfield is in another universe compared to the others. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and best of all, HONEST. They address concerns with no ridiculous nonsense or upselling. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Thank you to everyone in the service department- youdo a phenomenal job!
I paid $150 plus tax for a diagnostic only for me to continue to have the same issue. The mechanic allegedly listened for the problem as opposed to using a machine and/or manually checking when I expressed my concern that it was related to the shock system as the car made a banging sound whenever it goes over a rough surface.

It is truly an exceptional experience to visit the Audi of Fairfield service department. From the moment they open the gate at 7:30 am everyone treats you and greets you like they are really happy that you are there. Everyone, from office personnel to service treats you like you are special and they generally care about taking care of your vehicle. Even with the remodeling being done it was still very clean and comfortable.
Great customer service! Ryan kept me informed through out my service and I was only having my tires patched. Other places might have said buy new tires but not at audi. They are honest, dependable and diagnose the problem quickly.
Very Kind staff. They get you in and out quickly. I love that I dont have to stick around for an oil change. You get the latest model car as a loaner. This is very helpful for my busy schedule.
Highly recommend this service center over the other options in the area. Angelo was great to work with, he kept me updated as my car was in service and worked diligently to put the best options in front of me. The repair ended up needing an additional day, but I was offered a loaner as a result of the delay.
I came in for my 5k oil change, but I had additional things that I wanted my advisor Robert to check for me. He addressed all my concerns, and had my Audi looking and feeling like it was brand new. I personally love coming here because of the staff. Everyone is great with amazing energy, especially at 8:30am. Polite, professional, and gets straight to business with a smile. I have had to deal with this repair shop numerous times for my Audi cars and have NEVER had a positive experience. I have had to wait days for them to get insurance approval or approval through the warranty company without valid explanation as to why. You constantly have to call and follow up with these people. I have even had to go back a day later because my car was still not fixed properly. I recently had to file a claim with my insurance and was told that the work had been approved through my insurance and I would get reimbursed from the insurance company directly. A month later and I am still fighting this because the bill they sent to my insurance was for a different amount than what I was charged. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE unless you want to spend hours of your own time waiting for the repairs to be completed or waste your time calling and following up on the issue. They also charge so much money and provide horrible service.
