Mercedes Benz of Fairfield has some great people working for them. My service advisor, Johnny was terrific. He got my car in for its B service quickly and was very courteous and respectful. He told me exactly how long I would be without my car and also assisted with providing transportation back to my house. In addition since I was injured and could not pick up my car at the dealership, Johnny wenout of his way by arranging to have it delivered to my house when the service was completed. It was a huge convenience and deeply appreciatedHope I get to work with Johnny again when I lease my new car. He is the best!!

I had a severe leak in one of my ties and after calling 3 MB service centers they were the only one that could get the tire and give me an appointment before my next work shift. They were extremely friendly, gave quick no-hassle service and had me back on the road in time for work! Could not recommend them more!

The service here does not compare to another Mercedes in CT. I can depend on reliable and friendly service anytime a schedule an appointment, due to COViD, they were a bit backed up but worked with me to find a time that and date that worked instead.

Not too happy with Mercedes of Fairfield after randomly stopping by to get a few belongings from my car I saw it almost being towed away with all my personal and some valuables left inside, they gave some third party tow company the okay to remove my car without even calling me the owner to follow up or check with me at all so I’m a little upset about that, but other than that I haven’t had too much of an issue and the associates were somewhat helpful .

WOW the service is awful. everytime the car goes in its a new level of incompetence. How can you call and reschedule because you wont have cars available and then on the rescheduled date not have it in the record that you are to have a loaner car? why dont you order the part when the service is schedule to have something replaced? The list goes on and management never calls
I just had some warranty work done on my 2020 A220 and I have to say I am impressed. Angelo P. was phenomenal. From start to finish this was a 12/10 experience. The shade on my sunroof stopped working and I was anxious about having to have the headliner taken down to fix it. Angelo reassured me that when I got my car back it would be fixed and like they were never in there. He was right on when he said so. He made sure my request to not wash my car was honored and when I picked up my car it really was like they were never even in there. My car was finished a day earlier than expected which I was happy about! While my car was being worked on I was given a C300 for a loaner. No issues there. Thank you again Angelo for a professional, trouble free service. I really appreciate it!!

This is the worst place to ever take your car I been waiting on my husband and I Mercedes for about 3 weeks and every time we call they don’t know what we are talking about at one point they didn’t even know where our car was . We kept calling but they never call us back or give us any updates about the car and the main manager never even got in contact with us . And wait for it after weeks of being there nothing being done they said they didn’t have the tools for the MERCEDES that’s crazy how does that even sound? So unprofessional they didn’t even provide a car meaning I been out of work for almost a month this is insane I hope that anyone that sees this don’t take your car there, it’s the worst .
I was scheduled to have a MB service recall done at Mercedes Benz of Fairfield (CT). The service recall was to update the software for the ECU for the 3.5L V6Estimated time was this complimentary service was three hours. MB would provide me a complimentary loaner car white this update was being applied.I mentioned to the Service Adviser that I hoped that the open recall for the passenger airbag would be taken care of in the next 12 months.When I came back 3 hours later, the Service Adviser, Juan Ramos, informed me that they had the passenger airbag in stock and that he had the technician install a new passenger airbag to same me another trip to the dealership.After the service work, my car received a complimentary car wash and towel dry. The body was spotless!This is the second time that Mercedes Benz of Fairfield Service department has exceeded my expectation in the past 18 months. Based on all of my experiences, this is a very well-run service department.Thank You to Juan Ramos (Service Adviser) and Mike Keklik (Service Manager) for 1st rate customer support.
I brought my AMG E63s wagon in for a rattle I could not find as well “A” service. Service manager, Johnny Yoeun is great to work with! He is energetic, positive, and passionate about the product. He managed expectations, stayed on top of the technicians, helped diagnose the problem and most importantly, the rattle is gone! His communication throughout was great and he is an excellent service manager. Use MB of Fairfield Service with confidence.

Service horrible and no stock in what I needed and did not do a good job
Poor customer service. I was supposed to get a Loaner car which they did not have and sent me in a Uber. Told me I would get the car back in 1 and half hours but got the car next day and did not even call for any updates. I had to call to follow up why I did not get the call. I called the service rep and he returned my call after 2 hours. So absurd. Their texting system with updates also was not working.
They Treat You Based Off if you look like Money Very Bad Business no communication within the company and i can never get a loner

The service here is great! I own a Sprinter Van used for work. Got me in quickly and allowed me time speaking to my mechanic which is critical as I work on the vehicle myself. The Mercedes Dealer in Hartford would not allow me to speak to the mechanic which added to a costly, inaccurate, estimate, experience. Fairfield got me back on the road quickly too. I did have to return for the repair as the part ended up not in stock so was given a courtesy discount for my time without even asking. 5 stars...Keep up the great work, and thank you !

The Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield Service Center deserves 6-stars for going above and beyond for my family and me this past weekend!While traveling in our 2016 MB Sprinter van, two different check engine/alert lights suddenly came on. We had one of our children, along with several of her teammates onboard, and were very concerned for all of our safety. From the moment I called MB of Fairfield, I was able to explain my situation and they couldnt have been more accomodating. They arranged for the only Sprinter tech on staff to be waiting for me when i arrived and within less than an hour, it was determined that the van was not only safe to drive but BOTH of the warning lights were reset.The simple warmth of my initial phone call, the friendly greeting from the various staff members when i arrived, the streamlined paperwork process (since i am not a local customer), and the beautiful waiting area in the service center made this an overall EXTREMELY positive and stress-free experience! Thank you to the team at MB of Fairfield Service Center!
Really clean and efficient service e department. Mercedes service usually lives up to their brand and name. The only negative is some of the service team can be dishonest. Not all of them but I have had past issues with service trying to push you in to high priced offerings. Or if your close to your warranty running out they push off work that should be under warranty until after your warranty expires. But still will give it 3 stars because it is not the norm and usually they are good.

I called to setup an appointment for my usual 10k maintenance on my Sprinter and told them about a few other things I needed including a tire rotation and balance. The last dealership I went to told me that would be standard and part of the usual servicing, but despite asking for it, they didnt do it. When I asked upon payment, the lady I had been working with said they didnt have note of it and then proceeded to walk away without offering to do it, which I would have been more than happy paying and waiting for. In addition, while I was waiting, several friendly service employees came back and asked others if they would like a complimentary car wash. Every other service center has done a complimentary wash on my van without question, yet my van wasnt touched. All in all, theyll do the work, and in a reasonable time, but take your business to another dealership that appreciates it.
Tried to communicate an issue to the service adviser, but he didnt offer me solutions only problems - so I gave up. Also the car wash was lousy. Would have been better not washing it all rather than leaving random spots dirty.
I took my car here for the first service anticipating a service matching the Mercedes brand quality. I was disappointed that my car was not washed and its interior not wiped or vac. When I called called to inquire, the lady answering the phone simply said that she doesnt know why it wasnt cleaned - there was no attempt to even sound apologetic or to make it right. I always have Japanese cars, and their dealerships never missed such a step. I wonder why there no one checks this at Mercedes before the car is returned to the customer. Thumbs down!
Never take your Mercedes for service here unless you have unlimited funds in your wallet. These guys will rip you off and smile at you while they are doing it. Service manager Matt Pikul was not helpful at all. Services technicians play guessing games to try to fix issues with your car, they are not very competent. You pay the bill all along while they play guessing games trying to repair your car. I have owned MB cars for 10 years. Because of such lousy service at this particular location, I will never buy another MB again. They have lost me as a customer forever!!!! I should have read other reviews on this site before going there. Clearly there are many good reviews, but there are also pretty bad ones too. I got screwed, dont give these guys your business.

The other day I was driving through CT and I had a flat tire, I was stuck on the side of 95 and freaking out! I called Mercedes Benz of Fairfield Service and spoke with Jen Mica. She was very understanding and calm, and directed me to the proper tire information so she can check to see if they had it in stock. She confirmed they had it, transferred me to roadside and then got me in to have the tire changed. She really put me at ease with her professionalism and empathy so I didnt feel so alone on the side of the road in a state I am unfamiliar with.

I called Mercedes of Fairfield service to schedule my yearly maintenace. I spoke with service writer Denise who was able to get me in within the week with a loaner. When I arrived my service advisor James took to the time listen to any questions or concerns I was having. As promised all was taken care of and my vehicle was returned by the end of day. I would recommend servicing at this location.

I got a flat tire from a puncture and dropped in without an appointment. The service department was very accomodating, and accepted the car without any notice. This is a pristine service department, really a showroom itself, with a very gracious staff. Four stars only because a $290 tire was billed to me at $485, plus installation. I did get a washed car back:)Update: the dealership was very attentive to my complaint, and did educate me about the tire that was replaced. The tire has a subtle marking MOE, that means Mercedes OEM Extended. That refers to run flat capability, and those tires are more expensive.
Not the best Mercedes shop. No coffee no snacks no nice reception. The service centre is contrary to everything Mercedes stands for ... Premium high quality brand. This service centre is not inline with the Mercedes brand. Service quality in itself is fine ... Typical overpriced dealer servicing.

It has been three weeks since I visited the store and bought my white GLK. I traveled three hours from Delaware, and the trip was totally worth of it. The manager was very helped. He did his best to make me very satisfied with my final purchase. All my family are happy with my new car and it is really great!

Attention to all consumers, they DO NOT CHANGE YOUR OIL AT MOST OF THE TIME WHEN YOU BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE, i have taken my car to get oil change, and they have charged me around $300 to $500 dollars. when i had brought my car to the service area they only add oil in to your engine. when i checked the oil, it was still black. the 2nd time i brought back and told them about the problem, they tried to change it. But unfortunately they forgot to put back the oil cap back on. Drove the car home and the car was come out with white smoke. call back to Moya and the service manager to ask them what is going on? They only want to get the situation resolved without costing them consequences. I asked the service manager do you always add oil when people want their oil changed? HE SAID YES SOME OF THE TIMES. BE AWARE OF THE SCHEME THEY PULLED. They only deal with people who doesnt know much about cars, and they say they have professional only working there which i doubt it. I only want this dealership to start changing their act, cause what they do to people is not right. when someone pay for oil change, you better do it! dont be lazy and just to try get people in and out. this is complete ridiculous for what they do, and as well as the service manager confirmed thats what they do. SO PEOPLE DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE AT Mercedes Benz OF FAIRFIELD! IF YOU DO PLEASE CHECK THEIR WORK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. YOU NEED TO PAY FOR WHATS YOUR MONEY IS WORTH. I WOULD ALSO CONSIDER OF BUYING YOUR CAR ELSE WHERE IF THEY HAVE ALREADY PULLING THIS KIND OF SCHEME. I bought a used car from this dealer, as is. I understand what as is means but when you buy a car from a Mercedes benz dealer, you expect it to not be a lemon. The windshield wasnt adhered properly and the vehicle leaked when it rained. Due to the leak, which they had to have known about it since it had rain just before we bought the car. The brakes were SO bad that the vehicle shook uncontrollably on the highway. Within a 27 days the fuel pump failed. Contacted the company and they pretty much told me to go screw. Fixed the pump and 30 days later, a huge rain storm came and shorted out the electrical. Once again the company told me to go screw. Fixed the problem and 6 months later the vehicle is inoperable again... thank you Mercedes benz of fairfield.. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. Oh listed price 3895... after DEALER FEES 5000... they will rip you off!
