Friendly Staff which is why I gave two stars, but probable the slowest mechanics around. Oil change and tire rotation takes them almost 2 1/2- 3 hours(typically, have been here multiple times),they do a good job just extremely slow

Dont bother calling it will take almost an hour to get through. Not to mention when we bought this car they were forcing a warranty on me then acting like its not covering the maintenance. Yet I get very strongly worded eMails from CarFax that I need to use Toyota Service Center and never bringing up the prices. They want to charge on the higher end of $130 for an oil change and tire rotation, oh wait my bad a fully synthetic oil change, like that is supposed to be impressive, as well as a tire rotation. As if I dont have my own jack and a funnel. Plus rotating tires is just moving them around front and back?! It takes no effort for them and not to much from me if I was to do it. Sadly my mom has bought two cars from here and I still dont know why she goes back.
