I highly recommend this service center! The staff was very attentive, professional and flexible with me when I could not make my appointment on time. As already mentioned in earlier reviews, the team went out of their way to help me out with the necessary repairs on my vehicle. The good work is complemented by Diane Bodge as terrific customer account manager.

Should call themselves No service department. Failed to honor a warranty claim on a bad tire on a car I bought from them. Had a similar issue with my Corvette and the tire was swapped out within an hour. Never did I think I would see the day where I received better service at Chevy than Porsche. Will never go back

Good customer service. Went in for a windshield replacement. Had issue after job was complete and was hearing extra wind noises. But they took another look at the issue and took care of it.

Porsche Fairfield is the Best, most dedicated and conscientious service provider in all of Connecticut. Tommy Kaminsky is loyal, honest, smart, caring and has helped me a number of times. He is the ultimate problem solver. He consistently amazes me with how he remembers all the details and he always keeps his word and is forever responsible. The quality of the work that Porsche Fairfield gives to me makes be feel more secure in this very unsettled world we live in. No longer living near the dealer, they still make it worth my while to use them and trust them. I wish more businesses had employees with the quality and conscientiousness that Tommy displays. Best service centre of Porsche I have ever experienced, comparing to others I have been to (about 4-5 ones around NY, NJ, and GA areas). They have a less compact schedule than other locations, and always provide new model loaners (some others would only provide such to warranty customers) and Porsche Fairfield Service Centre even provides pick-up & delivery for service appointments (I was near NYC, which was miles and miles away from Fairfield). Only disadvantage is that this location is indeed a little far for NY and NJ customers.

Very professional operation. The waiting room is spacious and well-appointed with amenities such as coffee, bottled water, and snacks. There is adequate space to sit and relax, or to work with access to wi-fi and power outlets. It was deserted when I was there, as most people elect to get a loaner car and the loaner program is great. I was asked if I wanted my car cleaned, as the service adviser noticed that it was spotless. She didnt want to have them clean an already clean car, and I appreciate that she noticed. The car was serviced and ready when promised. It was an A+ experience in my estimation.

Purchased a CPO 911 from Porsche Fairfield last year. Recently had some issues with it and Porsche Fairfield stepped up to the plate and took care of me without issue. It is after sales support like this that makes all the difference and earns my future business. Thank you to all at Porsche Fairfield.
