DEEEELLLLIIICCCOUS!!!! Softest bagel EVER! Friendly good service and the pricing was good compared to a chain breakfast place like McDonald’s or Dunkin with waaaayyyyyy better quality and taste!!! On top of that they have an item on the menu which is exactly how I get my breakfast sandwiches ....loved it!!!!

Does this place even exist anymore? No reviews in 2 months, followed directions to get here, went in the Old Navy plaza and there’s zero signs anywhere for it. Name isn’t even anywhere in the plaza sign all together.

Love the bagels and coffee. But inside it’s outdated. Dark, bland, and dreary inside. Needs a makeover.

Excellent quality bagels that are just the right size. Not too big and bulky. Variety of flavors is good too. Store is clean and staff is friendly. Wish there were more Einstein Brothers.

A little pricey but spinach florentine bagel with veggie cream cheese and vanilla latte were good.

I got up to go get breakfast at Einstein Bros. Bagels and when I got to the front of the line they didn’t have a plain bagel if any bagels at all. When my daughter ordered her cinnamon twist it was cold and hard. There is also a safety hazard with the hot water spout where a little kid could run over and burn them self. Would not recommend!

A bit of a vanilla place with a smidge of personality but there sandwiches are actually pretty decent.

Have had poor experiences here in the past but theyve definitely improved 100%. Employees were kind, helpful and attentive. Definitely can see an improvement in employee morale and management ability and care for both staff and customers.

I love Einstein Bagels! The employees there are great, very friendly and helpful! If it is really busy, especially on the weekends, sometimes it can take a few minutes for my order to be ready but thats typical of the food business. Hands down, they have the best bagels! They are very soft and fresh, and come in over 20 flavors. My favorites are the pretzel and cinnamon sugar bagels.

Fast, friendly service. Great coffee. Various egg sandwiches are tasty and fun. All bagels are delish and soft.

My husband is a vegetarian and decided to grab an egg and cheese sandwich and coffee from this place this morning. First the employee at the register charged him for two eggs when he ordered just one. When he let her know, she then charged him for a ham and cheese as he saw the receipt. When he let her know that he didnt order ham (being a vegetarian), she told him not to worry about it and that the sandwich preparer knew what he wanted. Sure enough, they put ham on his sandwich. Again, he had to correct his order. The woman who was making the sandwich was apologetic and wanted to make things right. The woman at the register actually had the gall to say Whats the big deal? Are you serious? What kind of customer service is that? She was beyond rude!

One of the best bagels ans spreads I ever had. They have wide varieties of bagels and have amazing jalapeño spread. Jalapeño bagel is one of their best selling bagels. If you visit the store, coffee is a must.

Horrible customer service at this location. I used to love coming here i even used to work here when i was younger . They ruined that for me. Everytime i go to this location they rush you out the line so fast before you can even speak your order correctly, And if you miss something because of being rushed they have an attitude with you. They never have the specialty bagels made when i go either! The lady taking oder the one at register and the one making the sand which all rude!!! My specialty bagels were very poorly made as if they were trying to save money on product.

Went there this morning for just coffee. Manager was rude and condescending because I didn’t order at the food counter. Been here before and did the same thing I always do. Apparently cut ahead of Art a regular customer. Was in line two minutes before Art came in

Bagels are always fresh. I am usually getting the turkey sandwich on a garlic bagel but today. I just had a onion with a smear and a slice of tomato.

Worst customer service. they were out of practically everything and they messed up the order that I finally did want. I used to love this place, its too bad to see it like this.

Had a bacon egg and cheeses on a croissant and a small coffee. worst i have ever had and it cost me a very unreasonable price -- $9.50. never again

The food is fresh and taste wonderful

Basically bread, which to me is not a bagel. Try a real bagel sometime (eg. boiled with a crispy outside and doughy inside) and you wont go back.

These arent really bagels, but every now and then, I like a soft-outside bagel.

Bagel seems to have gotten smaller and there was not a lot of cream cheese on it either.
