The people who greeted at the door were super nice, however, I went specifically for Ilia products which they don’t have.I called the main line the weekend before, 5 times to only be put on hold, disconnected and never a call back when I left a message. They did apologize for the inconvenience of their phone issues.Unfortunately this Sephora can’t do makeup applications due to Covid protocol. Made the best of the trip to Vacaville and visited family…. However have to go back to Sacramento for all the services that I was hoping for at this location.

Not very good customer service. I had gone in there to get some help/advice for some foundation but could not be helped. A worker approached me asking if I was finding everything okay and, when I told them I needed help, they told me to wait at a certain brand section I was talking about and they would be right there to help. I waited and watched while this worker chatted with other workers and talking to other customers that were already being helped. Minutes later and I felt like I was forgotten, so I left.

I had a prior review explaining that an item I purchased was missing from my bag, and when calling the store I couldn’t reach anyone. However when I arrived to the store the next morning the associate immediately identified me and gave me my product fast and with ease. I didn’t even have to remind her what product it was. I was impressed! Now I have left another review for great Customer Service. Thanks!

Just came from Sephora inside of JCPenney the two young ladies who work there were so rude. No customer service at all. One walked away while we still needed help. Then approached me rudely when I went in the drawer to assist myself since no one was assisting me. When the cashier noticed m I Sephora status she tried to be friendly but it was too late at that point. I prefer going inside of the actual Sephora store than going inside of JCPENNEY. I wish I could give 0 star

Luis was so helpful! He was super nice! The customer service was great! It seems as though the customer service improved and that the store is cleaner, along with being better stocked. It seems as though he did a lot to help improve those aspects of the store.

Very Rude customer service☹️. I always seem to have issues at Fairfield Solano mall Sephora. Every time I go I always have an issue. I had asked the worker if she can help me find a match for my skin color for foundation. Is not like I have asked her to do a whole face make over. Today the worker didn’t want to help, instead she proceeded to be rude and say that I would have to wait for another worker to come, but she was on her lunch break. I understand if there was other customers waiting in line that needed to be help. In the store there was about 3 people roaming around/looking around. Very unhappy customer ☹️. I guess I’ll take my money and business somewhere else.

I am always ignored when I come to this store. Last time I went, I was there for 2 hours without being asked if I needed anything. The only communication I received on their end was because I was in an employees way. Instead of her asking if I needed anything, she said, Excuse me. I had to flag someone down for some help.The only time Ive had better service here was at their grand re-opening, with employees from out of the area. Even that event was not organized, was confusing, and not even the employees knew the deals or what was going on. I had several items on hold that day, but when I came back I was told that all the deals that came with it expired. Upset about the lack of organization and communication, I ended up not getting anything.Its sad. Im Rouge here and Im always treated like Im invisible. They would get more of my money if they were more polite and had some actual customer service. What a shame; guess my money now goes more to Ulta.

Since they got new employees and new management this Sephora went down hill!!!!!! Not ordering the right amount of stuff and blaming it on the other companies that they was back ordered. Whatever they did to the old worker they need to come back! Clearly what the new management is doing is not right. I would suggest not to go to this Sephora. Their rude and don’t care! Good luck to who ever goes

Why was the first thing out of your employees mouth “we’re not doing samples today!” ? When that wasn’t even what I was TRYING to asking. She didn’t even let me finish my sentence or questions before she answered me with the wrong information.

Sometimes its great, sometimes its a huge dissapointment. I was in the store today and found a buxom lipstick and lip gloss that I wanted to purchase. All but two or three colors of their Big and Healthy lipsticks were sold out, and of course, the one I wanted was sold out. The response was: we tend to not have lot of them in stock. TEND. It is not a good policy to tend to not keep items in stock. This location is always frustrating...its hit or miss and most of the time it is a waste of time. We need a serious Sephora in Solano County.

Ive gone here twice, and both times I get an employee who is really rude and tries to rush me . I asked both times to be color matched and theyre too lazy to do it they just guess and give me whatever color.

Came in looking to buy a palette which the site said they had in this location I asked the woman working and she had such a bad attitude she said they didnt have it and I said your site said it was in stock she replies with the Internet is a liar I know sometimes the site may not be accurate but never did she bother to check or anything I was so disgusted by her serviceand behavior
