Before buying any furniture for our new home in Tucson, we shopped around. Perhaps a diamond in the rough could be an over-statement, but our experience with the lovely folks that operate and own this business, was such one... We were glad to feel right at home with the owners, who by all means are wonderful people! They were very informative about their products and their prices were on a competitive scale. I bought a wonderful bed from Discount Mattress Barn, and I just LOVE it. it was a great value for my money. I dont know what that other reviewer was smoking, but this locally owed business only carries brand NEW bedding (Spring Air), so there is no way to get a mattress with bed bugs from this place. Hes probably another competitor trying to tarnish their reputation. I shopped all over town and found the staff there to be the most knowledgeable of any of the competitors. I prefer to shop locally owned businesses rather than the big box, national stores because they just arent personal enough. Thank you Steve and Terri for all your help, Ill definitely be back again .

We bought a bed frame back in January. We found there were two screw hole missing after assembling the whole thing. (the delivery crew did the assembling.) Called the store at least 3 times since and they made lots of excuses and false promises but never fix the problem. Yes, items they sell are cheap but honestly with cheap price, you dont get much customer service if there are problems with the products, at least in our case.

Every time I purchase furniture or mattresses I go to see Steve. I have always received the best customer service as well as help in choosing the type of cloth and design of the furniture.

I picked up a bed from these guys, they said all these great things and said it was new and that they would warranty it if anything was wrong with it and I figured hey why not. However to my EXTREME dismay after just a few nights of having it I was waking up inching and found bugs all over me! I ripped open the mattress to find that the thing was INFESTED with bed bugs. I threw the thing out of my house and called them the next morning. These guys were so nice and quick to get me into a bed, but when I called trying to get my money back they said they couldnt help me and left it at that. These guys deserve to be put out of business I hope this helps anyone who thinks about giving these guys a shot. BEWARE!

Sold my wife a bed frame made out of scrap wood and shoe polish. Buyer beware.
